I brought in my 2015 Chrysler 200 to be serviced. I worked with Steve Smith as my advisor and Mario Giannese fixed operations director also Dawn Binkoski with the rental vehicles she made it quick and easy as possible to get me in and out with my rental.They are very friendly and professional they took excellent care of me and followed through on their word and made things happen. They stayed in touch with me and kept me updated about my vehicle. Every time I come in for service it is always a fast and painless appointment. I only come to Schaumburg Zeigler to get my car serviced they are honest good people especially me being a woman. A huge thank you to Mario Giannese for making my service appointments as painless as possible. Thank you Steve and Dawn you guys are rock stars
