Since 2016 when I purchased my first Jeep Compass,...

Since 2016 when I purchased my first Jeep Compass, just to try the brand, I found the sales staff knowledgeable and helpful in making the decision to try the brand.

Each time I visited the service department, I was met by friendly smiles and helpful service employees.

Recently, my 2015 Compass was in service, while there, I visited the showroom, just to look at the new cars.

Needless to say, after the friendly service and sales staff; Jeep is my brand for future auto purchases and Ziegler is my dealer of choice. I am happy with my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee.

I'm entering the car market, and decided to take my first step at Zeigler. Horrid move on my part. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted promptly. (A good start) the salesperson asked what my business was, and I told him I'm thinking about getting a car for Summer 2014. Immediately after, his mood changed and told me to look at the cars out in the back. Not only did I not find ANY of the cars I was looking at, the salesperson was nowhere to be found after. It's one thing to treat someone different if they need a new car sooner rather than later, but it's another to just walk away from a potential customer to the dealership. As someone who wants to work at a dealership someday, I have to say that the customer service was THE WORST I've ever experienced. I will never return here again, and I plan on taking my business elsewhere.

Eric Foret (4-A) was the consummate professional. Extremely detailed and knowledgeable about the Jeep product. He took the time to address all of my questions and detailed all of the options on the vehicle I purchased. From start to finish I never felt pressured as he was respectful of the need for me to have all of my questions answered. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Would definitely use Eric to purchase a car in the future.

I hate buying cars with a passion. I can honestly say that this was our best experience so far. I Scheduled an appt. for a test drive. Salesperson John G. was great. Very informative, not high pressure. As as result we went back and forth probably 3 times, and arrived at a deal we were both happy with. The dealership was nice, and it was also probably the least amount of time I spent at a dealership buying a car. Overall a great place!!

Working with Chuck was a pleasure! He took his time and patience with understanding our needs. Being a female and primary driver of the vehicle we were purchasing, he did not just ignore my wants. He acknowledged and addressed questions to both my husband and I EQUALLY. (I did get ignored at other dealerships during the looking process.) Chuck made the car buying process stress free.
I would recommend him as well as the dealership to anyone!

Well yet another bad experience at Zeigler, it seems like every
time I go there somethings not ready, or hasn't arrived, or yesterdays fiasco I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:15 and I arrived at 10:05, sat in my truck until 10:25 to be told that I would be waiting an hour and a half. Are you freaking kidding me then why schedule appointments?? I will be driving to a different dealership going forward it has to be worth the extra drive rather than deal with some kind of issue every time I have to go to Zeigler.

Usually I go to Hawk Auto in Forest Park, but I was at work, and needed to get my battery replaced( which was still under warranty), and did not want to take any chances driving a long distance after getting a jump. The service advisors really need to work on their attitude, not friendly at all. I feel that my business was not appreciated at Ziegler. Will not return or recommend.

Not only did our sales Rep, Marc Keenan work hard to get my husband and I the exact SUV we were looking for, he also worked so hard to get us the best deal making sure we didn't walk out of there disappointed and empty handed.. Will definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good deal, friendly sales men, and beautiful vehicles.!

Very disappointed from last services
I'm customer for last 8 years but this ridiculous I don't have whit any other dealerships. I don't want speak for other services but today I spent over $760.00 and finally I received my car without car wash and dirty
Ok guys do you know that money what you take it for two hours are for someone working hard in some manufacturing for one month
I'm so sorry but you don't have respect to costumer in this time you don't have any excuse for any reason.

To start off, I had the intentions of looking for a new car but I was really going in to get an oil change for my Dart. As I strolled through the used car lot, Anthony Noe, came to greet me and offered his services. He was very determined and considerate about what fit in my budget and interests in a car. It wasn't an easy process to get me a new car, but he did everything possible for that to happen. I'm very pleased with my purchase, very pleased with the service I was given as well. Anthony is an amazing salesman and I will definitely reccomend him to others looking for a car. Thanks for helping me get a sweet new ride!!

He showed me a few vehicles, making sure I was happy with my jeep. I went to other dealerships before hand. My experience was horrible. If you come here ask for Sebastian !

Frankly, I am very disappointed with the most rece...

Frankly, I am very disappointed with the most recent visit to your service center. I came in for squeaking/groaning brakes and cool heat temperatures. The diagnosis for the brakes was that they were fine and that's acceptable. However the diagnosis for the cool heat was completely misleading and incorrect. Instead of determining why the heat is blowing cooler than expected, your service writer told me the serpentine belt tensioner is failing and the belt is about to fall off. When I got home and looked at it myself I found no issue with the tensioner assembly or the belt. Both were functioning properly and tight. Then the next day my alternator failed for some reason. I replaced this myself cause I was so unhappy with this recent service visit.

Anyhow, if I had just gone ahead and agreed for you to replace the tensioner, I would be out the roughly $700 that your service writer quoted me. All for nothing and it would surely not have fixed my cool heat issue, which I still have. Luckily it hasn't been an extremely cold winter.

After several years of service with Ziegler, I am extremely disappointed with this poor diagnosis. For that reason, in the future I will be taking care of my own service work.

I highly recommend going here and getting a car Robert Taylor took great care of me was super friendly and listened to me. They helped me get out of a car I owed a lot on still and I went to a few other places before when no one would refinance me or even get me into another car because of all my negative equity and they helped me get into a new car and felt great about it too.

I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A ZEIGLER AUTO GROUP dealership again. Horrible experience. Is there nothing worse than one star? That s a shame. Was lied to, got stuck there for over 3 1/2 hours. Got lied to again, outright lied too. To pile on bad customer service on top of dishonesty they called me for money at 10:00 PM, unreal they are still in business. Bought three cars recently in my family, the other experiences pleasurable, this was a nightmare on steroids. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE to buy a car, horrible.

Where to start, I had nothing but a great experience here at Ziegler Jeep in Schaumburg. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee but I could have not done it without the best sales rep Theo Noor. He was more than patient with me and worked to get me the best deal possible.
As cheesy as it may sound Theo made my dream of owning a Jeep Cherokee possible. I would highly recommend you ask for Theo when visiting Ziegler he is very knowledgable and genuinely care about his customer's needs. The dealer is very friendly and professional, everyone there go out of there way to make you feel welcomed. The best dealer I have ever been to hands down.

I just purchased my first Jeep at this dealership. I had a wonderful experience working with Michael Rodriquez, he gave me all the details I needed to know. He was extremely knowledgeable and was not your typical sales person... He gave my family and I time to make our decision and did not pressure us to make a decision right away. The entire staff was great to work with. We will for sure be coming back to this dealership.

*Update - Called in to confirm Saturday express se...

*Update - Called in to confirm Saturday express service hours and give them another chance at service - was told to arrive before 4:30pm. Got in at 4:25 and explained I was in for an oil change and was told today to arrive before 4:30. Advisor acknowledged this has been happening and others have been told this and explained they wouldn't do the oil change for me. Service dept struck out again.

Came in for an oil change/tire rotation as a part of the Jeep Wave program and the dealership was in the area. They had me in and out for an oil change in 40 minutes which was great.. but they never did the tire rotation. I realized this because I was never asked for the lug locks. When I looked over the paperwork I realized the multi point checkpoint was complete BS. My tire pressure was at 35 on all tires according to the report, but I came in with them above 35 and the TPM still showed readings above 35 on all tires. My alignment is visibly off, just by looking at the steering wheel - the multi point said it was "good"? Its off by at least 30 degrees and I knew I needed an alignment, but wasnt even recommended it. I don't know how much I would trust the quality of work done in the service dept because the advisor and tech both dropped the ball here.

I had my Black 2018 challenger serviced at this location. Jason was the one who assisted me with oil change and basic check. I've got a good deal and they also washed and vacuumed my car. Jason explained to me the type of oil I need , gave me some tips how to properly maintain my vehicle and went beyond my expectations. Everything was done within half an hour. I will definitely reccomend this shop and bring my car here again.

I had a great experience here purchasing my new Wrangler. I had an expiring lease on a Cherokee and they took that paperwork and my new lease paperwork and took care of both vehicles for me. They worked really hard to get me what I wanted and it made for a great experience. They also went over all the parts of the Wrangler on the inside and helped me pair my phone and garage door before I left.

I bought my first Jeep from Zeigler 7 years ago and went back last week for a new one. I was greeted by Frank V. when I arrived and he immediately began taking notes on my wants and general needs in a new vehicle. I was open to a new car, lease, or used car, so we had many options to discuss! Frank found the best deal for me which was a brand new 2017 Cherokee! I am very happy with my new Jeep! I arrived to the dealership late in the evening which meant for a very late night for both of us. I returned the next day (in the daylight) to review the many features of the car but Frank was assisting another customer so Eric F. stepped in to review everything with me. He did a fantastic job of explaining without me having to ask what each feature was. I would strongly recommend either Eric or Frank!

Avoid doing business here and avoid salesman Chris Weglarz. He makes just enough effort to sell the car but not much more than that. They claim the used vehicle I purchased was inspected thoroughly but I found it over heats because the fan is broke . They told me oh well it's a used car you are out of luck even though i bought the car two months ago for a price over 10k. You would think they would be reasonable and try to help me out but no effort was made to make an arrangement to resolve my issue. None. No offer to look at the car, no estimate on a repair of the car, just you are out of luck with us it's not our problem anymore. If you want an experience like that help your self, but if you want a memorable and satisfied one try a different dealership.

Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. I Bought a car from them engine went out in just over 2000 miles from purchase, got an extended warranty and now they are refusing to fix the vehicle because of aftermarket parts that were on the car when I purchased it, along with they sold me a car without catalytic converters and issues plates with the car when purchased with is against federal and states laws to sell a car without catalytic converters and issue plates it is considered an off-road vehicle which can not be plated now due to the fact it will not pass emissions.

Michael has always been very helpful and he seems to pride himself on educating the customer as opposed to just trying "sell" the car. After searching over 20 dealers and test driving dozens of car, we found one at Zeigler. Thanks to our great Sales Consultant Manny, we found a great new car for my son. Thanks Manny, Mike, Gabe and Laurence for being honest and taking such great care of us!!

Shame on me! I should have known when Armando didn t give me a paper with prices that I would once again get screwed at this dealership. After 3 trips for a tire my invoice was twice what he told me. My mistake! This dealership screwed me for the last time. Their loss - home of 8 drivers and two approaching driving age. Can t keep hosing people.

Came here with every intention to buy a Jeep Cherokee. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Rude salesman and a pathetically lowball offer on a trade-in. Quoted one price via email then raised it $1000 when we arrived. I am sure there are better Jeep dealers in the area.

Chris Weglarz from the Zeigler Jeep in Schaumburg was great. He heard what we wanted to get and was not pushy to get us into a bigger or more expensive car. He also showed us all the options that were available. Then we realized the one we were already test driving was the one that we wanted to stay with. It was great to see that sales people like Chris Weglarz are still wiling to listen to the customer and not push them to better or bigger but help get a better deal on what we already had in mind.

Although the experience at Zeigler Chrysler of Schaumburg was good, the staff was good and friendly and we found the perfect car, I have a small complain.
We bought our first car 3 years back from some other dealer. The sales person over there gave us all the drawbacks about the car before itself and hence we were able to make the right decision.
We came to Zeigler of Schaumburg with the same mindset. Unfortunately we didn't get the same experience over there as there were few issues with the car which we found out after buying.

I am the owner of 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8. Recently I had to use the service for a minor problem with the tire sealant/air pump system of the SRT8. Nothing big, right. But this was the beginning of a very disappointing experience overall. First the service advisor was very inexperienced and rude. A new guy, ok, but that is not an excuse. I felt helpless trying to explain what exactly was the problem. I felt you you would have better chance talking to a wall, seriously. But I was patient enough and bit my tongue. If I only knew what was coming from the mechanic himself...The mechanic came and in 5 minutes I had mess and sealant sprayed all over my car. He didn't even bother at least to read the manual. And in the end the service advisor tried to brush it off like-" oh yeah you don't have a problem, everything is fine". No, it's not fine and it's not OK when your car and you are treated like that, it's not fine to be so ignorant, and don't care about the customer, it's not fine when I know more than you for the car just because I did read the manual. And as owner of SRT8 I really am disappointed with everything. So anybody who cares about their car, think twice and be very carefully when you decide to take your car to this place, you are nothing but just the next number in line, and worst, your car may come out worst than before. Good luck.

P.S. I know Zeigler will respond to this and try to smooth things over, and say the usual stuff we customers like to hear, but that probably would not change the way they are treating customers and their cars, which is sad. So if you have a car that you care about, you have a choice-read this and think about it.
