When I was buying my car, the salesperson was grea...

When I was buying my car, the salesperson was great. I get that he was just doing his job, and trying to make a sale. But to have the audacity to lie to their customers was just a horrific experience for me. I meant to buy a car with no problems at all, keep in mind I had already done my research into the car. I did whatever I can to find out about any little specs about the car. My headlight had moisture in it, the heated seats do not work that well, and windshield fluid spray was not working. And this was me finding out after I had bought the car. Now the car I bought was a Hyundai, and you are probably wondering why get a Hyundai car from the dodge dealership. The answer is mostly trust, and the need for a car. The car was also used. This car was a 2016 car so it was fairly new. It fits my budget and the reason why I bought it so I will not have to face a lot of problems with a newer car since my broken down car I had last time. Turns out by the Hyundai dealership told me, the car was in an accident. Car fax doesn't say so, but what I found out about the salesperson who used to work there a while back, no names are going to be given, "Ziegler is notorious for lemon cars or scams", there is even a CBC short documentary about it. Before buying the car, I did ask my salesperson to find out more about the car, and he told me the car is indeed of no accidents what so ever, and so did the manager. No names are going to be given because I do not want anyone to be in trouble or fired. After finding out the car was in an accident, the Ziegler dealership did try to help me out no doubt, but what they were doing was not good enough for me and my budget. I even bought a warranty from them so if the car was to have any problems, I would get it fixed but now that is garbage because the warranty involves with no accidents only. Now, I am a fairly nice person, this was my first car, my first expensive ride. The way the person behind the desk treated me, it just made me go absurd. He basically calls me a liar to my face. I do not want him to get fired because he probably has a family that he supports, so no names again. I get that it is his job to protect whatever he is with in the company, but when a person spends about $20,000 from the company, I think they should put themselves in my shoes. I did swear, 100% my bad, but being treated like this makes me feel like I was robbed with a gunpoint to my head. They won't take my car into service because if I do, the car would be considered a lemon car. I have taken it to them many times, and it is just the same thing over and over again. I do not want a refund, but what I want from them is just a simple fix up to my car that is included in my warranty which the $2500 is garbage. The crazy thing is, when I asked them if they knew if they car was in an accident, they would point out to the carfax stating that it says no accident on the carfax and that is what they go by. When I asked, "So you guys don't do your research?" they would just stay quiet and change the subject. I have the proof that the car was in an accident in my hands. One horrible experience can mean a lot to a person, but several is personal. Moral of the story, buyers please beware, otherwise this will happen to you.
