I've been using the Quick Lane for years, also had service work done too, with generally good experiences. But today a simple email exchange with the Service Dept has changed my perception. I have a window stuck down on my truck (so can't lock it). The soonest appt I can get is 4 weeks from now. I get how busy they are and replied not to schedule me and I'll make other arrangements. Their reply, "You're Welcome!".. In a customer service driven world it seems something like 'Sorry we can't accommodate you at this time' would have been smarter. It's a small thing, but irked me enough to write a review. Ironic part is I need to fix the window asap as I'm trading in the truck for a brand new one. Now I'll do that somewhere else.
