I enjoyed my experience at Zeigler in Schaumburg, because people working there did not act aggressively, or desperate, like at other dealerships I have been to in the past. The experience was relaxed, and nobody was trying to desperately force me to buy a car. Took a car for a test drive, had great conversation with the Sales employee I was working with, Theo Noor. Got a lot of good advice from Theo, and one of his Managers, Steve. Theo also showed me many features of the car I was interested in. I ultimately ended up purchasing the car, and I feel I got a fair deal. It seems like this Dealer is not in the business of trying to screw people over, so I would definitely recommend people to go to Zeigler.

Great experience Matthew was the best!! Was upfront with price negotiation, and did meet our goal!! Didn't feel pressured or sold into ridiculous add ons with a used truck!! We visited at least 8 dealers before this, by far the best experience with great atmosphere for family.

I scheduled a test drive on a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited at his dealer. the ladies that answered the phone were very polite and confirmed all the appointment for the sales people. I was on my way to the dealer to test drive the vehicle and I received a call on my cell phone which I did not answer while i was driving. Once I got there I was met with to of the dealers sales representatives and I asked to if they knew Aaron Williams. He approached me and introduce himself and then tells me that the care that I was interested in was sold. I said thank you and was about to leave. The other individual asked me is that the only make i was interested in. I said no, it could be a SUV that three row seats . The pointed to the direction where the SUV would be, so I started in that direction. I was asked if I would like to go in to discuss and so he can get the keys and a copy of my drivers license. I told Aaron Williams that I was not interested i going in to the dealership and I was just interested in seeing the vehicles at this time. He kept on assisting that I go in and I told him no and he started to get very rude and angry. He started to come to me inches to my face until the other individual had to pull him back. I told them I am the customer and if I was interested in looking at a car I will let him know. After the confrontation with Aaron Williams I have decided to leave and go to anther dealer. I have never been treated like this in the entire sale cycle in my life. I finally found the SUV was was searching and I am sorry we could not do business this time around.

Amazing experience with Gabe and George. Seamless process top to bottom! Buying a car can be a painful experience. These guys didn't want to swindle me and sell me a car they wanted to sell me. They sold me a car that I wanted and listened to everything I was looking for and made a recommendation. Honest and forthright. They worked hard to make our numbers work and stay within our budget. Will buy another car from here again and I'd recommend my friends and family!

We came in looking for a Jeep for our new family and Chris Weglarz assisted us with everything. Top notch gentleman. If anyone is looking for a jeep of any type ask for Chris Weglarz! I can honestly say if it wasn't for Chris we probably would purchased an automobile from another dealership. We purchased our automobile roughly 1.5 moths ago and he has called a handful of times to check up on us. You can't ask for a better sales rep. We are extremely happy that we purchased our 2016 Jeep Latitude from Ziegler! Thank you Chris Weglarz!!!!!

My husband and i just bought a Chrysler 200S next door and to everyone's surprise the display turned black, yikes! Understandably, the service associate Tom was very cooperative and just walked us thru getting a rental and what would be fixed on the car at no cost to us under our warranty. It was quickly handled in just a few days and they called us back to pick it up. Upon arriving the service technician Chris greeted us with a happy disposition, and let us check everything out. Then he listened, acknowledged, and immediately went with us to check out our concerns and educated us on the changes, so we could feel content with taking our beautiful car home! Good job guys!

*Updating my review...When we left the dealership it was with the understanding that a spare key was being delivered to the dealership and we would be called to pick it up when it arrived. Weeks later, after calling twice, they informed us that there is no spare key and if we want one we have to pay for it. I should have got it in writing. Also, even though we should have checked before signing, the spare tire and jack are missing. They told us that a lot of cars just aren't manufactured with them and we probably never had one. There is clearly a space and styrofoam packing for the jack and tire. Its our fault we bought the car before checking, but they could have stood by their word about the key and and given us a good deal on a tire and jack instead of just blowing it off and giving us a line of garbage. Im not happy with their lack of honestly and integrity. * Avi was fantastic. He was low pressure and showed us a great selection in our price range for my daughter's first car. She got a lot more car for the money than she expected and the service was great!

I had gone to purchase a car a couple months ago, and still wanted to keep looking around at other places. Decided to come back months later and ended up getting the car I wanted. They went out of their way to help me. Avi was the one who was always helping me out. I really appreciated his customer service, he was always patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. You guys have a great employee! I will make sure I steer people his way. Thanks Avi!

Used Car buyers beware! OK, so used car buying experience is always questionable but at this place it's almost diabolical. The used car price is intentionally posted well under those you will see at other dealers and at the lowest end of KBB. Bait, just bait, watch out. It's only after the test drive and gaining your interest that they lay a $3,300 "dealer prep" fee on you! Yes, was told plus tax, title, license, and "fees" but they didn't really accentuate those fees were going to be OUTRAGEOUS! Come on, $3,300 for an oil change and detailing job? At minimum this is bait-and-switch. Middle of the road unethical. At most criminal. Sorry, just my opinion and experience.

I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking at purchasing a car. They are friendly, respectful and not pushy at all. Out of all of my car buying experiences, there were only 2 sales people that I dealt with that deserve an award. 1 being my sales man Rich Donovan at Ziegler who sold me my new car. Bought from then Jan 2014, love my jeep. However, worst customer service I've ever seen. They order parts and don't call to let you know they're in. I finally called and made appointment 2 weeks after they received the parts. Appointment at 8am, there's a line 20 cars deep. Finally get into the service bay and I don't even get a, "hi how are you"..... Not to mention I was there in August looking to upgrade and the salesmen were soo pushy, I was uncomfortable. Not a place you want to buy from or have service done.

Electrical issue with car was solved, but it was easily the worst experience I've ever had with a shop before in my life. I had come in a few days prior to set up an appointment through a woman whose name I was later told was Patricia. I was told my time was set. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time to discover that there was no appointment in their system for me at all. After dropping the car off anyway (no offer for courtesy shuttle for a ride home), I was told by my service advisor Tom that they would call me if the cost exceeded the amount I was originally quoted. A few hours later, I received a call with a brief synopsis of the work that had been done and a note that my car was done (again, no offer for courtesy shuttle) and that was it. I arrived to pick up my car and the labor cost was over what I was quoted and I had never been informed. The cashier told me that I'd have to tell the service advisors when I came back the next time. They said they replaced the light bulbs too and I discover that a package of spare bulbs I had put in the glove compartment had conveniently vanished, but they still charged me a nebulous 10% "shop supplies" fee. They tried to screw me over and I'm certainly never bringing another vehicle there again. Called in to voice my complaint and was met with the answering service.
There will certainly not be a "next time" for me.
Don't waste your time or your money.

Service and sales are terrible. 125k car trying to get warranty repairs. Told this is wear and tare and not a warranty issue by them. First picture is of a warreny repair of seat on my car that they told Maserati corporate looks great. Leather was falling apart they sent it to a repair shop to have them melt it with a heat gun apparently. Second picture is of my windshield falling apart that they also told maserati is normal. If this us a proper repair or normal wear on a 125k car you are better of buying a yugo. This dealer is a joke in every aspect. Do your self a favor and go to a real maserati dealer where the service and sales people don't primarily deal with dodge darts.

Would give 0 if possible.

Would give 0 if possible.

I purchased a car in November. 2 months in and they have not cancelled my warranty or GAP insurance. The advisor told me GAP insurance was not required and he would not apply it. Low and behold, he added it to my contract and I did not catch it upon the initial review. I walked into the office 7 days after my purchase to cancel both the warrant and GAP insurance. The "loan advisor" printed out the forms and had me sign them. I call in 3 weeks later to obtain a status and was told they never got my form....

I resubmit the form after finding out the "loan advisor" did not send this in (of course i didn't have a copy to prove this). Fast forward to today. The agent assisting me in obtaining my refund no longer works with the company and I still have got no answers. I've called plenty and I get voicemails with no return calls. At this point - my next action might be to file complains to the proper sources and obtain legal council as the same "loan advisor" who signed me on to the warranty is the one who took me into the office to cancel it.

I have reached out numerous times in the course of 2 months and no help has been given to resolve this.

I was told by the loan advisor that getting the warranty would lower my interest rate. I later found out this is untrue and considered to be an unethical practice. This makes sense as when I questioned the advisor as to how this works, he simply pulled the document back and said he's trying to help but I clearly don't want the help and he would simply sign me on to the higher interest rate.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara ...

I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara about amonth ago. I've been buying cars for over 40 years, and most of those experiences have been positive. However, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Elias Fakhoury, my salesman, is the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous sales person I have ever worked with. I worked with him on and off for several months on this purchase, and he never lost patience or pressured me in the least. He was patient and always greeted me when I came in the delaership. When a small problem arose about a month after the purchase that was very time critical, Eli and Paul DiCaro, the Service General Manager, jumped through hoops to solve the problem on time. This organization is first class all the way in my book. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them or refer them to my friends and colleagues.

Very positive experience. Anna, the salesperson, made us feel very welcome. She let us see a few different options before deciding on the purchase.
Then there s James who is one the managers and an amazing person. He was very respectful and super courteous. He handled everything brilliantly!
People like these two make any establishment friendly and inviting, that s how customers keep coming back! Of course I ll tell my friends it s a good place to shop for a car! That s how you earn business. Thank you!

So I went in this place with an exact car in mind. Frank Villalobos was an extraordinary help! Very nice guy! He showed me a few vehicles that I was interested in and we took a nice test drive. I said I would be back when I had made a decision. Little did I know that something unexpected would show up on my credit report when I returned. I worked with Dan Mac who was also very helpful and he went out of his way to help me find something very similar to what I originally wanted! The finance manager Doug was also a big help and he went over different payment options for me! I walked out with a great vehicle and received outstanding customer service! I will be back again for my next car! Thanks guys!!!

Our salesperson, Janae, did a fabulous job of working with us in a helpful, non-pushy way. Pushy sales people and smooth-talking number tricksters (every dealership has some of them) are a real turn-off. However, Janae was patient and super helpful and we ended up leaving with the car we wanted. This is the second car we ve purchased from Ziegler.

This is the dealer to go to. The environment is very friendly. Anna S. was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was very, very friendly. She was professional and did not rush me into making a decision on my purchase. The best part is when youfinalize your vehicle. The whole team makes you feel special and the music goes on, you ring a bell and they clap for you. They make you feel special. So if anyone needs a new vehicle this is the place and ask for Anna S.

So about 2 months ago I ended up here. I live in North Chicago so it s quite a drive. I have to say it was totally worth it, from the time I walked in until the time I walked out I was treated very professionally by Jorge Matos which is the person who took care of me. I drove off that night with a 2008 BMW 329i Convertible. Let me just say how much time and effort he took to get me financed, due to the amount of time having credit I think it was almost impossible but Jorge and his staff helped me out and I am very satisfied with my purchase, and I guarantee I will be back in a couple of years to purchase my next car. Thank you Jorge and staff for everything.

Update - I want to give credit where credit is due...

Update - I want to give credit where credit is due. Despite my negative purchasing experience the dealership and the customer relations manager have gone above and beyond to rectify the issues I encountered.

No business is perfect but the way the dealership has handled my situation has been wonderful.

Original post -

I was pleased with my salesman Jorge who helped me find the perfect truck at the right price for me.

There were a few things that were frustrating with the transaction as a whole though.

1 - The price on their website called "your price" is not necessarily what you will pay. If you sift through the fine print there may be promotions you don't qualify for. Dealership would not honor price on it's own website.

2 - I had to finance a portion of my purchase through Chrysler Capital to qualify for a discount. I was told by multiple people throughout the sales process I HAD to make 4 payments before I could pay off the balance. I confirmed with Chrysler Capital there is no pre payment penalty and no mininum number of payments required prior to paying off the loan. If you are told you have to make a certain number of payments that is not true.

3 - The financing representative was extremely agressive with pitching the extended and tire warranties. What I expected since this is typically pure profit for the dealership and where the majority of their profit is made. But I was initially not told the price of the warranties and was just shown monthly payments including them. After asking and being told the price of the 10 year warranty was $4,600 I politely declined. After the price was lowered and I declined two more times it was down to under $2,000. At this point I asked how many times I had to say no before we could proceed with the purchase. I was told 10 times. The interaction was very contentious from that point on and honestly not what you want to deal with when you should be excited about a new vehicle.

4 - I was told the deployable bed step for the new 2019 Ram 1500 could be purchased as an accessory. This is not the case currently as this item is only offered as a replacement part and there is no ETA when it will be available. If you truly want that option make sure it's already on the truck you are buying. Otherwise you will be waiting for the OEM Mopar version or have to go after market.

Overall it was what you would expect at a dealership. Just be diligent, ask questions, do your own research and don't take what you are told at face value.

I visited the website prior to visiting the dealer...

I visited the website prior to visiting the dealer. I found a car I wanted. The online price stated that was the total price. When I went to the dealer, I test drove the car, which I really liked. The salesman asked if the numbers were right, would I buy it. I said yes. I did let them know I didn't need financing thru the dealer, which I found quickly they don't like that. I was asked what % I could get. After telling him, he said I must have good credit. Then the salesman went to talk to another gentlemen, he came back with a piece of paper, that had the priceing. Te price that was listed online, plus over $1600.00 additional charges. I questioned the charges, and was told it was for reconditioning and handling charges. These additional charges were NOT listed online. After going back and forth, I agreed to pay $150.00 more as I wanted the car. I had been been shopping for a car for 2 weeks. I needed a car as my car was totaled due to an accident. I still feel I was screwed. I will not be back there to buy a car ever again.

When I was buying my car, the salesperson was grea...

When I was buying my car, the salesperson was great. I get that he was just doing his job, and trying to make a sale. But to have the audacity to lie to their customers was just a horrific experience for me. I meant to buy a car with no problems at all, keep in mind I had already done my research into the car. I did whatever I can to find out about any little specs about the car. My headlight had moisture in it, the heated seats do not work that well, and windshield fluid spray was not working. And this was me finding out after I had bought the car. Now the car I bought was a Hyundai, and you are probably wondering why get a Hyundai car from the dodge dealership. The answer is mostly trust, and the need for a car. The car was also used. This car was a 2016 car so it was fairly new. It fits my budget and the reason why I bought it so I will not have to face a lot of problems with a newer car since my broken down car I had last time. Turns out by the Hyundai dealership told me, the car was in an accident. Car fax doesn't say so, but what I found out about the salesperson who used to work there a while back, no names are going to be given, "Ziegler is notorious for lemon cars or scams", there is even a CBC short documentary about it. Before buying the car, I did ask my salesperson to find out more about the car, and he told me the car is indeed of no accidents what so ever, and so did the manager. No names are going to be given because I do not want anyone to be in trouble or fired. After finding out the car was in an accident, the Ziegler dealership did try to help me out no doubt, but what they were doing was not good enough for me and my budget. I even bought a warranty from them so if the car was to have any problems, I would get it fixed but now that is garbage because the warranty involves with no accidents only. Now, I am a fairly nice person, this was my first car, my first expensive ride. The way the person behind the desk treated me, it just made me go absurd. He basically calls me a liar to my face. I do not want him to get fired because he probably has a family that he supports, so no names again. I get that it is his job to protect whatever he is with in the company, but when a person spends about $20,000 from the company, I think they should put themselves in my shoes. I did swear, 100% my bad, but being treated like this makes me feel like I was robbed with a gunpoint to my head. They won't take my car into service because if I do, the car would be considered a lemon car. I have taken it to them many times, and it is just the same thing over and over again. I do not want a refund, but what I want from them is just a simple fix up to my car that is included in my warranty which the $2500 is garbage. The crazy thing is, when I asked them if they knew if they car was in an accident, they would point out to the carfax stating that it says no accident on the carfax and that is what they go by. When I asked, "So you guys don't do your research?" they would just stay quiet and change the subject. I have the proof that the car was in an accident in my hands. One horrible experience can mean a lot to a person, but several is personal. Moral of the story, buyers please beware, otherwise this will happen to you.

I am embarrassed to say that my daughter-in-law purchased a car from this dealership last night.
The salesperson, Rene couldn't have been more apathetic if he tried.
Zero personality never even offered us a glass of water we had to find it for ourselves.
The F&I rep was accommodating although didn't even ask if we wanted a receipt for our check.
Never asked us to ring their famous BELL!
When we finished with the cashier, we searched out Rene who was with a customer, and said "All done"?
He promptly walked us to the door handed us the keys and said "your're all set", turned on his heels and left us.
He didn't even have the courtesy of telling us where the car was parked.
For the record the car came with barely 1/8 of a tank of gas!
How pathetic!
I would have given ZERO STARS if that was an option.
By the way, for the record every Ziegler I have encountered dealership is pathetic, especially Ziegler Nissan in Gurnee, there I was bated and switched.
Buyers beware!!!
If I were you, I would chose a different name.

A few months ago, I purchased a car from Ziegler Jeep of Schaumberg. There are so many wonderful things I could say about this place, the best being the service I received. I am the daughter of a mechanic, so naturally, I am very skeptic of sales pitches during the long search for my new car. It seemed like people were trying to sell me everything and the kitchen sink. I really don't write reviews, but the performance of my vehicle during this brutal winter made me reflect on the words of my salesman Kenny, and I just had to commend on the service. I have never encountered a more humble, honest, and caring associate as Kenny K. I was worried about how the car was going to drive through snow and start through severe cold, but he explained the details so well, and best of all, the car truly lived up to the high standards he said they put on their cars. I don't foresee me buying another car pretty soon since it seems this one will last a very long time, but when the time comes for me to choose a new one, I know exactly who to buy it from. Thanks again! I highly recommend buying a car from Ziegar, especially from Kenny K.

Honestly I don't believe all the good reviews for this place, they sound fake and made-up. I personally have had nothing but problems with this dealership in the years that I have been dealing with them. We bought out Jeep Cherokee in 2015, which buying was an ok experience, other than them trapping us there for hours with the paperwork.
We purchased an extended warranty through them so we have been returning for service. That has been nothing but a nightmare all around. Won't return calls, hold vehicles for excessive amount of times (3 days for battery change out, with no calls), blatant overcharging. All I can say is you have been warned.

George was a gray help in the process of buying our new RAM.

We live over 5 hours away from the dealer and communicated via text primarily. We were able to discuss in vehicle and pricing and due to George's ability to communicate we'r on a whim made the 5 good trip and purchased our vehicle next day.

My only frustration was with financing. We can only say "No" to the warranties so many times. We felt like ther finance guy was very pushy and almost demanding we take the warranty. He wouldn't listen to what we said only wanted to offer a better price each and every time.

Other than hem that the process was smooth and we will definitely consider this dealership for our next purchase.

From the start I knew this was going to be trouble...

From the start I knew this was going to be trouble, but I loved the car so much I made a poor decision to buy from Zeigler. I went in looking for a 6speed Challenger and got pushed towards the 300s since they didn't have any Challengers. Erin took me for a test drive in the second 300 which was the one I ended up buying that night. During the test drive I noticed and pointed out several issues with the car. The front had a bad vibration during driving and while braking, the check engine light was on, the parking assist light was on indicating an issue, there was a squeak while shifting, the car had serious swirl marks and paint chips, the right side window covers were dented, the carbon fiber in the center console was cracked. Erin interrupted me several times to tell me repeatedly that they just received this car the day before and it had not gone through their initial inspection. He told me there was still a 153(?) point inspection still to come and if I bought the car not to worry because all of that would be fixed before delivery. I took his word on that since I know most dealers have inspections they run on used vehicles. Erin also told me the car would be sent out for a full detail which would clean it and remove the swirl marks. I also asked them to remove the rear dealer sticker from the previous dealer. I finally bought the car after speaking with Charlie in financing although I was close to walking out several times from strong arm sales tactices. He reassured me SRT owners were treated with white gloves and I'd be taken care of for the life of the car. Anything I needed they had a certified SRT tech on site who would handle every issue. After hearing that I felt confident they would take good care of me and the car. The car wouldn't be ready for a few days (Monday) since they needed to take care of all the issues so I kept my trade in for a few days while they fixed the 300. I never heard from them and had to call in daily for updates in which I was generally told "it's not ready." Apparently, this was a car sold by Zeigler but really it was a car owned by the neighboring Maserati dealer. They only had 1 technician so it sat waiting for repair. A week later I picked up the car 6/20. I was excited, got in the car and gave them my trade in. I got less than 1/8mi down the street before the check engine light, parking sensor light, and vibration was noticed. When I got home I noticed it was also not detailed. I called when I got home, seeing as though I had already waited 9 days for the car. I was told all that was done was the rotors were cut and to bring it back in. I brought the car back in Tuesday and went back to pick it up Friday. Only to find the parking sensor was all that was done. I called back and was told to bring it back in for a detail. They had the car 3 more days and all that was done was an interior/exterior wash, no wax/seal/buff detail. The porter who took off the rear sticker used a razor and scratched up the trunk. I spoke with Jim the sales manager who told me to come back in, I did 3 times before someone was able to help. They ran it through their car wash and tried to buff out the scratch in the rear but couldn't. "Come back and talk to Jim." I was told. I came in 3 days in a row and called daily and never got a response. I had to go to another dealer and pay to have the front wheel bearing replaced, I still have the squeak, swirl marks, scratches, cracked console, and dents. I gave up trying to get a hold of anyone over there. Now I'm left with a car with these issues which I've been trying to resolve on my own. I've replaced the spring tensioner and belt, had exhaust work done as Jim thought it was the exhaust valve causing the squeak, and have been looking for a good detail shop to fix the paint issues.

At this point I'm not sure I want anything to do with them. I don't trust them enough to leave my car there anymore. The first 13days of ownership I had my car 3 days. That's ridiculous. I know others who have gone here and had similar issues recently.

Zeigler has had a long history of great service and premium brands, so when the Alfa Romeo Stelvio model With all the features that I wanted became available at their Alfa Fiat and Maserati Showroom in Schaumburg. I hopped in the car and drove down from Grand Rapids. I had the pleasure of working with George Stratikis. He went above and beyond to not only ensure that the experience lived up to Ziegler s reputation; but expended every effort to ensure that the entire process was as much of luxury as the automobiles they sell. George was more than attentive he was intuitive, considering my lifestyle, desired features, and even making comparisons between the Features on the Lexus I was trading In and the Alfa I was about to purchase. He was patient, kind, and capable made me a great deal on the vehicle I wanted and more than that took what can often be a long afternoon of: haggling, paperwork, and questions into a streamlined no nonsense but gracious process. He has made me a Ziegler s customer for life.

Why should you buy your next car from Ziegler?

Why should you buy your next car from Ziegler?
They carry one of the largest inventories in the area so you're very likely to find exactly what you want. They price their cars very competitively.
Unfortunately that is the end of the good stuff.
I believe they can stay in business (at least for now) because they sell a lot of cars despite the fact that their customer service is mediocre at best.
We recently contacted their internet sales person and told her the exact car we wanted and that we wanted an out the door price so we could get a check and go pick up the car. That sales person never actually called me back (ever). I eventually called her back after 5 hours of not hearing from them and was told someone would call me back. Sure enough about an hour later a finance person call me back and gave me the number I wanted and even faxed me the car info with the out the door price. I called the saleswoman again (my third call to her) and informed her we were going to pick up the car on Friday (it was Wednesday when I contacted her). She told me she couldn't guarantee the car would be there two days later but that if sold she would let me know. She did NOT inform me I could have put a deposit on my credit car to hold the car, which I would have gladly done. Friday came and we called to make sure the car was still available as we would have our 16-month-old twins and would be driving over 60 miles to get this car. Fortunately the car was still there but the sales person was unavailable. We left a message with her "internet sales partner" that we were on our way to pick up the car. When we got to the dealer I was upset that internet sales person had not returned our calls and asked to see a different sales person. The new salesman started to help us and when we gave him the info on the car we wanted, the car was "just being sold". I was very upset and requested to speak with the sales manager. The sales manager seemed genuinely concerned and offered to personally look for a car that was comparable to what we wanted. We waited with our amazingly good kids for over an hour with no luck. It was now about 7:15 PM and our kids were tired and hungry and we couldn't wait any longer. This was supposed to be a pretty smooth transaction. We did not need a loan, we were not trading any cars, it was a clean cash-in-hand purchase. The sales manager apologized again and told me "I want to earn your business so I'm going to find you a car and I will personally call you tomorrow morning to let you know about your car". We did get a call the next morning from Ziegler; it was NOT the sales manager but someone from customer service asking me if I was coming to get my car today. I asked, "Did they find one? Is the car in?" and he said YES. So he gave me the new salesman's (the nice salesman who told us the car we wanted was sold) cell phone number. When I called him he had no idea what was going on, neither did the costumer service guy apparently. And 24 hours latter I'm still waiting for that sales manager to call me back.
It's clear to me that from top to bottom, none of the people I encountered at Zeigler cares about clients or ethics in doing business as long as they continue to sell cars. I will not be doing business with them in the future.
These people are shady. They were able to hide this review from YELP.
