I went in to look at the Jaguar F-Pace after speaking with Chanelle Rebiere over the phone. We asked her to prepare the paperwork in advance which she did not do and the entire process took over 5 hours to get a car leased. We were so tried at the end of it and gave in to extra costs that we didn't intend to pay simply because she kept us there for so long. On top of that my wife was pregnant and could barely stand it any longer.

Fast forward from March 2018 and we are now in November and we still have not received any information related to getting our plates. After several followups it seems like Steven Leonard the manager for Luxury cars and Russel Stradley the finance manager don't want to admit to any fault and of course are placing the blame on the DMV. Even though the DMV, says it is their fault.

In the end, you should expect that once the car is in your hands they pretty much wash their hands of anything to do with you.

Shame on you Steven Leonard, Russel Stradley, and Chanelle Rebiere. I would avoid working with these people at all costs and take your business to a dealership that actually cares about their customer.
