Over the weekend I was Pleased with the great service and attention I got from Ziegler. First off, I started working with Kelly Allian setting up an appt to come in for a vehicle. She followed up with me and got me prepared to come in for my appt. When I got there, I was greeted by Matt Cacheux who helped me find a vehicle. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he brought out a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T. I just knew that I wasn't going to be able to get it but he made it all happen. I will recommend him to anyone!

Do you want a dealership that messes up your financing, keeps you there all day, performs low quality work, and charges you for things they didn t tell you about? If so, then this is the dealership for you! I had a terrible experience from start to finish when I bought my car and had work done on it. I would highly recommend to buy your vehicles elsewhere and have them worked on in a shop that performs quality work, not just clean cars.
I've dealt with Louis porretta on many occasions and purchased quite a few cars from him over the years and let me tell u this guy is the best. My last purchase was a used 2016 gmc sierra and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a good price and a good rate on the financing. So with this being said when I'm looking for another vehicle for my business Louis will obviously be the guy i go to. These guys were pretty good and willing to negotiate but lost a star because I was misinformed about refinancing to my lender during a purchase. Nothing huge but now have to deal with multiple banks to reduce interest rate by 5 percent because of it. Otherwise good experience and I'm happy with the results.
Avi was the sales representative that assisted us with the process of finding a car that met the needs of our family, as well as keeping us within our budget. Avi was friendly, honest and helpful. We will definitely return to this dealer for future car purchases.

I have to give these guys credit. I was turned away when going in for an oil change (due to some missing info where I had a few free oil changes coming) and they followed up with me diligently, investigated the issue and got it straightened out. I really appreciate the effort, AFTER I bought my car there. Bought my last two cars there and will likely go back when I buy my third.
My experience was pretty seem less. I walked in with a car already in mind, test drove the car, feel in love, and purchased the car a couple hours later. My salesperson Javy was amazing and walked me through each step in through detail. Probably the 1st time I ve walked out of a car dealership feeling confident I knew all the features on the car, thanks to Javy!
I brought my 14 Charger that was still under 100,000 mile warranty to be serviced for an oil leak. My first visit, my car was taken in, I received my rental, and I awaited the call to let me know when my car was ready. There were some recalls that needed to be taken care of and I thought it was nice of them to recognize that and they kept it for an extra day to fix those up which I appreciated. I came to get my car a few days later, swapped the rental for my vehicle, and headed home. On my way home, I noticed my car was giving a faint vibrating sensation when sitting at red lights. I know my car very well as it s my daily, and it has NEVER done that. I got home and was worried my car was still leaking oil so I let it sit in the driveway for an hour to see if any oil spots would appear underneath my car. I reversed my car to the end of my driveway and right where my engine was sitting, was a huge blotch of oil. It was a fairly large amount, so I had my boyfriend check my oil levels and I had absolutely NO OIL in my car. It was all sitting in my driveway. I called Ziegler and made them aware of my situation and they suggested I DRIVE my car with NO OIL to them in the morning. At this point I m absolutely mortified that my car was not properly fixed, and I m being advised by the people who were supposed to fix the problem, to drive my car with no oil from Elk Grove Village back to Schaumburg. I had to ask to speak to another representative and be somewhat assertive but I feel I had the right to be a bit upset. A tow truck was ordered to come get my car in the morning (which they happily paid for) and I took another trip to Schaumburg to receive another rental. They called me later that day and told me that the part they installed was defective and that they would install a new one. All of this is under warranty so none of this cost me a dime. I picked up my car the next day and while driving home, my check engine light went on. At this point I m extremely frustrated because I m tired of taking these multiple trips to Schaumburg and I honestly just wanted my car back and in good shape. I get off the highway and immediately turn around to come back for the THIRD time. They set me in the same rental I just returned not even 30 minutes ago and I head home without the issue fixed once again. I get a call the next day from a service worker and they tell me my car needs spark plugs installed which is NOT an issue that was recognized before they installed the defective part. They had the nerve to ask me to pay almost $500.00 which for someone who was expecting for everything to be paid under warranty is a huge shocker. Myself, and multiple supporters had to contact Mario, who I believe was the head of the service department at the time to try and resolve this issue. I left a voicemail and didn t receive a call back. My voicemail was I believe ignored. My mother decided to leave a voicemail stating that she hoped she would be able to post a good review about Ziegler and to give her a call back to see what we can do to get this problem fixed. It wasn t until then, that we received contact from Mario. They ended up waving the fees to fix the spark plugs on my car which I am extremely grateful for. I just wish the issue would have been handled without having to persuade someone to level with their customers. I m a brand new car owner, and I feel sometimes people like me are taken advantage of. I m lucky I have a mother that looks out for me, but if it wasn t for her the struggle to get my car back in good condition would have been chaotic. Jessica was the person who was in contact with me the during most of my service visits, and she did answer the questions at first but the more I saw her the more she made it known she was tired of dealing with me. I ve worked in customer service and you either have a personality people love or you don t. That s what dictates wether you should be put in a position to represent the company and she does not fit. Overall I m grateful they took care of the expenses. But customer service needs to improve.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! Haven t had the car for over a month and the motor blew. Went in to get help and the service lady named Jessica was a complete joke. Really needs to work on her customer service. Very unprofessional. Safe to say if it s not fix you can have the car back.
After several weeks of research on the web from various Jeep dealers I landed at Zeigler of Schaumburg to begin the exciting process of becoming a Jeep owner. I performed extensive research on the Jeep Cherokee and the Trailhawk is the model that I was destined to own. After reading the reviews on the Zeigler website, my decision was to contact Frank V. as my salesperson. I touched base with Frank and presented him with my challenge of locating a white Trailhawk. I had a very professional, informative yet down to earth conversation with Frank who was much attuned in the direction I was leaning. I scheduled an appointment with Frank who welcomed me to the dealership promptly as I arrived and spent a good part of a Saturday driving two white Trailhawks for comparison as each were optioned out differently. I drove both vehicles twice and decided on a maxed out "L", brilliant white Trailhawk, (love the panoramic sunroof & Alpine sound system). The whole dealership is very modern, clean and with an upbeat professional atmosphere were you are treated like family. Frank is very much experienced and knowledgeable with the Jeep brand and made the whole experience and buying process at Zeigler Jeep streamlined, fun and rewarding. My new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is an awesome vehicle that I plan on owning for a long time. Hats off to Frank V. and the Ziegler team for a truly enjoyable shopping experience!
Walked in expecting good service and I received Amazing service!!!! Jorge Matos was well knowledge on the vehicles he showed me and was able to answer all my questions. He is very helpful and puts your priorities first, I highly recommend him to anyone!
I walked in asking for a pickup I had an appointment for and the salesman looks at me like he didn t even want to bother because I looked young. Before even test driving it he tells me if I really want that pickup because it was expensive and it was 63k. He asked how much I was making a year making me feel like I m broke, but I had 10k ready to put down and could actually afford the vehicle. As I was sitting down to talk about numbers to get the best price, he gets on the phone and just starts talking to a friend cursing and what not. Not so great customer service.

Horrible customer service!! Jason and the whole service team should be ashamed! Brought in my Jeep for a RRT recall to be done. Dropped off my car in the morning and I asked what I m signing for! Service guy said just for leaving the car. In the evening they tell me that it s $450 to change spark plugs and a ignition coil! That is completely false overkill of a price. Jason who was rude and not helpful at all said I have to pay the diagnostic fee to take out the car. There was no manager at the moment and their is nothing else he can do! Can you believe that by just holding my car hostage! They also said that I had a check engine light which is a complete lie and also said that I signed for non rrt issue. I had a bad experience here before and never did buy a car. Went to Arlington heights and got two cars!!! Wanted to give them a second chance since they are by me for service and they completely blew it! Have to come in tomorrow morning to speak to the manager!
I wrote in to work on a deal with a Jeep I liked but I couldn t even get that far they were rude from the start of the message. I would never buy a vehicle here. That s not the way you treat people looking to come to your business. I buy new vehicles every year or two but none will ever be from you.

Brought my vehicle into service for an oil change. and was greeted by Lena. I also had concerns about my tire She was able to have the technicians take a look and informed me that my wheel was bent. She went above and beyond and was able to have a replacement for my wheel same day!
Will never go back to get my car worked on. Had an invoice that states a part was replaced in August. Then in December they said that the part was ordered. Never got a call saying the part was in. Never was told that they did not fix it the first time even though it said it on the invoice. Never will go back.
Dealership is phenomenal! Mr. Miguel Pagan was not only fun but knew what he was talking about on every vehicle. His customer service is a type of service you do not receive anywhere. I went to this dealership to look at used Jeeps. I had been searching for about a week looking at different ones until one day I just popped into this dealership on a whim. I met Francis, a very informative salesman. I told him what features I wanted and he showed me two Jeeps. The second was a black 2017 Oscar Mike. I fell in love. Francis want pushy and was super helpful. I was able to leave that night with a great deal on the Jeep of my dreams. Thank you Francis. 10/10 would recommend.

Wish I could give zero stars, as Tom in service shoveled chips and salsa down his throat he managed enough energy to give 3 excuses to turn me away. My favorite was Saturday isn t the day you want to bring your car here well Tom I m sorry my truck with a 10k motor keeps shutting off with my kid inside and we disrupted your chips and salsa of which I m sure was set out for customers. What a waste of space and time.

My sister and I just moved to Rolling Meadows from Missouri about a year ago. I have a Jeep Liberty, and I had to find a new dealership for service in Illinois. Several of my new coworkers recommended this place, so I stopped by here for an oil change a few months back. While I was waiting, I was walking around the showroom looking at some new vehicles, as my Liberty is getting pretty old. Multiple salesmen came up and asked if I was doing okay or needed any help. One salesman, Marc, was unusually friendly, but not pushy like most car salesmen can sometimes be. He really made me feel welcomed, which not a lot of people, much less businesses, seem to do in the Chicago area. Then I started talking to the general manager, Steve, who is an absolute sweetheart, and definitely easy on the eyes as well! I got several salesmen's business cards while I was there, and of course the cute manager's, too! When I am ready to trade in my Liberty I will come back to Zeigler!

This is something that can NOT go unnoticed! Today was a beautiful day out and I decided to let my sunroof back.. When I got to my 2nd job I came to realize that I could NOT close my sunroof. Realizing I had only 10 mins to spare I went into work thinking I could come back to my vehicle and it would close for me later. Well it didn't. As I'm on my break I call Zeigler in a panic with understanding that it might just rain later on this night. I spoke with a Renato who advised me that there was NOTHING he could do for me because they were closing in 45mins and that he could make me an appt for tomorrow. Me on the other hand being persistent I advised that I am leaving work early for I only work 5 mins down the road. He then proceeded to tell me "okayy but again there's probably nothing we can do tonight seeing how we are closing shortly". I advised him that I would like it if someone at least tried. When I got there a young gentlemen greeted me right away. I asked "are you Renato" and he replied yes. Of course he was Renato. He did a few pulls on the sunroof and pushed the button and nothing. He even proceeded to pop the hood and look at my fuse box. Which he shortly covered right back up and then told me "like I said there is nothing we can do tonight and that the motor must of went bad" he did offer to seal it with plastic but the lack of CARE was definitely missing from this person. As I sat there a gentleman name JAY walked up and a lady name JESSICA who then popped the hood again pulled out the fuse to my car and told me it was blown. They then replaced the fuse and BADA BING BADA BOOM! problem solved. I wish I could've set there all night and thanked them over and over again but clearly I had "inconvenienced" some people enough. I just want JAY and JESSICA to know it's people like who two who that show you care that makes loyal customers. I'm not going to bad mouth Renato because you can't force everyone to show compassion like these two did! I asked them both what do I owe you, what can I do?! And JESSICA replied "do something nice for someone else". Jessica I hope you read this because THAT'S exactly what I will do. PAY IT FORWARD! It's the simplest things that count, that matter. That will never leave a person's memory and Jay and Jessica are the definition of an asset to this company! Thank u thank u thank u. We just bought a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio with Stephanie at Zeigler. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had. The car was clean and ready before we arrived. Stephanie had Starbucks ready too?! She knew every option on the car and got us in and out at lightning speed. We also met Greg in service who walked us through the entire vehicle and planned for future maintenance and Gabe and Charlie in finance who got us the lowest rate possible. I truly don t know many people who enjoy going to purchase a new car let alone going to get serviced at a delership. But I must say it started sometime back when I decided to get a second quote for my sons car that had brake issues.
I found that the Ziegler group was hundreds of dollars less then a well know National group that really tried to take advantage of my then 19 year old son.
They where honest and fixed the problems. They restored my mind set in to giving them my business. Since then I get all my monthly service checks along with my familys car issues.
The Ziegler Family should be proud of what they are doing and have done good with showing the staff the importance of good service. We have many places to go to, I glade I found a respectable place.

I purchase a vechical from this car lot March 20, 2018. My vechical is a 2016 Jeep Compass sport the vechical I actually wanted and found on accident. I test drove this vechical and I was pleased. I being to do the paper work just to later on be b.s.. My salesman told he would place me in the jeep with just a 1000 down I said okay. The salesman left and return to say I needed a co-signer I instantly said no and ask what else he say well can you put 3000 down i agreed. he left and came back claiming I was not approve for the use vechical and the interest was high. I instantly said I'm leaving and thank for your service he say i have a brand new Chevy Trac that you can test drive I say I'm not interested but drove it any way I still didn't want it and I wasn't breaking to the point I was being lesture about what's best for my family. understand this buyer no one I repeat no one know what's best for you or your family. My financial stability matter but a 520.00 car note matter to him after arriving back he showed me #'s and interest to the any other Chevy car but gave me the run around about the jeep I set in this place 5-7hr getting b.s.. Just to get my 2016 Jeep Compass sport with 45,000 mile everything in shape and okay features he didn't bother to show off like he did the Chevy hb. Like what can I do with a hb with 3 kids. The vechical was reasonable price to me car note is okay but they greedy business gave me 72mon to play it off which doubles the cost of the car when I clearly told them 2-3 years now credit karma sending me a loan coming with less interest of 4% and 36mon and a lesser car note Titling "I could be over paying for my car" I know I am thanks credit karma. If any one need any help or more details just let me know There business needs your money your money don't need them

Everyone was nice at this location and we felt very welcomed. Chuck the salesman was very nice and helped me pick a car that fits me perfectly. Kelly also helped me with any questions or anything I needed, the two of them were great. Overall my experience here at CDJR was good. The wait when purchasing a car anywhere is always going to suck no matter what, and during that wait I was asked lots of times if I needed anything like water, snacks, etc. Overall a great experience!
I'm leaving 2 stars because while my salesman was great, the service department is lacking in communication and good service. I bought my brand new 2018 Jeep Compass on Wednesday by Saturday I had it in the shop for an issue. I got it back on Wednesday, but with 70 more miles and over a quarter tank less of gas. I had to return the gas I used on the loaner they provided. But I don't get the favor returned? Monday I got a text message stating the issue hasn't been figured out. Only a text. Tuesday I got an actual call by the service man asking to drive the car home to see if more miles would provide answers. I agreed to this, wholly, please fix my new $38,000 investment. I was under the impression that the car would be refilled and washed because I even asked about them gassing it up and was told yes. Wednesday i got the call, my car was ready but the diagnosis was unclear. I was in their office at 3:15p.m 2 hours later I asked if my car had been washed yet and if I could go. I get questioned if I paid my bill and asked why I would wait 2 hours for a car wash. . Funny thing is they told me to just wait and someone would come and get me. No one came and you know what they say about assumptions. Its been a week since I bought my new car, it's supposed to be an exciting moment.. but my disappointment with this whole experience has made me realize I will not use Ziegler for service nor will I buy another car from them .
It's been one week now with my 2015 Jeep Renegade that I've gotten from the awesome people at Zeigler and its safe to that I was pleased with my entire experience. Jorge Matos is the man to talk to if you want professional and patient service while you car shop , test drive and maybe even a purchase.
I worked with George and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. After quite an exhaustive search for the right car and the right dealership, I found both at Zeigler. George made the process easy, fun, and exciting; the way it should be! He was friendly, professional, and he found me the Jeep I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. He stayed with me after all of the finance details to show me the important features inside the car and followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I didn't need anything. I would definitely recommend working with George and I've already recommended him to family and friends. I couldn't be happier.
Matt Cacheux was awesome. As soon as we drove onto the lot he was very attentive and answered all of our questions. He got us into a 2017 Wrangler. Everything went smooth. In and out within a couple of hours. Definitely recommend Matt for anyone looking for a new or used car.
During COVID you would think dealerships would be more accommodating trying to earn business via different channels, ie. email and text. Not this place. Terrible experience, flat out refused to send me a quote on a vehicle I was ready to purchase that day via email, text or VM. I was in all day meetings and couldn't talk on the phone, which I explained many times. Horrible experience - avoid.
I went in to look at some options for a new car. I was looking at the Jeep Wrangler but was out of my payment range. Mark Newman is a friend of mine and treated me great. Even though the car wasn't in my range he didn't stop until the hunt was complete. In little time he got me to drive a Chrysler 200C and I fell in love. Great car and an AWESOME deal. Price of used Honda Odessay 2018 online was 21950 when I came to dealer price got up to 27000. What a rip off. People don't pay "fees" that don't make sense baycot this place and know your prices. I have to say I like sales person he was nice person though.
started off nice well of course they are trying to sell a car.then came to bait and switch and the usual try to screw you on the trade after i got my own buy figure to be more realistic of the cars actual value wasnt pleasing enough for the sales mgr. to screw me on the agreed price but renig on the trade!!! stay away........
