I would highly recommend this Zeigler of Schaumburg. We live in the Western Suburbs very close to the Zeigler dealership of Downers Grove but, made the decision to take the drive to Schaumburg because of the selection of Jeeps available. We were greeted right away and paired with Matthew Cacheux. He listened to everything that we wanted and didn't want and quickly narrowed it down to a few cars for us to see. Working with Matthew was great! He made the process very easy and enjoyable!!

This place is a joke. Never doing business with them. They couldn't even give me the safety inspection report they "say" they did on there used car. Also be careful what price you see online. Car was listed for $9,000 then they try to tell me the car is $12,000. When I asked the manger why they didn't list the $12,000 price he said he is in the business of selling cars and people wont come in if they see that price. So basically you like to try and cheat your customers? Ridiculous place should be ashamed of themselves.

My family has been coming here for years. On Wednesday October 24th, I was instantly approached by Avi Levine who was extremely helpful and friendly. I told him my budget and he showed me a wide range of cars. I told him I would be back in the evening with my father since this is my first time purchasing a car from a dealer. Sadly when we got back, he was gone but we were then instantly approached by a nice gentleman named Richard Donovan. He showed me two more cars I have not seen from Avi and by that point we believe we found the car that was right now me. Discussed prices, even left my old car there to trade in. We went back October 25th the very next day to pick up my 2011 Nissan Sentra and sign all the paperwork to make it final. Since my brother and mother have purchased cars here in the past they gave us a great deal and even lowered the monthly payment. I wish I remember the guys name who we signed all the paperwork with because he was very pleasant to work with just like Richard and Avi. I come from a middle class, slightly low income family and they were still able to get me in a car that is affordable, looks brand new, and more importantly safe unlike my 2002 Saturn that was falling apart. I am extremely thankful for this dealership and I know my family is as well, thank you everyone who made this experience pleasant and fast! I had no idea I d be in a car within 48 hours! I have no idea why there s so many bad reviews because I saw a lot of happy customers in there. Everyone has different opinions but I truly will not go anywhere else to get another car. These guys have been taking care of my family since 2015 and we ve been impressed every time.

Called to test drive a car and was told to come in, when I got there I was told I d need to do a credit application to even test drive it. And they basically shunned me out as soon as they could, I assume they did this because I m 19, even though I have a 14 Durango R/T and credit of 770+ I didn t want a hard credit check to test drive a car I didn t know if i was going to buy. Overall terrible experience and they didn t give me a time of day at all. Don t go to Ziegler Chrysler unless you re 28 and up is my recommendation. Or don t go at all.

I came In today with my mom just to look at a couple cars while my other car was being looked at. We talked to Jorge matos he was so incredibly helpful and sweet. He made us feel comfortable and we didn't feel pressured into buying anything he actually talked to us about what would be best and he was completely honest. Very bad service with management. People in service are very nice. Trying to go through Jeep directly to get this fixed as the dealer told me i have to deal with this..Its sad 35000 and I cant get a radio that works..

Kenny sher at Zeigler dodge was a great salesman! He went the extra mile for me and he didn't lie which is very rare in car sales. Great car salesman and recommend him to anybody who will listen. I love my first brand new Jeep! :)

EDIT: So a month a half later here is my update to this company. Very shady, the salesman was great and it wasn't his fault. This company had the wrong VIN number on all my paper work and License plate. I have been calling them for 3 weeks asking to get the correct paper work and they have yet to give it to me. Spoke to a manager and he stated they supposedly shipped it this past Tuesday. According to the previous person she got permission from the same person who shipped it to ship it today since they have yet to ship it. Terrible customer service at this dealership. It has been a headache and been non stop back and forth with them. Do not waste your time at this dealership. I am seriously tempted to take the car back, but I technically can't as I don't even have paperwork showing it is my car.

Overall decent experience only issue I had is I bought a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited and after I left the lot realized they had under a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle. Drove an hour to the dealership so by the time I got home I had to fill up. Emailed the sales guy I worked with and reply was used vehicles we usually put 15 dollars in them and your welcome to stop back in for that.

Smooth and efficient buying experience, walked in frustrated from another dealership experience and worked with George Solayman, walked out with a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Could not have gotten this done without the help of a George or Kelly Allain. Would highly recommend this dealership to any who are looking for a new car!

spent 6 hours there. 2 1/2 hours just to agree on a price and that only happened when i asked for my keys to my trade in so i could leave. this dealer charges $695 processing fee and an additional $1695 prep fee. even the salesman said the prep is just a profit for them. and then another 3 hours to get to finance. they claim that they were having trouble getting the deal financed because i work for a dealer but i do not work for zeigler. one thing has nothing to do with the other. even the finance manager at my dealer said he has never heard of that. when i finally get to the point of signing off on the deal the finance manger at zeigler says if i purchase an aftermarket warranty for $2000 of which is another big profit to the dealer he would reduce my interest rate by approximately 3% and also in turn reduce my payment. of course i bought the warranty for the reduced rate and then cancelled the warranty to get the $2000 back. in my experience and opinion this dealer gets you coming and going! will never buy a car from any ziegler dealer again!

Our experience with Eric Foret at Zeigler was fantastic, and it was easily the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. Eric was polite, personable, honest - most importantly, he made us feel comfortable. He was up front with us about our options and made it clear that he didn't want us making a financial decision that would negatively impact us. Bottom line, we wanted a car, and he wanted to sell us one, and we all felt great about the end result.

We've had some pretty terrible experiences at car dealerships before, but we would emphatically recommend anyone in need of a car to visit Eric at Zeigler. It's refreshing to find an honest guy who isn't going to waste your time or pressure you into something you can't afford.

Thanks again Eric - when it's time for us to purchase another vehicle, we'll be visiting you first.

My experience with this dealership was awful. Communication was very bad. The used car department tried to increase the price of the vehicle by 3k by doing unnecessary work. Management was rude and condescending when expressing my concerns.

Zeigler Chevrolet in reference to the 2010 300 SRT...

Zeigler Chevrolet in reference to the 2010 300 SRT8 they have on the used car lot for $18,995. I am from St. Louis, so before committing to a 5 hour drive to look at the vehicle, I was communicating with salesman Jeff over text messages and phone calls about the condition of the vehicle for over a week. I asked Jeff if he would please look over the vehicle closely and let me know of any cosmetic issues with the vehicle. Jeff informed me the car was in perfect condition and told me, "I would sell this vehicle to my mother." So on Jeff's recommendation I put a $500 deposit on the vehicle on 1-9-2017, and advised I would be up their Wednesday morning, 1/11/17, to test drive it and purchase the vehicle.

Upon arriving at the dealership Wednesday I observed 4 individuals looking at the front of the vehicle. I later learned that minutes prior to my arrival an employee of the dealership attempted to park the vehicle and struck a curb and cracked the front clip of the bumper cover in numerous spots. While looking at the rest of the car I observed that on both passenger side doors the chrome door handles were blistered badly, and the handles looked terrible, and needed replacement. Jeff said he would talk to the Sales Manager, Demetrius Maravelas, while I took it for a test drive. I was assured they would figure out how to correct the problem with the front end damage and door handles. When I went to take it for a test drive the fuel light was on and the gauge was on E. I asked Jeff if he was going to put fuel in it and he responded, we are only going on a short test drive, therefore it would not be necessary. I later learned they had no intention of filling up the tank prior to selling me the car, either.

Upon returning to the dealership, after my test drive, I was told by Jeff that they were willing to take $500 off the price of the car, but they would not fix anything. I advised Jeff that the front bumper clip to the car itself is $462 and the door handles run $67 each, not including labor (I had a friend from a dealership in St. Louis get me the cost of parts). Jeff stated he would have Demetrius talk to me since he makes all the decisions. Demetrius told me that they could repair the broken front clip by heating it up and piecing it back together. He was very rude in the way he responded to me. I advised that it is all one piece of molding that is broken and needed to be replaced. Demetrius stated that his "guy" could fix it and nobody but me would know that there was previous damage. Basically, suggesting that it would not need to be on the Carfax history report as ever having been in an accident, despite their porter just having caused an accident in the vehicle. I informed him that I drove 5 hours from St. Louis, and took a personal day in order to purchase a vehicle that I was told by his employee was in perfect condition. Now you want to patch the front end damage that the dealership employee cause and not replace the poorly damaged handles and only offer a $500 discount? Demetrius responded, "If you took a personal day to attend a wedding, would expect the bride and groom to pay you?"

I was concerned about the unprofessional behavior of this manager, but I really did want this car. I countered, if you took $1000 off the price of the vehicle, so I could properly fix the damages caused by your employee and to replace the two chrome door handles then I would purchase the vehicle. Demetrius stated the best he could do would be $700. Demetrius treated me very poorly, and was incredibly disrespectful while conducting business with me. I determined the cost of doing business with this dealer was not worth the cost of the car. I requested my $500 deposit back and drove back to St. Louis sans a new-to-me Chrysler 300 SRT8.

Now, they have placed the vehicle back on the website for $2,000 more than it was listed when I was looking to purchase it. None of the information on the vehicle, to include the accident that occured 1/11/17, is being disclosed on this vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Possibly the least helpful service department on the face of the earth. Uneducated, discourteous, arrogant, pompous staff. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

UPDATE: I called customer service, and spoke with Kristin, who spoke with her uneducated, discourteous, arrogant, pompous member of the service staff, and I was basically told "Sorry that you think we're rude."

I spoke with another area Dodge dealer, and the issue that Zeigler "had never heard of" I was told was most likely a throttle body issue. Imagine that. I reiterate that NOBODY should ever take their car here.

Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherookee for a broken water pump, and they also preformed a recall that has to do with programming the transmission. The car started to shift very aggressively and cranck very hard each time certain gears are shifted up and down. A car that has 25k miles only. They wont give me a loner car even though its their fault and they wont schedule me until 12 days from today, which makes it very unsafe for me to drive for 12 days and a possibility of my transmission blowing up. Thanks for providing the worst customer service and maybe take it slower a little bit while working on people s cars so you don t have to preform the job twice to get it right.

We were treated terribly at another Dodge dealer and I was about to give up on the brand after owning 3 Rams previously. They restored my faith in the brand and humanity. One of the worst experiences i've ever had in buying a car. made an appointment with them only to find out the car isn't there when i arrive after making us wait 30 minutes. went on to tell me this happens all the time and their employee took it to an all day meeting today. How do you not check if the car is there before the appointment?? i drove and dragged my brother over an hour to see it. Goes on to tell me he will give me a good deal because of my trouble. the good deal was THE EXACT PRICE LISTED AND NOT A PENNY LESS. wow i mean i'm not sure how much more the car would have been if he WASN'T given me a deal. I wasn't only not able to see the car but lost a chance on another car that i saw earlier that day but waited to see this car before making my decision. terrible service with terrible overall experience. they don't budge at all even though they claim that they do and they lie about checking on the car for you on top of that. WORST Service experience ever.. 1st time my new 2016 Wrangler Unlimited in for service and oil change ---my vehicle was given to me half washed.. I opened the door and water was all over the inside door frame? The Worst my fender was scratched and Hood dented.. Really..guys. This was absolutely reckless, careless and Unbelievable..who Damages a new vehicle changing oil and checking fluids? The service writer (Steven) acknowledged the damage and agreed that when he checked my vehicle in it did not have this damage. This place is the worst place I have ever been. I had been emailing back and forth w/ the finance department for a bout a week. made sure all my questions were asked and ducks in a row. Made sure they ran my credit and I wasn't walking into a scam or a catch 22 . They assured me many times this was my score this is what I qualify for and to come in. I had to borrow a friends car drive over an hour to get there w/ my THREE kids just be told I need a cosigner which I asked if there was any loop holes before I came in. THey then told me my bonus check may be enough to qualoify me alone I have emailed them numerous times to f/u w/ this once I received my bonus no one has emailed me back yet the finance department has accidentally emailed me many times emloyees hours worked by accident and talking about a consumer and where got there information whichi m assuming is confidential. then apologized for sending the email but never replied to mine. I am reporting this business to the BBB you guys are a scam and horrible.

The buying experience was pretty much on par with what I had dealt with at other dealerships when buying a new car: super friendly salesman, pretty lengthy process, the salesman telling you one interest rate and payment and then the finance guy telling you something completely different. All in all it was whatever I expected it to be. We even bought the extended warranty for our brand new Challenger AND my father in law bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler. However, once you look past all of the buying process reviews here, which is all literally pretty standard of every dealership, and you have to get into the actual service and maintenance side, it s the worst dealerships I ve ever dealt with. This is my third brand new car and I've only ever serviced at the dealers...so just coming from experiences with a few service departments around the country, this one sets itself apart as bad.
We brought the car in for a GPS issue in early October. As I was standing there waiting, the service employee and the parts employee got into some argument because the parts person had ordered the wrong part and the service person couldn't install it...they had to call and tell the customer the part was out of stock (lol) and he had to wait even though he was already waiting for weeks. Awesome. They ordered a new radio which took four weeks to get in...when we followed up with them three weeks after the first service it literally sounded like they forgot to order it...He said it was on "backorder", yet magically a few days later the radio was here. They installed, told us the GPS was "fixed", but the XM port was "broken" and they had to order another one. Considering the convo I heard where they ordered the wrong part for the other customer, I'm willing to bet they ordered the wrong radio. Also, I don't know what your definition of "fixed" is, but pretty sure my car isn't driving in a lake. Almost five weeks after the second service and still no radio. If it's anything like the first round, they probably forgot to order it...but I'm sure they would tell me it's "on backorder" which is probably just code for "we messed up your order." So quite literally 10 weeks into this XM and GPS are still broken. They're minor issues, but 10 weeks for anything is so ludicrous.
So much for warranty and extended extra warranty...thank goodness this isn't a real issue because I don't know that I'd trust these people to make any real repairs to my car.
Also, they kept pushing this BS referral bonus...you refer someone there and they buy a vehicle and you get a $100 gift card or something...nothing huge, but we liked our salesman, so we got my father in law to buy his new Jeep here as well literally a month later. We ask about the referral bonus and magically it's "expired." I'm not upset about $100, but really you guys...you aggressively push this referral and we spent close to $100k in vehicles here and you can't shell out a lousy $100? He actually had a really bad buying experience, but that's another story. My mother in law also just bought a brand new Jeep a couple months ago, but went to a different dealer after learning of our experiences.
Long story short, whenever I want to upgrade the Challenger or someone I know wants a Jeep (literally four Jeeps and my Challenger just in my immediate family), you can be sure we will all go elsewhere.

Overall experience was great with Jorge, he was very welcoming and attentive with trade in options for a 2016 Jeep Renegade. From start to finish he was able to answer all questions and was extremely patient with us when we kept changing our minds with the vehicle chosen. One of the customer reps, Tina, at the dealership reached out to assess my satisfaction with my Jeep. She apparently had no knowledge of the issue below. After listening to my story, Tina committed to discuss the issue with the owner and get back to me with some proposed resolution. It has been over a month now and I have emailed Tina once per week to check in. Each time someone else responds back that Tina is busy, out of the office, etc. but will get back to me soon. Never once heard back from Tina. One response indicated that they were very busy with new customers. Apparently customers that have already spent $45k with them are no longer important.

Sadly, this is some of the worst customer relations I have ever seen. I hope this review saves a few people from going there.

After numerous emails and phone calls, I finally heard back from Lindsay. After discussing my experience she offered me a free oil change... I said that while I appreciated the offer, it was not even close to making up for feeling mislead for $1250. She committed to talking to the GM about providing me with a set of all season floor mats for my new Jeep. I agreed that would be acceptable. It has now been over 3 weeks since that conversation and I have received no response to any follow up emails. Apparently they are not truly concerned with resolving customer satisfaction issues there.

Felt completely mislead. I talked with a salesperson at length about the pricing before going there. Once there, I was told that a $500 rebate I was originally told would apply did not. Then was told that another $750 rebate I expected was already baked into the price. Love my Grand Cherokee but absolutely would not recommend doing business there.

Purchased a 2012 charger in 11/2015. love the car but feel got ripped on my trade amount. My Fault. lesson learned! tried walking away but sales guy was a little pushy but otherwise OK. I'm a little concerned about all the negative feedback about service since I purchased extended warranty. I did enjoy the music but I was left sitting at desk for a while not knowing what was going on once we agreed to buy. I'm now trying to look for a new service dealership for service. The Finance guy was good and not pushy which I did like and I did feel he did try to get us the best rate possible considering it was late. I'm rating this below average because I got below average for my trade otherwise my purchase was OK.

Great Experience! Leased a new Cherokee from Erin Realmo this afternoon and was really pleased with the entire experience. He helped us find the trim and color we were looking for and worked with us to get a great price.
