We have had the pleasure of buying a number of vehicles from this Dealership through the years. We have always been treated fairly with decency and respect. Their service department has also been a good place for advice, maintenance service and repairs.

Our most recent purchase was a new 2017 Ford Explorer. At its modest trim level, the only complaints I might make are that the steering wheel controls for the radio, cruise control, etc. are much less intuitive that those we had on our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium and that the little EcoBoost engine is slightly small for a vehicle of this size and weight.

We only have one complaint against the Ford company itself and that is that we were falsely accused of ruining the rear window defroster ourselves. We are nearing the end of our car buying years since we are recently retired and have no reason to lie about anything since it is not in our characters. We did not have the vehicle long enough to have used the rear compartment for more than groceries up until the point we brought it in for what we thought was warranty work. My wife and I still feel insulted and somewhat less loyal to Ford products because of it.

Let's be clear that this is not the Dealership's fault, it is Ford's fault. We like Sill-Terhar Motors and will continue to shop there for more Ford products as the need arises.
