Walked in & stood around for maybe 5 minutes without one person asking if we were helped. Needless to say left after I helped myself to a bag of popcorn.
We leased our second Jeep Grand Cherokee from Zeigler. We upgraded a bit this time from a Limited to an Overland with a V8 engine. I love it! It's a luxury SUV and it's worth every penny! It's exactly what I wanted! The service was exceptional. Mike Willock was our sales guy and he was excellent to work with. He was never pushy or annoyed. He endured our long numerous test drives and my husband's endless negotiation. We test drove several models with our two super chatty kids in the back seat. He was a true down to earth professional the whole time! If you need to purchase or lease a new car, he's your guy! You won't be disappointed!
Worst dealership / autobody shop I've ever dealt with. They are slow, have poor communication, most of the employees are rude and dismissive. There seems to be almost no management to oversee the employee's poor behavior. They forgot to do the work that you asked for.
Their pricing is also extremely high. This is the 3rd time I've called for a repair and their price has been at least double if not triple what my other mechanic does the same work for.
I will not be taking my car here for an oil change, let alone any other work.

Sad that you spend $50k on a brand new vehicle, receive a recall notice 3 months later, and they can't give a loaner vehicle? Service recalls only done during the week, when people work for a living, so now what am I supposed to do? Guess this recall is going to cost me money now. I can't miss work. I know it's up to the dealer, as a good gesture, but heck they sold me the car.
My son purchase a used vehicle here and sold him an extended warranty on it. The engine has problems and now the insurance company refuses to honor the warranty and Zeigler Jeep is offering a refund on the warranty. How obscene is that? You sell a customer an extended warranty on a used vehicle and then the insurance company refuses to fix the vehicle? It clearly states that the engine is covered but yet they won't fix it? This is possibly the most dishonest dealership that I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them and will make sure everyone I know knows how they treat their customers. I'm sorry that it was only a used vehicle and not one of their high end vehicles, but all customers should be treated equally. Not only did they sell him a warranty that they will not honor they sold him a vehicle with a catalytic converter which is illegal. We will be contacting the EPA in regards to this matter.

Had a problem with my Jeep. Just stopped in to ask a question. Everyone was nice and helpful. This is not my dealership, so can't really judge much.
Probably the worst 2 experiences ever getting my car worked on happened here while trying to get the same issue fixed. I won't go into all the details and the long back story, but will just give a quick overview of the issues that I encountered. This location is HORRIBLE at communication, they promise to call you in a certain time frame, and they do not. When I called in to get the status of my car, they do not know what is going on and I have to wait for someone else to call back. They gave me completely wrong information about my car, including telling me my car was ready for pick up causing me to go to Enterprise only to get another call saying that the work was not done yet. Another big gripe I have is in the lack of respect given to your vehicle. My care is more cared for at a corner Jiffy Lube or oil change place than at this "professional auto service" location. They do not even use floor mats in your car, and return it dirtier than when you brought it in. Very disappointing. This location has soured me on any other Zeigler branch unfortunately. Hopefully owners/management can see the issues here and fix them before it is too late!!! Let me know if this happens, because this location is way more convenient for me.
Purchased a car from Chris White @ Zeigler in Schaumburg. He was phenomenal! From right when I came in, until I left with my new car, he made the whole experience great. He wasn't pushy, he offered me a drink, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. It was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend buying a car from Chris White.
Bad service and out dated, my tail light kept going(2018 ram) out brought it in 4 times to get fixed then finally fixed the 4th time came to pick up my truck porter crashed my car into my wife's car. dealer refused to help now i had to claim against my own insurance and pay deductible. attempted multiple times to speak to a manager both email and phone calls but they never call back. I will never use this dealership in fact i drive to another dealer that's further just for the better service.

By far the most pleasant experience I've had at a dealership... Was totally worth the trip out from Chicago in order to obtain a higher level of service. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. There were no shady sales tactics nor any need to haggle on price because it was already the best deal I could find. The prices listed on the website are actually real prices and not some hypothetical price reserved for someone who might happen to be in the military, a fireman, as well as a recent college grad all at once. The next closest Jeep dealer I went to prior to finding Zeigler actually lists their prices in this way. On top of that they couldn't even come close to level of service I received from Zeigler. The sales associate who helped me, Kevin Bennett, was very knowledgeable and super helpful in my decision process. Charlie Trauscht was a great pleasure to work with as well. After I already shook on the deal they continued to go above and beyond, even taking the car to the nearby gas station and filling up the tank before handing it over... I will be happily recommending this great dealership to everyone I know.

I got my jeep there but i never go back again for my own previously bad experiences i had in the past. So i decided avoid that place and i do advice you do the same. You will save money, time if you not go there. But if you have any refinancing question they have good peoples who is willing to help you.

This has been the BEST purchase I ve ever had . It was so fast and efficient. The salesman Brandon D was soo honest and kind. He was realistic about what i could do with my credit and down payment . He also cared about what i NEEDED ive been scared to drive in the winter and he got me in the perfect suv for my needs and it s cute as ever so I m still fly driving lol. I m sooo grateful to have come across Ziegler s ad on Facebook . I ve been turned away sooo much because of credit and the debt on my old car i did a trade in and they paid top dollar for it allowing me to get it paid off and into my new car. Again I m soooo thankful i don t even usually right reviews but i had to let anyone and everyone know ZEIGLERS on Schaumburg is the bomb. Really surprised that they have happy customers. I am on the search for a vehicle and came across them via Sam's club Vehicle Purchase Program.
I sent a request for interest (lock the "price") and while waiting for contact, came across another deal on their site, only to learn that none of the great deals listed on the site for 2021 Jeeps were real. They list them on the website, reel you in, tell you that there is a mistake on the website, the vehicle is not for sale as it is a loaner vehicle (16 total, listed), then proceed to try and get you to take interest in something else. This "glitch" is still on the site and I doubt there has been an attempt to correct. If I had any understanding of Illinois consumer laws - I'd report them for using deceiving sales practices.
As for the vehicle I initially took interest in - I was told it was sold - then I received another text from a different sales person asking me to lock in the sale price (for the vehicle they supposedly sold 2 days prior). When I called back and asked them what's up with that - the lady that keeps changing her name, but sounds exactly the same claimed it as another "glitch".
Due to their shady business practice, I cancelled my appointment at the Ziegler in my area. The local sales man in my city lost a potential customer. I refuse to support any business owned by someone that allows for shady business practice to be used, just to draw customers in.

I went to this dealership and I bought a 2016 Renegade. I was told a price and was charged 2,000 more of what they had told me the price was. If you are trying to buy a car don't trust this dealership at all.

My experience was excellent. Ervin Cottingham was very knowledgeable, he knew the answer to all my questions. I have been to different car lots looking for a Jeep. My wife wants a Jeep Cherokee for her up coming birthday with very specific details about her new SUV. Ervin explain that she can have all she wants plus more. If you need a business man who knows his business please go to Mr. Cottingham at Zeigler Chyrsler Jeep. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
My wife and I worked with Jordan and did a 2 car trade in. Jordan took the time to understand what we wanted, wasn t pushy (like more car salesmen), and made us feel very comfortable. This is my 3rd Jeep and I ve been to a few dealerships. This one, and Jordan, go the extra mile to make you feel appreciated.

Sorry for the length of this post, but very frustrating experience. We have two kids, very active in sports and time is short. We have spent a lot of time looking for vehicles and had noticed several at Zeiglers that we were interested in. We really were looking at a truck and had a confirmed eprice and went in to see the vehicles. When we got there, nobody approached us, which is not a complaint. We eventually went to a desk and spoke with the sales manager, Gabriel. He was very professional and set us up with a salesman, also name Gabe. We looked and drove three vehicles and came back to the dealership and we were hoping to start some sort of negotiating. We started discussing the RAM 1500. I explained to Gabe that I had secured online internet pricing from the dealer and explained our credit scores and that we had secured financing already. He excused himself and came back with another salesman who took over. He proceeded to tell us there was no way that the price was correct and that the internet team has not clue as to what they are doing. His best price on the truck was close to $4000 more than the eprice. I began to get fairly irritated and offered to show him the email and he declined saying they couldn't match it. I asked for a manager and was told he was it. When I asked to speak with Gabriel, this salesman again stated he too was a manager and Gabriel wasn't needed. We were out of time and left. On the way home the salesman emailed us and stated he could come to within $300 of the eprice. Since that time, we have stepped on the brakes. We are reluctant to deal with them again, however when reviewing their inventory and contacting the internet team again, we found a very similar truck for $2000 less than the one we had been looking for. Got confirmation from the internet team again that the price on this truck was $31,793.00. I was assured through multiple emails this was the price minus, tax, title, license and fees, which are in the area of $3000.00 for where we live. The internet team forwarded me on to sales and the email came from the same salesman. I asked via email for an out the door cost and told him the sale eprice and he came back at more that $37,397.21. I said that was ridiculous and he said it was the price. The cost should not have broken $34900 with the taxes and remaining fees. This has been ridiculous waste of time. I will not list the salesman's name as maybe I rubbed him he wrong way, but this was a ridiculous experience. We are still looking, but it is doubtful to be done with Zeiglers in Schaumburg.
Ken Kousiakis is the most amazing salesman that I have ever encountered at any car dealership. I have worked in the automotive industry for 10+ years, and in that time I have never seen a person with such drive, dedication, and accomplishments. Ken did an outstanding job of working outside the box to find the right car, at the affordable payment, with the desired accessories. I will never shop with any other salesman again. Thank you Mr. Kousiakis for your time, effort, and dedication, it is beyond appreciated!
I was pleasantly surprised of how the staff of Ziegler are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am in the market to get a new car and although I did not settle on a car yet, I will definitely go back and work with Mike W. He was not pushy, experienced, knows a lot about cars and had a great sense of humor. I would recommend Mike to anyone in the market buying a car.

After a long shopping process, we had a good experience closing a deal with Avi to buy a minivan. First of all, I never write reviews but this time I felt compelled. Michael Rodriguez was absolutely fantastic! He didn't rush us, was extremely patient with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars he was showing us. The day we stopped in, we had already been to multiple dealers so needless to say we were quite frustrated and tiered. Dealing with salesmen that had little to no knowledge of the cars they were trying to sell us. As soon as we started talking to Michael it was very obvious that we were dealing with a different salesmen. We love our Jeep and Michael the buying process the best we have ever had! I would rate this dealership 0 stars if it was offered. The service department at this dealership is atrocious. They do not offer rentals until you bring up your contract and they do not have any loaners on their lot. I have a 2013 Dodge that is not even 1 year old and had major mechanical failure. They do not have a drop box so therefore my car could not be towed on the weekend to the dealer. When I had the car towed on a Monday morning they did not look at my car until Tuesday. They then had my car for a few days until it was supposedly fixed. When I went to pick my car up the car was not completely fixed. I then left the car with them for another day. They told me the part would need to be ordered. So I picked my car up. When I called a week later they said the part was in. So a day after I called I called again to confirm which they then said "Oh sorry, there is no part on order." I tried to contact the manager several times to which I got no response. When he did finally return my call he said all the parts have not been ordered. I would NEVER recommend this dealership for service. No one communicates to one another in this department and no one communicates to you (the customer). And don't even bother asking for a manager because he works just as well as all the people in his department.

Avi was excellent. I test drove a model from every major truck manufacturer out there. Avi was the only sales person to listen to my wants, needs and budget. We test drove a Ram within my regiments and not the top of the line model, like the rest of the dealerships.

Husband did a consultation over the phone, to set everything up before we came in. My husband and the virtual salesperson worked out the details and we were promised a specific deal. The salesperson ASSURED my husband that there would be no issues when he came in.
We were matched with another salesperson when we arrived. After test driving the car and going through all of the motions, the offer we were given was astronomically higher than what we were promised over the phone. As usual, the manager came over to run some numbers and came back with a lower offer. The offer was still hundreds of dollars a month more than what was agreed upon. My husband again mentioned the virtual offer and showed screenshots of what the virtual salesperson offered. The manager said that he didn t know why they offered that to us, because it wasn t correct. (This offer was also posted on their website, which my husband also showed them). After going back and forth, the manager basically admitted to false advertisement to lure customers in. He said that the offers online are never what is offered in store. The manager said that the fine print of that offer includes taxes and fees and a bunch of rebates, that would be next to impossible for an average person to qualify for.
We understand that tax and fees do take part in the final offer, but what we were given, was 3x more than advertised.
This may just be how dealerships work, but regardless, it s unacceptable.
We wasted an entire Saturday morning and afternoon. Needless to say, We will never be back!
Today I went to the Ziegler Dealership and the service with a seller named Manuel Flores was astounding. He was patient with me about buying a Pacifica. He gave me all about the information about the car and the prices. He gave me recommendations about what other cars that I could buy and he had a very nice tone while dealing with me.
Nick T. took very good care of us. He showed us ever nook and cranny of the Dodge Grand Caravan. Overall great experience.

Everyone knows dealing with car salesman can be overwhelming and annoying in some cases, but if you happen to go to this dealership, I would setup an appointment specifically with Matt. List one price. Then said it was listed wrong. Won't give it to us for the listed price. Then say it's gonna cost 10000 more because they listed it wrong
