Well, I was very happy and even posted about it when I dropped my car off. However when we picked it up they had broken the latch to open the hood. My husband pointed this out to the service manager at the time. He said sorry and he would call us on Monday to get it repaired asap. Never received a call. We were patient and after still not recieving a call weeks later called and explained everything to Josh. He apologized and said the manager would call us that day to get it taken care of. Now numerous attempts still no one has reached out to us to repair. We had even told them we were considering trading in my MKZ for the new one soon. I think I would rather drive back to Loveland Lincoln at this point. VERY disappointed in this department! My husband plans on driving there this week. We have been to busy to take time to have to drive there to discuss something that should have been easy enough taken care of via phone.

The service department sucks. I made an appointment to have warranty work done, a month out. Told them what was was wrong with the vehicle and it still took 3 days to get my vehicle back for a 2 hour job.

Appointments don't mean much. Car was returned and items were not ever checked for operational status. Response and updates were non-existent. This is the second visit back in two months.

Not many options for Jaguar service in the area, but willing to travel next time to avoid this debacle.

My experience with my sales person, Greg Johnson was excellent. I have dealt with Greg before, and he has always been responsive and professional. What lowers my rating is my experience with the finance department. There were two issues: 1) It took nearly a month for me to receive the check for my trade in. Apparently the check was misplaced. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but it did still hold up the check. Second, there was a glitch in their computer system, and I (and, I understand, others) received a letter saying that my lease application had either been declined or provided at a less favorable rate due to my credit score. When I called the next day (I received the letter in the evening), I received an apology and told to disregard the letter. Still, it was perplexing and a bit worrisome to receive it. Otherwise, I have no complaints and much appreciation for the folks I have dealt with at Sill-TerHar. I have bought from them before and been well taken care of by everyone I have dealt with including the service people, especially Del, and by the Aerosuds staff, especially Gigi.

This was an entirely great experience! I was nervous about buying my first car, but they were so incredibly patient and helpful. They spent so much time answering my questions and helping me to feel comfortable and confident in whatever decision I made. I feel no pressure to buy that day or from them at any point. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any of the car services they offer. Easiest biggest life change yet for this 25 year old.

Absolutely would not purchase a vehicle here, they are not fairly priced and the customer service is completely unprofessional.
All four Toyota 4runners in stock are priced 2-3k above fair listing price according to Kelly Blue Book. When I brought this up out of curiosity if the vehicles had extras that where not clearly listed online the gentleman I spoke to informed me "We have been selling vehicles for 60 years I think we know how to price them, you are the one who reached out to us" making it very clear he was not interested in having a conversation regarding the listing price or my business entirely.

we went to look at a specific used truck we found online. we had financing pre-approval, but STM beat that with less paperwork and hassle. the truck was even better than we hoped, for the age. awesome condition. Rocky may say he has the cleanest cars in CO but that's not true. John Estrada was extremely helpful, kind, courteous and went out of his way to make the experience easy. our finance guy Robert was thorough in his explanations, and though he gave us some extra options, he in no way did the "hard sell' you usually get everywhere else. we live an hour away - we left our house at 12:30 and were home by 6. best car buying experience ever! even though we bought a used vehicle, we still think a week later it was a great deal

Quite possibly the worst dealership experience I v...

Quite possibly the worst dealership experience I ve ever had. Long story short, Ford scheduled an appointment for the end of my lease, didn t have anyone on-site that day to help me, and shrugged their shoulders when I asked what I should do with the vehicle that my lease ended on. After leaving my original review, their response was posted below which completely contradicted my experience I spoke about. In addition, their manager Greg Larson used his personal cell phone in order to call a family member of mine (who also has purchased and services numerous vehicles with Sill-TerHar) and threatened to refuse service to not only myself but him and the rest of my family if my review was not taken down. Being yelled at over the phone by a manager was the least customer-centric experience I have had in my life, I can only imagine how the trainings go within Sill-TerHar. The irony of their below response can be met with the recording of the call with Greg - reach out to me at cschuham@protonmail.com if a copy is needed by anyone.

I d like to also point out that not only was my very first new car purchase made there in 2012, I also returned to their service center when I moved back to Colorado with a newer model. They ve known me for a long time yet chose to take the worst path possible with an internal error on their part.

I know this was all a few months ago, but the absurdity of the situation is stuck in my mind - this dealership took a turn for the worse and unfortunately, they lost our business.

I have purchase many cars and dealing with Jeff Callies was the best experience I have ever had...no pressure and quality service! Not only did Jeff take care of any concern I had, he also pursued me to find out if his answers had been sufficient. We knew when the "build date" was for our car, when it passed through Wyoming and when it arrived and it was freshly washed and ready when I arrived. I LOVE IT!

They were very professional from my first phone call through all the repairs and warranty work. While they were not as fast as I would have liked I appreciated the communication and a job well done. I recieved my vehicle back in great shape though I wished it had been washed. The best part of this experience was how they made the warranty process friendly and fast. I would recommend them.

Terrible experience! These guys replaced a small block on my Ford under warranty however within 1,300 miles same issue happened again . I figured they would take a look and see why . I dropped off my vehicle in oct and they gave me excuse after excuse trying to put me off ( hoping I'd get frustrated and take it elsewhere) I was.I was asked multiple times if I wanted to pick it up since the wait was so long lol 6 months later I was called and told they are refusing to work on my vehicle I need to pick it up , they should have told me immediately! I was without a vehicle for 6 months ! I had to contact Ford motor company and they got me to omeara ford who had my truck fixed in weeks under warranty (thanks omeara!)I really thought I was going to have to use my lawyer since sil TER har refused to honor their own work. i kept all text and emails just in case.i would avoid this place at all cost ! It was a nightmare.

Staff took our vehicle immediately, provided us a loaner and called us promptly when our car was finished. It was washed and the service department gave us a thorough review of services performed.
Probably the nicest automotive dealer I have ever been in.

Most people think that dealers are out to get you. I can tell you that Sill-Terhar Motors is certainly not one of those dealers. I have come to trust these guys and gals from sales to service including the Quick Lane. You can tell that they truly care about customer service and building relationships. I made the appointment 2 1/2 weeks in advance and dropped the truck off Sunday afternoon so they could start work on it right away Monday morning. I didn't hear anything from anybody in the morning so I called early afternoon. The service rep was with a customer so they told me to text him and he would get right back to me. He finally texted me back at 4:45pm and told me they had the oil change done but could they keep it overnight to finish the rest of the work (radio controls on steering wheel and sunglass holder won't stay closed). Finally finished Tuesday at 5:00pm. Sunglass holder is $350 and not covered under warranty so they didn't do anything about it. They did some sort of software update for the steering but it didn't fix the radio control problem (volume button changes channels sometimes). Basically two days to do an oil change.

The service here is incredible. I visited this location on 8/17/2018 to start the process of getting a new vehicle. I was helped by John estrada and was blown away by how much he really cared about getting me in a vehicle that was right for me. He and his team went out of their way to get me the perfect vehicle at the perfect price for me. The next time I m in the market for a car I will be going to this location and asking for John because he is a very trustworthy guy and it s very obvious that he really cares about his customers. Thanks again John for everything you did for me, you and your team are amazing!

Buying a new car can be a great experience or an absolutely horrible experience... just driving on the lot of a car dealership can be enough to raise your blood pressure. Working with Jeff Callies at Sill-Terhar Ford was definitely a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had sent out an email inquiry a few months ago as I began my search for a new car. I had emailed multiple dealerships and while I knew what I was looking for in a car, I really didn't have one specific car in mind. Jeff was not only the first to respond to all of my inquiries but was also the most helpful and consistent. He asked follow-up questions to better determine my interest and what I was looking for and immediately offered the opportunity to test drive. With the holidays and because I wasn't in a rush to buy, I was slow to commit. Jeff stayed in contact but was not at all pushy or over-baring (as were many of the other dealership reps). After the holidays, I decided to take Jeff up on the test drive offer. When I arrived at the dealership, Jeff greeted me and my family and went right to work finding me the vehicle that would "make me happy." While I did nothing more than test drive a car that day, Jeff remained helpful but not pushy. The next morning, I received a call from Jeff informing me that if I came back into the dealership that day, he could give me a "phenomenal deal." Anxious to see how this could turn out, I went in. I told Jeff that after test driving the Ford Focus, I realized I was ready for and needed something larger. He suggested the Ford Escape and again, immediately brought one around for a test drive. Realizing that this was the vehicle that best met my needs, we got to work selecting the features. Jeff worked with me for nearly 5 hours in total to make sure that I got the car that would "make me happy." He worked hard with his manager to insure that I was getting the deal I wanted and was able to get me close to what I had been hoping for on my trade-in. Jeff wasn't afraid to go back to his manager to get the numbers closer to what I was comfortable with and threw in a couple small incentives for future service. I left the dealership that night with a new car that I love (and thanks to Jeff, one that I know how to use - there is a lot of fancy technology in this car) and a smile on my face because of the excellent, welcoming, calm, and no-pressure service that Jeff provided for me and my family. Since the purchase, Jeff has contacted me to answer any questions and to schedule and car wash/cleaning since it was snowing the night of purchase. He has remained extremely helpful! When I was switching my car insurance, I found out from my agent that he and his wife also purchased their Ford from Jeff and experienced the same great customer service. I would highly recommend Jeff Callies to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

Slightly disappointed due to the fact I had to replace a factory installed battery after less than 3 years. At this time more disappointed with Ford than Sill-Terhar motors. A few communication troubles in the beginning but the Service manager got it all straighten out and the 2016 Ford Edge repaired.

Would not recommend the service department. It takes days to get repairs done when they should take hours. They don't answer or return calls. Last visit, finally was called on day 6, only to be told that my car "slipped through the cracks" and hadn't been looked at yet. 2017 Lincoln- it's been in for service 5 times already.

I had a warranty repair with no additional services for them to profit on and they still treated me with excellence. Martin was great to work with and was on top of communication via text. Very straightforward and honest.

Took my F-350 to have it serviced. I had the tires rotated which they did however, they didn't change the pressure in the front and rear tires. My low tire pressure light came on. Secondly, when you go to start it, it squels like they got oil on the belts. Lastly, everytime I have taken it in they have topped off the DEF. Wondering what else they forgot to do.

These day s it is very rare to find a Sales person that has your interest at heart.

Martin Richardson certainly changed our opinion on Salesman.

Martin not only took the time get to know about us, but he also listened to what we needed and wanted from a vehicle.

Martin s knowledgeable, friendly manor and total professionalism was outstanding. Martin went way and above to ensure we were both totally happy with what he was showing us and never made us feel rushed or pushed into a sale. Martin has continued to check in with us making sure everything is ok and for any issues, has helped to get them sorted quickly and without fuss.

Martin is a credit to Sil-TerHar, if only there were more guys like him.

We will definitely be coming back next year to see Martin for our next vehicle.

We Highly recommend Martin and in fact have already recommended him to several of our friends who were looking for their next vehicle.

My wife and I visited Sill Tehar Lincoln in Broomfield Colorado, we were greeted by Kieth Winkler, Kelly Donaldson who are nothing short of amazing!
My wife and I ended up purchasing two vehicles, a 2020 Black Label Lincoln Nautilus and a 2020 Black Label Aviator.
I worked with Cole Gilmore who is the Sales manager and is nothing short of amazing too.
Between Kieth Winkler, Kelly Donaldson and COLE Gilmore, we were able to come up with an extremely nice deal on both vehicles.

My wife and I then worked with Russel Stradley the finance manager who is beyond precise and methodical in all aspects of making everything come together! Sill Tehar Lincoln is by far the best! THANK YOU!!

I've been going to Sill-Terhar for 10 years now, and had trusted them so far. When I went for my most recent oil change, there were a few things that threw me off. First, I figured out that according to the windshield sticker reminder, they noted that I needed an oil change after 3,000 miles, rather than the 5,000 I've always waited in between oil changes. Didn't figure this out until after I left. They again put another sticker on my car for an oil change due after the 3,000 miles. I don't know what would've changed except that they are trying to get me in more often to make more money. Second, when checking out, the guy wanted to charge me $67 for an oil change. I was quite surprised, and he dropped the price down to $43 (with tax), as if doing me a favor. He explained that they raised their prices. On my drive home, I passed O'Meara, and they have a sign stating that "The Works" is $39.95. I don't think I trust this dealership any longer.

We just bought a 2014 Ford F-350 diesel truck from Sil Ter-Har on March 3, 2018. We had a tough situation, in that we had been shopping in our home state of MT, but never found anything that suited our needs. Long story short, we moved our son to his new home in Denver, which resulted in our Suburban "kicking the bucket". My husband used the rest of the drive to look for replacements on his smart phone. He found one that we thought would work at Sill Ter-Har. It didn't. Our awesome sales lady Chloe Keenan, said "let me check the trade in inventory". She found us the perfect truck! It was under budget, and had everything we wanted and needed!! They worked hard to have the truck ready for us to drive away that night with new tires, and complete safety check! The whole experience was so pleasant, and easy! I hate buying cars, and that's why I only do it every 15 years! My husband doesn't praise people lightly, and he loved our experience there! Needless to say, we will be purchasing our next vehicles, and recommending to all we know to drive to Broomfield, CO for their next vehicle!!! We can even order our cars from them, and have them delivered!

This dealership sold me a lemon. I kept taking my car in to get it fixed. Rude people.
then they overcharged me. I had to take it in again and the quoted me $1300 to fix my car when i called another mechanic and he said he could do it for half. Then sill terhar wanted to charge me to look at the car after the wanted to overcharge me. Total rip off, never never buy a car there or have your car fixed. Horrible experience.

Never had a problem before but this time around, while i was done with the oil change, i got on the highway and as soon as i passed the 40mph mark,a noise suddenly started. It scared the heck out of me. Went back, they forgot to properly secure a plate from under the car, got damage,although they told me it was perfectly fine. Wouldve had like a free oil change for the next appointment. Still like them, will be back again

No hassling or pressure to buy, which made the experience even better and more comfortable to make a decision too buy. Everyone else we dealt with through the buying process was so helpful and friendly also. Definitely check out this dealership if looking to buy a car.

I tend to buy a new car every 7 years or so just because with prior experiences I have always dreaded going through the dealership game with salesmen and going through what can often be a forgettable process. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Sil-TerHar Ford last Friday. I got treated professionally along with very fair and realistic numbers on everything that made this experience win/win and stress free. I would like to single out both Ty Steerman and Bryan Reese for their professionalism during my transaction and Sil-TerHar will certainly earn my future business. Thanks!

I hear this is a locally owned dealership and I want to support it but..........since this dealer's poor service is wasting my time, it is certainly wasting other's time as well and I'm not down with that.

Here it is Friday night. Just like last time, they will end up having it for 5-6 days for pretty simple stuff. Nothing that is a mystery issue. This car was a $60K new, Lincoln MKT. The car is pretty neat but this service is terrible. On this latest appointment, I needed the following done: Squeeky window- lubricated; tailgate trim- reattached; oil change-(they call it the works) , alignment - not completed. I dropped this off at 9AM thursday morning. It sounds like they will be finished on Tuesday because Monday is Labor Day.

The only other time I've had to come here was to fix the cruise control. We knew the symptom and the likely cause. A sensor under the fender. Guess what? it needed a new sensor that cost $1300. Fine. Guess what? It took 3 or 4 days.

Are you kidding me Bo?
Either run this place properly or sell it.

I was there today and had an awesome visit! Ty is wonderful. He made me feel so comfortable and understood my concerns. My only complaint is it took over 4 hours to get my purchase made. I would like to give Bobby and Mitch in the service department a huge thanks for all of their help with my F150. Hands down the best service I have ever received at a dealership. Bobby took the time to answer all my questions and was great with keeping me up to date with the progress on my truck. Mitch went the extra mile with helping to update apple car play including providing and installing a new car play usb port when I picked up my truck - free of charge! Can't say enough good things about these guys!

Nick from service began with excuses even before I handed him the keys for warranty work. After having my vehicle in for service for 3 days, Sil-TerHar has failed to honor / resolve multiple issues presented to them.

Additionally, the shuttle service is not dependable as it took over 2 hours for the Service Team to successfully get me back to pick up my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Sil-TerHar and would not trust them to even work on my lawnmower, let alone my vehicle.

Have a 2004 Ford Explorer that had an electrical issue. Towed in the vehicle, because it would not start, not even turn over. Josh Anderson helped me. I gave him information that l had, that led me to believe it was an ignition switch or a computer issue. Luckily he started with the basics and it turned out to be a battery issue.
I don't usually use a dealership for a 15 year old vehicle, but I will now!

From the beginning to the end, these people are awesome. Robert Vontempsky and Ryland Snow both assisted me in the purchase and both were top notch. Ryland was especially helpful and worked his tail off to get me the deal I needed to purchase my work truck. Car shopping is never a great experience..... But this is my 3rd purchase with this firm and each time it is truly a great experience. I visited several other dealerships to compare prices, and these guys win my business, again. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else, and we traveled 70 miles further just to deal with this company. If you need a Ford, you should purchase it here.

Well, I have to say I am beyond thrilled with my recent truck purchase from Sill-TerHar Motors. Last weekend, I was dreading going out to initiate the process, but when I met Martin Richardson, my concerns were immediately allayed. I felt confident he was not going to try to rush me into the purchase.

He took time listening to my situation and my needs and proceeded to locate the exact truck I wanted. Martin communicated with me throughout the process in a friendly and professional manner and expedited things where he could to make the purchase process smoother and, quite frankly, enjoyable.

The financing part was a snap. Chris, the finance manager, helped us breeze through the process in no time at all. He was not pushy or condescending in any way and I appreciated that so much.

Overall, I am ecstatic with my new truck purchase. The entire process was so smooth, and I love my new truck more than I could have imagined.

My son needed to buy a car. He lives in Colorado and I live in California. So he took off looking for the right car. He s never bought one before so he wanted to do research on which is the best model, etc. Unfortunately his car died and we had to hustle along to get the car. He chose the Mazda dealer near his house as he liked the salesman, Jeff. Mazda had a special of $2000 off plus 2 months no payment on a 2015 Mazda 3. Jeff told my son that he could probably get a loan at 1.9% for a purchase. I spoke to Jeff and explained this was my son s first car purchase and that I live in CA but I would probably need to co-sign even tho his credit was good but he had only been on his job a few months. I explained we wanted to review quotes for a purchase and a lease. Jeff called me only with the lease option. When I asked about the purchase option he said he didn t remember that I asked for it and that he can t keep going back to finance as it would make him look bad. Seriously like I cared? At this point, I should have sent my son elsewhere. I just knew Jeff was going to push the lease at my son. So my son went in on 8/31 and Jeff came back with a 10% interest rate for a purchase of a 2016 Mazda 3 SERIOUSLY? Who in their right mind agrees to that???? Jeff stated there were no 2015 Mazda 3 s available but in reviewing the internet there was many within a 50 mile range. Jeff did not offer to bring one of these to the dealership. Jeff obviously did not want my son to get any of the special deals. But being a good salesman he pushed the lease. Jeff told my son he couldn t go back to finance as they would not make any other changes. My son was nervous as all 1st time buyers are, he was in a rental, and just wanted a car. He agreed to the lease at 4% for 3 years at 12K miles/yr. When the paperwork was sent to me to sign, Kelly (finance) told me to call with questions. I had questions guess what, Kelly never returned my calls. Am I surprised nope. I ve left messages for the owner of the dealership and sent him an email. Have not heard from him or anyone from his dealership. Summary: Jeff screwed my son over and he did it on purpose. I ve been buying cars for over 30 years and this is the worst experience ever. If you are a first time car buyer, this is NOT the dealership for you. RUN PEOPLE RUN!

I had my ford fiesta fixed here. They said they might take two days but it only took one afternoon. When i picked up my vehicle the awesome dude with long hair left a bottle of water for me in my car. Ford had a recall on my part so I paid nothing and got amazing service. 2012 Ford Edge Brake Service. Had to bring the car back 3 times. 1st trip back clunking noise while driving from rear left and front left brake squealing. Tech replace the clip as there was one missing. Sprayed brake cleaner in the front. 2nd trip.. front brake squealing worse, every stop. Replaced pads (both sides) and resurfaced rotors. 3rd trip. Rear right now clunking noise while driving. Clip was totally missing. Tech replace both rear clips. $710.00 brake job. I would have normally performed myself but wanted the pros to do my Edge as I am planning on pulling a small trailer. Terrible experience.

My friend's 2014 Escape's radiator reservoir faile...

My friend's 2014 Escape's radiator reservoir failed. The nearby Pep Boys promptly replaced and repaired the cheaply made item for $172, but the check engine light remained on. As only a dealership can reset the light ,she took her vehicle to Sill-Terhar Motors. They charged $188 to turn-off a status light. Outrageous! Based upon Sill-Terhar 'service' and the poor quality of Escape parts and engineering, I will never buy a Ford and will recommend the same to all I know. Would have given Sill-Terhar Motors zero stars, if permitted.

Based on Sill-Terhar's posted comments:
The fair approach is to apportion the cost over the time required. 15 minutes of work should not be charged as an hour. That would be the fair and moral response, but a moral response requires a soul.

We bought our 2016 Ford Edge 6 months ago from this dealership and the purchase went smoothly. We checked the Carfax and they replaced the transmission 1 month prior, which should have been our first red flag. We are now having to replace the engine on a 4 year old car, that we have only driven about 2000 miles around town. They sold us a lemon. We completely understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle, but this is ridiculous. I called the GM at Sill TerHar Motors at the advise of our mechanic and expected at least a courtesy call back. There was no acknowledgement of my call at all. Very disappointed in a dealership we thought was very reputable. Also very disappointed in the Ford product. We went out on a limb to purchase a Ford, will never do that again. Lesson learned...stick with what you know and trust.

They stayed in contact even after our purchase to make sure everything was good and to see if we had any questions about how anything in the vehicle worked. Great experience with Sill Terhar from our first day shopping/test driving, to communicating about a potential purchase over the next few days via text, to working with us on the sale and financing. Everyone was very professional, not pushy, and helpful. After purchase they've been available to answer our questions and have even followed up with a phone call to make sure we're happy.
