Would give 0 if possible.

I purchased a car in November. 2 months in and they have not cancelled my warranty or GAP insurance. The advisor told me GAP insurance was not required and he would not apply it. Low and behold, he added it to my contract and I did not catch it upon the initial review. I walked into the office 7 days after my purchase to cancel both the warrant and GAP insurance. The "loan advisor" printed out the forms and had me sign them. I call in 3 weeks later to obtain a status and was told they never got my form....

I resubmit the form after finding out the "loan advisor" did not send this in (of course i didn't have a copy to prove this). Fast forward to today. The agent assisting me in obtaining my refund no longer works with the company and I still have got no answers. I've called plenty and I get voicemails with no return calls. At this point - my next action might be to file complains to the proper sources and obtain legal council as the same "loan advisor" who signed me on to the warranty is the one who took me into the office to cancel it.

I have reached out numerous times in the course of 2 months and no help has been given to resolve this.

I was told by the loan advisor that getting the warranty would lower my interest rate. I later found out this is untrue and considered to be an unethical practice. This makes sense as when I questioned the advisor as to how this works, he simply pulled the document back and said he's trying to help but I clearly don't want the help and he would simply sign me on to the higher interest rate.
