We have had Service One for over 17 years. Alan did a great job servicing our furnace today. He had a new thermostat placed and he helped program it for us. Always excellent service.

I am always impressed with Service One - their professionals and business model. Ryan was no exception. My most recent situation involved the furnace breaking down when I was out of town during the holidays - my house sitter called me late in the day with this news. The Service One staff handled this over the phone and had someone at my house within a few hours. Parts were needed (with temporary heat installed) and arrived by nine the next morning. Ryan came by 230 and in an hour all was repaired. They even suggested included my previously scheduled routine maintenance while working to
prevent an extra charge. Ryan is smart, friendly, explains things and is nice to my dog!

I'm about a month in with ServiceOne and am very happy! Joaquin came out to install a new ice maker. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the time he took to show me and explain the issues I was having, as well as ways to prevent other issues. He was on time, thorough, and very knowledgeable! Thank you Joaquin for turning this annoyance of an issue into a pleasant experience. I'd recommend ServiceOne to anyone looking for a predictable monthly fee to avoid overpaying on major repairs.

Unfortunately, Washer has seen it s better days. Leaking from the bottom. Time to replace. It s at least 10-15 years old I m guessing. I like using Service One.

Competent and thoughtful service from Alan D for air conditioner and furnace. I like that he thoughtfully checks everything and seems thorough and competent. He discovered that our humidifier had been wired incorrectly when it was installed in June and he fixed it. The humidifier was installed by ServiceOne and I'm not happy that it was not done correctly, but I appreciate that Alan noticed the problem and fixed it when he was doing an annual furnace check.

Excellent response! Very knowledgeable about the problem. Solved it quickly. Fixed it promptly. Ordered parts necessary to keep the problem away. Minimal downtime. As always, ServiceOne are the best.

Issues with being charged when there wasn't a diagnosis made. I wasn't told the fee was for travel??? The customer service representative was the worst part of this experience. I asked for a diagnosis from this company as to why my furnace wouldn't turn on. I didn't get one. When I called to see about my options the not so friendly or customer service oriented representative Brittany spat forth her views as to what she believed happened, she over talked, cut off, interrupted, demanded I let her tell me what she wanted, even stating "Well, I wasn't there". Yeah I know you weren't there however allow me to enlighten you, but that never happened. I asked to speak with her supervisor, instead she rudely said she was going to call the technician then hung up on me. What a great first time customer experience with this company and its representatives.

Wanted to take the time to review Service One, especially since I did not use them for a home warranty service. I used them for a new replacement of my AC and furnace. Justin Harms came out as my salesman and we agreed to the install that same day. I got quotes from almost everyone in town and Service One was my second to last, so I already had a good idea of what I was looking for cost wise. At first they were in the same group as everyone else. I told Justin I was ready, but no one had separated themselves from the pack price wise. He told me about their 5% efficiency discount, and that was just what I was looking for. Their deal is that if you make a decision on the first visit, they will knock 5% off the overall price. Exactly what I was after. We were also without AC and they did a great job of getting us bumped up in the schedule during a very busy and hot time. The main thing I learned when researching replacment HVAC systems is that most professionals agree general most equipment is the same, but the quality of install is a huge part of whether you will get a good service lift out of your equipment. I took the day off and was home with the install team (which I would highly recommend). Overall I am happy with my install and feel it was done the right way. My only reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is we did go with a 96% efficient furnace. When discussing the piping with the install crew, the foreman did suggest we could not install the pipes. He did not mention anything about the fact we would have then paid for a 96% furnace but would only be getting slightly more than 80% efficiency. Luckily I knew this at the time and worked with them to install the necessary piping, but I feel most people would not realize that and simply say ok. That is very minor in the grand scheme of things though. We just had our MUD inspection and everything passed without issue. In addition to all that, Service One registered our OPPD rebate for us, and also registered all our warranties with the manufacturers. That is huge because I've read nightmares of people who have an issue 2-3 years down the road then get turned down because they did not register their warranties within the 60 day window. I wanted to have proof of them registering everything, and they emailed me screen shots of their system outlining the submission, and dates the warranties expire. One other big thing that leg me to use Service One is the fact they will not void your warranty if you (the home owner) do your own maintenance. Almost every other company will void all warranties if there isn't proof of professional filter changes, and maintenance which can add up to thousands of dollars. As long as you really do maintain your own unit (which really amount to just filter changes and rinsing down the condenser outside) they will honor all warranties. Overall they were priced right, helped me out in several areas others do not, and I got a good quality install. Exactly what I was looking for. I would use them again most definitely.

Brief me on what he found and what was need to fix the problem. Alan was there to perform the annual check on furnace. He was highly professional and briefed me on what was doing. Even though he had a long day, he took his time and was very detailed in his service.

Chris arrived on the same day that I requested main drain service to clear my clogged sewer line. He was very careful to protect my basement stairs and front entry steps when pulling in his giant snake machine in and out of the house. He explained what he was going to do and let me know what space I needed to help him clear to do the job. Within and hour of opening up the sewer access in the basement, he had cleared the line all the way out to the manhole in the street. Thanks to Chris M. we no longer have to worry about finding a puddle in the basement.

We called ServiceOne for a leaky toilet. When Mike L. arrived, I was worried there wasn't going to be enough time for him to fix the problem, because I had to leave soon to pick up my daughter from school. But Mike L. came in and got right to work. After looking things over, he knew right away what the problem was, and fixed it in under 15 minutes. So now my toilet is fixed and I was on-time picking up my daughter from school!

Friendly, knowledgeable agent. Was on time and did the job correctly the first time.

Tyler has been our hvac service tech several times now, and though I wish we haven't needed to use our home warranty with Service One I can say that Tyler has always been professional, friendly, prompt, and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of.

I have always had great experiences with Service One. Our most recent service was for our furnace. It quit working on what was the coldest day of the year thus far. The tech got to us that same day and had our house warming in minutes! He was kind, wore a mask, socially distanced and gave me some recommendations for routine maintenance.

Just had preventive maintenance done on AC. Alan was so informative and kind! We will be scheduling a consult soon to get a new AC unit. Energy efficiency here we come!

I was having an issue with my kitchen sink drainage, service one came in in about 10 minutes, had identified and fixed the problem.

We were fortunate to have Larry as our Service One technician. Larry was very professional, highly knowledgeable, energetic and went far beyond the average technician to identify the problem and made extra effort to resolve what was an ongoing failure to get to the bottom of this home humidifier issue.

Lack of information provided about company policy at the time I scheduled an appointment resulted in me wasting time off from work and still with a broken appliance.

I schedule a maintenance check for my A/C with Service One. They actually called the day before the scheduled visit to see if Ryan could come a day early.
Ryan called a few minutes before he arrived, was friendly and gave me a run down of his work before he left. I recommend Service One!

I highly recommend Service One for their service. I have been a long time customer. Terrific service throughout the years. The initial contact begins with the friendly and efficient voice on the other end of the phone when I need one of the services they provide. The technicians have all been highly skilled in their craft. I never have to be concerned about the people from Service One coming into my home. Today Tom efficiently handled three plumbing issues in a timely manner. Tom was personable and professional. Thank you for providing great service Tom!

HVAC Tech was on time and displayed great customer service. He also taught me how to read the diagnostic code to speed up repairs if something were to fail in the future. It was an overall good experience. The HVAC Tech I worked with was Cliff G.

On this extremely cold day (-3 degrees F), ServiceOne Appliance Service Technician, Joaquin R came out, on time I might add, to replace the electrical cord on our washing machine. He was punctual, as I said before, professional and knowledgeable on the task at hand. Especially since the electrical card on our LG washer is installed in such a way that the back had to be removed along with the water connections. Joaquin quickly determined the route he had to take to gain access to the electrical connection . Unfortunately the wrong type of electrical had been ordered and therefore the correct one had to be ordered before the repair could be completed. Nonetheless, Joaquin provided us with valuable information regarding the use and maintenance of our washer, particular with detergent use and the amount of detergent to use per wash in order to keep the washer at peak performance. I am requesting Joaquin again install the correct electrical cord once it is received. He is an outstanding technician and a valuable to his company.

ServiceOne continues to impress me with all of the individuals that come out to our house from technicians to comfort advisors. Today was no exception. Ryan came out today and installed some parts to our AC. Very nice and personable and got the job done. Our AC was making some rattling noises and Ryan made it his mission to find every noise and quieting down the unit. He takes pride in his work. Our unit is now cooling very nicely and quiet. Good customer service and quality service wins every time. Thanks.

Malo L provided exceptional Service when came to fix our a/c. I have asthma and air conditioning is imperative to my overall health. Malo L replaced the thermostat and instructed on programming versus manual setting. He explained the need for maintaining a clean filter and he was prompt in other services to the a/c. The service I received was excellent. They were on time. They told me exactly what was happening. They fixed more than what I asked for they also fixed what was wrong. Can t recommend Tyrell enough as he was awesome.

Mike arrived promptly and with a smile and genuine friendliness with professionalism. He was very respectful in everything he did and carried a 92# one piece toilet all by himself up two flights of carpeted steps to get the toilet ready to install in our master bathroom after removing the old toilet. The job was completed in about two hours and he left our bathroom in the same condition it was before.
He provided expert and knowledgable skills and answered any questions I had about the new toilet in a direct easy to understand manner. This plumber serviceman exemplifies well all the needed skills, personality, and people skills needed to do his job. I would highly recommend that he be a candidate in your office for training new service personnel you may hire, as the trainer of superb people skills and dealing with customers in their homes while completing their assigned work tasks with the right attitude and the right expertise level and right attitude about people and customer service. In essence, he could be a team leader and a trainer for your company in addition to doing great plumbing jobs for your company. Everything about Mike was exemplary. We have been customers of Service One since moving to our current home in 2011. Service One has always given us top quality service and been responsive to our needs. Our most recent interaction was for seasonal air conditioning maintenance. Alan - our technician was prompt, on time, courteous and informative. Explained all the details of what was taking place and provided detailed recommendations at the end of the service to improve overall A/C efficiency.

ServiceOne provides excellent service the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
The wait time has never to long in my experience and they offer emergency same day service if needed.
Pricing is upfront and never has changed in the eight years I've been with them it's nice to never worry about parts, labor or anything concerning the job just one small flat fee. I definitely recommend ServiceOne.

Chris, overall did a great job! He was right on time for the appointment and was extremely professional and helpful. He provided some great recommendations and explained exactly what he did and what he ran into. This was my first true experience with ServiceOne and I would definitely recommend them and if it is specific to drain issues, Chris will do a great job!

Alan D. was very professional during our fall furnace check-up apointment. The office called to see if we wanted to keep our scheduled day or reschedule since his arrival was going to be later in the day than originally planned and we definitely wanted it done that day. He had one more stop after he left our house. I appreciated his explanation of the service inspection sheet items. Our furnace is relatively new since a couple years ago the Service One tech who came to inspect our very old furnace discovered a cracked heat exchanger and we could not use the furnace at all due to possible carbon monoxide issue. We chose to replace the furnace, not repair it. We are extremely pleased with the new high efficiency furnace--big difference from the old one! We've been a customer for a long time.

Malo L was friendly and awesome! He did a furnace inspection and I could tell he truly cares about his work. He checked it over inside and out, going beyond what any other company had done in the past. Our furnace is now ready for winter! Thank you Service One!

I was very pleased with my ServiceOne experience today. Larry M. was personable, professional, and did a wonderful job. He not only was able to fix the problem (broken thermostat), but took the time to help me learn how to operate the new one. ServiceOne should be proud to have him with their company.

Kevin (and Tom) came for a service call because our hot water heater was leaking. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and told us what our options were to fix the problem. We agreed with their diagnosis and asked how quickly they could make the needed repairs. They returned two days later with a new heater and the additional parts that were required by code.They arrived in a downpour of rain but put down tarps and kept our home water-free throughout the install. They were extremely professional, informative, and courteous. They also kept the work area neat, and completed the install in a very timely manner. Based on our experience with them for this install we would have "no problem" having them complete plumbing repairs for us at a later date.

I had 2 problems with Service One and initially gave them a lower rating, for the reasons below, but they did address my issue and went a little beyond to try to win me over by checking the microwave they were supposed to on their first visit. I had them out to repair a dishwasher. They said they would order the part and be in contact. I told the technician which number to use to set the appointment once the part came in. After a week of not hearing from them I called them and they said they had the part since last week and had been texting the wrong number. Thank you for making me go without the dishwasher for a week and a half when I didn't have to but at least everything works now.

Larry was great. He was on time, got right to our furnace. He was done in about an hour with our annual service and install of a new humidifier. The whole thing ended up being less than we had been quoted too! Couldn t ask for more.

Chris R was excellent!! Finally a service pro who explained my air conditioning system, showed me what he found and how he fixed the problems!! Never did he make me feel like I would never understand . I will definitely request him again!! Service One...I have really bad experiences with your service in the past couple of months but Chris R redeemed you!!

The technicians we have encountered have been respectable, knowledgeable, and are quick to repair issues we have. Once, a younger technician accidentally bumped our wall and caused some damage. ServiceOne gave us the option to have is professionally repaired, or take more than enough funds in credit to repair it ourselves.

Larry is always friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions I may have.

We have always had great service from Service One. The only recommendation I could make is that their reminders for annual ac and furnace checkups be more proactive and earlier. We typically need to call ourselves several months before the timetable we want (i.e., July/Aug for Nov). At any rate, today Alan came and provided friendly, courteous and efficient professionalism for the seasonal furnace checkup. He asked a few questions, mentioned options to consider, fixed the capacitor and explained things quite well. In addition he gave us a recommendation for a different filter. We would recommend service one to our friends.

We have a home warranty through them and have been about two months without a dishwasher because we are waiting on a part. Just told today it may be another month. This is the third time it has been extended. Guess we will have a working dishwasher in 2025.

Erich serviced my air condition over a month ago. He was prompt, polite and extremely thorough while working on the unit. I bought this house last fall and was unfamiliar with care, he answered all my questions and took the time to explain how the unit works and also points about the furnace itself, such as proper filter type and placement. I was very pleased and would look forward to him coming out again, if needed.
