Very disappointed in my experience with the service department so far. My 2012 Focus has a recall that required them to replace the TCM (Transmission Control Module). I had to wait 2 weeks to get in initially - it was supposed to be 10 days, but they cancelled my first appointment with less than 24 hours notice. When apologizing about the delay, their employee went on about how many cars they're seeing with this issue and how he didn't know why Ford put such a bad transmission in their cars. I think this is the 3rd recall related to this make/model's transmission in just 5 years. How is this not a lemon? This is my first and last Ford.

Finally got in yesterday and they replaced the TCM, only to have the same issues again just hours later! They expect me to wait another 2 weeks to get in, WON'T GUARANTEE THAT FORD WILL PAY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR RECALL, can't tell me how long it'll take to fix, AND EXPECT ME TO PAY $30/DAY FOR A RENTAL CAR FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG while they try to figure out Ford's mess.
