Why should you buy your next car from Ziegler?

Why should you buy your next car from Ziegler?
They carry one of the largest inventories in the area so you're very likely to find exactly what you want. They price their cars very competitively.
Unfortunately that is the end of the good stuff.
I believe they can stay in business (at least for now) because they sell a lot of cars despite the fact that their customer service is mediocre at best.
We recently contacted their internet sales person and told her the exact car we wanted and that we wanted an out the door price so we could get a check and go pick up the car. That sales person never actually called me back (ever). I eventually called her back after 5 hours of not hearing from them and was told someone would call me back. Sure enough about an hour later a finance person call me back and gave me the number I wanted and even faxed me the car info with the out the door price. I called the saleswoman again (my third call to her) and informed her we were going to pick up the car on Friday (it was Wednesday when I contacted her). She told me she couldn't guarantee the car would be there two days later but that if sold she would let me know. She did NOT inform me I could have put a deposit on my credit car to hold the car, which I would have gladly done. Friday came and we called to make sure the car was still available as we would have our 16-month-old twins and would be driving over 60 miles to get this car. Fortunately the car was still there but the sales person was unavailable. We left a message with her "internet sales partner" that we were on our way to pick up the car. When we got to the dealer I was upset that internet sales person had not returned our calls and asked to see a different sales person. The new salesman started to help us and when we gave him the info on the car we wanted, the car was "just being sold". I was very upset and requested to speak with the sales manager. The sales manager seemed genuinely concerned and offered to personally look for a car that was comparable to what we wanted. We waited with our amazingly good kids for over an hour with no luck. It was now about 7:15 PM and our kids were tired and hungry and we couldn't wait any longer. This was supposed to be a pretty smooth transaction. We did not need a loan, we were not trading any cars, it was a clean cash-in-hand purchase. The sales manager apologized again and told me "I want to earn your business so I'm going to find you a car and I will personally call you tomorrow morning to let you know about your car". We did get a call the next morning from Ziegler; it was NOT the sales manager but someone from customer service asking me if I was coming to get my car today. I asked, "Did they find one? Is the car in?" and he said YES. So he gave me the new salesman's (the nice salesman who told us the car we wanted was sold) cell phone number. When I called him he had no idea what was going on, neither did the costumer service guy apparently. And 24 hours latter I'm still waiting for that sales manager to call me back.
It's clear to me that from top to bottom, none of the people I encountered at Zeigler cares about clients or ethics in doing business as long as they continue to sell cars. I will not be doing business with them in the future.
These people are shady. They were able to hide this review from YELP.
