We had Anastasiia as a salesperson. She told us she was new at selling cars, but she did an excellent job
She showed us the trucks we were interested in and was very thorough on the letting us know about the
Bells and whistles of the truck. When it came time to purchase the truck she and Rick Boerman explained
how everything would work. They both were very professional. If anyone is looking for a new vehicle or used
I would send them to Anastasiia. Very personable not pushy and put you in the driver s seat ( pun intended)!

This place knows nothing about customer service. They only try to take your money. I will never buy a Jeep due to Zeigler's lack of customer service. They can learn a lot from BMW, Mercedes and Lexus dealers in the area. Night and day in service. WOW. Fire the manager(s) if you want to keep customers who have yet to experienced your NOT service.

We were looking for a specific used vehicle we saw listed on the internet. We called ahead to let them know we were coming, and Velko welcomed us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he was very pleasant to work with. We had gone to another dealership and received terrible service. We would recommend Zeigler and Velko for finding the vehicle that will work for you.

The buying experience with Jorge Matos went smoothly and easily. He seemed honest, listened to complaints, and answered questions.

The experience with the service department has hardly been pleasant. The office for the service department makes no sense. There's no one to greet you or tell you who can help you. There are desks with people sitting in them, backs towards the door you just walked in. No one looks up or asks how they can help you. It is unlcear who these people at the desks are, what they do, if it's okay to interrupt them or not, and if they're even the right person to talk to. After some time of standing around, someone will hopefully finally ask you if you need help. Whether this point of communication is pleasant or not likely depends on your issue and situation. In my case, it seemed like every person I talked to on the phone or in person was saying something different and resulted in a wasted trip to the dealership.

I had set up an appointment. Called the morning of the appointment to confirm it. The service person on the phone tells me there wasn't an appointment set. I explained my problem and asked if I needed to set another appointment for it. He said I didn't need to and that I could just drop it off anytime in the day. Then I arrive at the service office later, hardly greeted with any form of customer service, and the person I set up an appointment with from the beginning says that I didn't set it up. Wonderful. Really hope I never have to come back to this place again.

I had a very mixed experience when purchasing my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Zeigler. The experience was smooth the day my wife and I went to purchase the vehicle. However, I was trading in my car at the time, and there was some concern regarding the title (I had just paid off the loan in full and the title was in limbo). They said it would not be an issue. Days later I received numerous phone calls asking where it is, saying they couldn't sell the car at auction, etc. I had signed off on power of attorney for the car so they could very easily get a replacement title. They kept harassing me for it but eventually I just sent them a check for $90 so they could get a new title on it. The manner in which they contacted me (which was very threatening and rude and bordered on harassment) was not befitting a business. I will never go back to this dealer and I will never recommend any one else to do so.

Came to Schaumburg Jeep for 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4. Price was a bit higher than what I would have preferred. Salespeople were knowledgeable & able to accommodate payments based on my monthly income. Would recommend since Jeeps been around since 1941. They know what they're doing.

DO NOT go here. We have been to at least eight dealerships over the past week, all of whom were observing mask protocols and were extremely conscientious about their customers. NOT Ziegler. They appear to have special no mask, walk within a foot of a customer rules. We left almost immediately and made it clear what we thought. Have also emailed the state with a video.

I flew in from Southern California to buy a new Hellcat Challenger from Frank Villalobos at Zeigler of Schaumburg.

Frank picked me up at Ohare Airport, gave me 1st Class service, in & out of the dealership within one hour.

They were the only dealership to give me an out the door price without any dealer add ons. It was price of car plus sales tax. Nothing more. My local dealer had the same exact Hellcat but with a $21,000 markup!

Zeigler had the lowest cost new hellcat, almost $6,000 below sticket, in the country. I had no choice but to fly out there and buy from them. Glad I did! Now I have the car I always wanted!

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. My sales person Stephanie Athans was just amazing. Stephanie listened to my concerns coming from a horrible experience at a previous dealership, she was patient and showed me cars that were exactly what I was looking for. My experience from start to finish was all I could ask for. Spent six hours inside the dealership and never once felt forgotten about. Thank you Stephanie Athans and Joe Grillo for turning around every negative experience I had at that other dealership, I should have gone here in the first place!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!! Thank you. Thank you. I walked out with vehicle that was more than I ever thought was possible!

Terrible. Talked to Jackie and setup an appointment. Wasn t Jackie... salesman was terrible! Car was on jackstand in the lot getting the wheels pained during the appointment! The wheels... were being pained... in the lot... next to other cars... Overspray!

Place is garbage. Go somewhere else!

Update: If you are outside and you are painting 5 feet from other cars, to say overspray isn t a problem is naive and better explains our experience! Thanks for the clarification. Furthermore, I was a guest of the person there to purchase a car. Just want make sure I dismiss your credibility check but it seems the confirmation of your poor practices did that for me.

She was very informative and accommodating while other locations are very pushy and even harassing. She laid out my best options and I returned a few days later for my dream car. We weren't planning on buying, just looking over Memorial Day weekend, but really liked the Pacifica vs the new Odyssey and Sienna. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Overall one of the better car buying experiences I ve had.

We were a bit annoyed at first. The car we came to look st was in a different state (not their fault) and the music was so loud we could hardly hear our salesman. They were absolutely determined to get us into a car that night. We don t have the best credit and didn t have a down payment, but they were able to get us into a new 2018 Dodge Journey. We were very happy by the time we left. They turned our visit around!

Great experience! The other reviews are correct about the internet price being different due to rebates you may not qualify for. That being said after our initial shock our salesman Aaron did everything he could to get us into the vehicle we wanted at a price that we could feel more comfortable with. If you come here looking for a vehicle make sure you ask for Aaron, I highly recommend him!

After a very bad experience, Gabriel Jimenez saved an otherwise dead deal with his kindness and transparency then turned us over to Frank Villalobos who knocked it out of the park. The next time we are in the market for a vehicle, I will only work with Frank. He actually helps to redeem the very bad name car salesmen have. He's one of a kind. I highly recommend him.

Perfect experience!

**Story time:
Needing a major personal transportation upgrade, my husband and I made our way to Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep to take a 2016 Jeep Compass for a spin. Before we even made it to the door, we were greeted outside by an eager, enthusiastic (and cold-looking, thanks to February) salesman.

Enter Chris Weglarz. He determined our needs before even reaching the door (which he kindly held open for us, despite his obvious immediate need to defrost in the warm sales room). Being a picky human, I had a very specific Compass I wanted to test drive... which was, of course, in a separate lot, gridlocked by every car imaginable. We later found out it was his very first day on the job, so the task of bringing me back the beautiful white Compass with must-have sunroof was no joke (picture that 'Unblock Me' game...).

I won't bore you with the details of the rest of our day...
Synopsis of the next 6 hours: patient and sincere Chris worked with my selective pickiness with a smile and good attitude. He respected everything we had to say, and when we told him to kindly "go away so we can talk" half a dozen times, he politely orbited the show room floor waiting for us to signal him back over. From beginning to end, he was energetic, polite, good-natured and not the typical annoying sales guy you want to just punch in the face. This was a very refreshing experience. Go see Chris Weglarz! He's definitely the type of guy you want to do business with.

In addition, I received a call from the dealership the very next business day with congratulations on my new Jeep purchase and see how everything was working out. Great follow-up!

I ALSO received follow-up from Chris multiple times after the sale to ensure I was happy, and to let me know he was always available should I need anything else... risky offer sir! ;-)

Well good old Ziegler at it again with my Service request. They should add to there headline. Once you buy it service doesn t matter. It s really sad that I called 3 times today and no one called me back. I called at 8:15 am and the service mgr said he call me right back - after 3 hours I called back at 11:15 and left Bill a message and 5 hours later still no call back. Then I called at 4:42 and asked to speak to the man in charge. And I left a message with Mario. Well guess what still no call back Unbelievable!!!!!! Total garbage experience..... this is the 3rd time out my last 4 service needed that I got garbage service. Only here still cause I service contract ....STAY AWAY from this place. I bet i ll Get a call now.

He did an awesome job, made me feel really comfortable and did what he could to help me out and give me the best deal possible. I've never purchased a car from someone before who worked so hard to get me the best value for my trades that he could and he really went above and beyond as a sales rep. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade from Ziegler Jeep in Schaumburg and the experience could not have been better. I was there on a Saturday at the end of the month and they were super busy but Brandon never made me feel rushed. He took me on a longer test ride in the renegade so I could see how it performed on various road conditions. After that the usual back and forth deal making commenced and I ended up with a pretty good deal and I never felt pressured, I could have walked at any time.
Thank you Brandon for one of the best car buying experiences (I have bought over 30 cars and motorcycles) that I have experienced and I will definitely recommend you and Ziegler in the future.

I started out very excited to purchase a new vehic...

I started out very excited to purchase a new vehicle from Ziegler and my first Jeep at that! I was working with someone from the online sales team (Sierra) and it seemed like she was giving me the attention I needed! She even warned me about Sherman Dodge and how they advertise prices with discounts most people don t qualify for. She promised when I showed up for my appointment that someone would be waiting for me and the two jeeps I was interested in, would be brought to the showroom to look at (I was arriving late in the day and it would be dark out).

I showed up a little early eager to get everything figured out, and surprise! No one even knew I was coming. They tried to look into our conversation and apparently my name was crossed off a list as if i had declined coming in all together. No worries, minor mistake, still excited for a Jeep!

Well, come to find out, the Jeep I wanted to look at wasn t even on the lot and we had to go to their offsite location. This was after waiting an hour for someone to try and track it down. I didn t even ask to see the other because I didn t know what hoops we would have to jump through, and I was pretty satisfied with the one we had went to get. It was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for down to the features!

All together, this was about a 3 hour visit. Mind you, I didn t get the car, this was the choosing stage as we had to come to an agreement with what I was willing to pay, and I wanted to ensure the total included all my taxes, fees, and I was even offered NEW PLATES! I said I would come back on Monday with a check, and paid a decent deposit to put the car on hold.

Monday rolls around and I get a text from the salesman confirming I m coming in, and I confirm! I show up at the same time as before, check in hand ready to go! Apparently the finance people weren t aware I was coming. I waited another 3 hours standing around twiddling my thumbs with nearly a 30k check in hand just wanting to buy the Jeep. BEGGING TO BUY THIS JEEP. I explained I had plans that evening but I was constantly told I was next in line .

Finally a finance person approaches me and explains that my plates are being transferred from my old vehicle... and I said, oh no I m sorry for the confusion, I was told I was getting new plates in with the deal. The finance person then told me (which I had never seen or spoken with him before) that I was indeed NOT getting new plates unless I wanted to throw another 100$ down.

Well then. At this point I m a bit furious because I ve been sitting around for 3 hours just waiting my turn to already be told that something I was promised isn t going right. I sucked it up, told them to transfer the plates, and got my dream Jeep, and left quickly after. I explained to the salesmen the process was very confusing and the internal communication along with the communication to the customer was a bit disappointing.

I refrained from leaving a review as I didn t want to be that guy that appeared like I had a bad taste in my mouth. Then I get a text to leave a review, so I thought that was my signal to pass along the info.

Things to take from this:
1. I LOVE my Jeep, and it sold itself (not the salesmen or the dealership).
2. Plan to be here for a long time (even if you aren t financing with their banks).
3. Get all promises written down and signed before agreeing (I know, obvious but true).
4. Don t expect white glove service (they ll point blank disagree or tell you no).
5. Don t chat online, just go in person and speak with someone directly (they otherwise won t know who you are).

Amazing service! Oday Omar you where amazing! Helped out by finding my new car! He was amazing great service very knowledgeable and funny personality. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy the man is amazing. Really out did himself and really went above and beyond from what a salesman usually do. Five stars I def recommend seeing him. Ohh and yes by the way this is my second car i bought from him :)

BAIT AND SWITCH, don't trust anything you are quoted over the phone. Received a quote over the phone from someone in Internet Sales and had several phone and email conversations with questions. Ultimately made an appointment to come in and after test driving the vehicle I was interested in, I was told I didn't qualify for any of the incentives I was quoted. Number wern't even close (+$300/month) Sales Manager stated "We quote the lowest possible price over the phone." I expressed my displeasure that they wasted my time and that no mention of incentives was made in the multiple conversations I had the prior day. Was told "That's a separate department" and that they have received similar feedback in the past. Glad to see they have changed their practices and value transparency. Zeigler has a good representation in the industry, so why play games? DISAPPOINTING!

Customer service at the service department is non-existent here. It's like the inmates are running the asylum. I had to fight with them to get them to do warranty work- they tried to blame it on me instead of taking responsibility. An oil change cost me 70 bucks. I regret buying my car here now.

After researching for 3 months, I decided to pull the trigger and trade in my 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo for an upgrade. I went to Ziegler on the referral of a friend that was very satisfied with this dealership.

Let me preface this by saying I HATE car dealerships! I would rather go to the dentist than buy a vehicle. Why? Everybody knows why! Car salespeople! Ugh. When I bought my last Jeep I swore I would never do this again, but I wanted to upgrade, so what was I to do?

Once I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice man who asked if I had an appointment, to which I replied No. No problem, James (who was standing right there) would be happy to help you! And so it began.....

James King is the absolute best salesperson I have EVER dealt with in my life! He listened to me! Can you imagine? We chatted for a while, he took notes while we talked, totally heard me out, then worked his magic to get me into a new vehicle which had every single thing I wanted it to have. This man is like a genie in a bottle!

I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. James King! He is a true professional! He is the polar opposite of the old fashioned car salesman! He is upfront, honest, and does not try to fast talk you into something you either don t want or cannot afford. He listens to what you want, and does his best to make his customers happy!

I am going to recommend the hell out of this dealership to everybody, and specifically James King! Everyone, and I mean everyone in this dealership was top notch! What a great experience this was for me! It will be for you too, go here, ask for James and RING THAT BELL BABY!!!!!

I wasn't going to buy a car when I walked into Zeigler Chrysler Doge and Jeep today... until I met Nick. He was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Although I didn't want to test drive the car, Nick suggested I give it a try since this is my first car purchase EVER. I'm glad he did because my 'shopping for a car' became 'purchasing a car' very fast.

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I bought a brand new car, only to discover the windshield was all scratched up. I've been trying to get it taken care of for the last 5 months and every time come up with an excuse as to why I can't get this taken care of. Stay FAR away from this place.

Process of making appointment was easy! Got here at time of appointment and had to wait almost 25 minutes before being helped. Then I was told there are no rental cars available after today the guy on the phone booking the appointment told me there would be one available. I was also not told it is $35 a day. I was Told it would be about an hour to wait for enterprise to send a car. It s already been 90 minutes and still waiting. If proper expectations were set beforehand it would be ok, but this is horrible.
