Poor poor poor. I have literally never had such a bad experience and felt so left out to dry by a company and service that is so far from cheap. Was told a boiler backflow device was covered (I was actually surprised by this.) Scheduled an appointment only to get a call days later informing the backflow service devise itself was being serviced it would take 2 weeks Fine. 2 weeks pass no call. I call and it's still not ready and no idea when it will be ready. So I explain on the phone that I pay them for a service and they can't provide me with said service. So, as their customer in this situation, what should I do? They suggest I call someone else since this service is not covered anyway. So I'm told its covered, wait weeks for it to be fixed, no idea when it will be fixed, and now it's not covered. I ask to speak to someone to cancel my service. Maybe try and get my money back since, at the time, I had only had the service for a very short time. No answer. Call after call no answer and no return call. Honestly, I just feel scammed, taken advantage of, and with absolutely no care from the company whatsoever. This is the first year I decided to give Service One and try and I will never do it again. Shame.
