Joaquin is an awesome technician! I moved into a new house recently, and discovered my dishwasher had issues draining. Joaquin came to my house in a very timely matter, and was able to fix the issue. He also was also very informative about all my appliances and what to watch out for and what brands of products he recommends to use. I definatley recommend requesting him to help anyone with any issues they may have.

Everything went smoothly. The whole experience was excellent. The representative was on time, friendly, and professional. We have been with Service One for years and have been been pleased with their service.

I am very pleased to write a review on the company (ServiceOne) and the two technicians/plumbers. who installed the gas lines in my home for the hookKevin Kevin explained to me up of our new gas range. Their names are Cory and Kevin M. They both were very polite appeared to know exactly what they were doing. I was kept informed by Kevin, what they were doing, planned to do, and were always open to suggestions from me. He constantly showed my wife and I all of the dangers concerning the safe operation of the use of a gas appliance. I was made to feel as if I were a member of the install team!
I would most definatily use ServiceOne again when the need for gas experts are required

Steve came out to check the landscape lighting at our new home. It was a rainy day, but Steve just put on his rain gear and checked both front and back yards and found the problem. Although he could not fix the problem that day, he gave us his professional opinion to solve it I learned that he has been an electrician for more than 20 years and I felt very confident that what he was telling me was accurate.. It is nice to know that ServiceOne has such qualified and courteous people representing their company.

I ve been using Service One for 5 years, and the service has always been top notch. The technicians are always prompt and friendly.

Service One was quick in responding to our need for drain cleaning on a Saturday afternoon. Our main drain was blocked and water was rising as we pulled out our Shopvac to begin cleanup. After calling Service One they dispatched Chris M. who was on call for emergency services. Chris arrived promptly and handled the problem efficiently within about one hour and ten minutes the home emergency was over. Chris was neat throughout his work and informative in describing the job. We highly recommend Service One for a variety of home care services, especially in an emergency..

Alan D was very thorough in checking my air conditioning and heat pump. He answered all of my questions and explained about the humidifier, marking it to make remembering which setting is for heat and which is for cool. He explained the check up sheet to me and talked to me about keeping the heat pump clean from cottonwood cotton. I was familiar with some of the information but he did not make me feel stupid as he explained things. I was very impressed.

There were two technicians today, Alan and a woman whose name I ve forgotten. Both were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was impressed with both in their knowledge and the work they performed on my furnace. I had a number of questions because this is a relatively new furnace and very different than what we had before. I really appreciated the information.

Alan was very professional with exceptional customer service. His knowledge of my required furnace repairs and Alan s advisement of other future items within my home shows that he cares about his customers.

Alan performed a very thorough maintenance service on my furnace and also replaced the vapor pad on my humidifier. He was very professional and courteous and is concerned about safety issues when he is working on maintenance issues and units. I highly recommend Service One and their service agent, Alan.

The technician contacted me when on their way. Showed up in a timely manner. She was very personable and professional in diagnosing the problem and letting me know what the solution would be. Will definitely be requesting her for any future repair needs!

Steve came to fix an electrical issue at our house. It is the second or third time he s come out (not for the same issue). He was, as always, kind, professional, tidy, and fast. I can t recommend him highly enough!

We had to have a new gas line installed and Mike L. did an incredible job! Not only was he fast and thorough, but he coordinated everything with MUD to help expedite us getting our gas turned back on!

The job started out with some concerns, but the second tech Bill G was confident which made me feel relaxed. Job is complete and I am pleased.

WARNING! I usually don t post negative comments on places, but this is a must. I had an unbelievable experience with their service man Bob. We had a a Whirlpool washer which was having an issue with door lock\draining. I took it upon myself before I called them to take back off and make sure drain catch was clear and drained. I thought it potentially could have been clogged. It wasn t so, I left door and water drain catch off. I called the next day and schedule appointment. Earliest they had was five days later, so I took it. So Bob shows up and I met him at sidewalk and explained problem and told him what I had done the week before. He said let s go see what s going on. He helped me put washer off my three inch pedestal in basement and out of the blue says I m out of here I have three more call I have to do. He started walking up my stairs from basement and I said are you serious? He is like yep it s our policy we don t touch anything if customer touched it. I said I told you and lady on phone what I did prior. I called office immediately and told them the unprofessional experience and what happened. Well long story short I wanted someone to help me put it back up on pedestal and I said don t send Bob. Who shows up! Busy Bob! I said please leave I asked for someone else. So called back and talked to Craig and he said I don t have anybody. I said you better figure it out so he finally sent a friendly guy from Bellevue that helped. And said I would have fixed it without that issue. I wouldn t waste my time or money with people with bad customer service. So I called All appliance in Omaha and they came out put what I took off and back door on and fixed problem in 20 minutes. Choose wisely. Jeff

Tony D. was the person that serviced our airconditioner/heat pumps at both our home and our cabin. He was very professional and curteous. He was able to fix a problem we were having and our air conditioner unit is running so much better. He explained the problem and the fix to both my husband and I and we were very appreciative. He was a top notch guy!

I called Service One as my Air Conditioner was blowing hot air. When the service tech came he looked at my Nest thermostat and said it could be your thermostat. He told me that the wire were fried by my thermostat. Now they replaced the relay the last time they came and the wires were burnt from the relay. He again says it is my thermostat. I told him that i have had two other tech come out and say its not the thermostat. So your telling me that your other tech were fing lying to me and went off on my. Saying that he is leaving. That he does not like that lang i apologize . But he start giving me attitude because I know that it is not the thermostat. So i tell him to take a 5 min breather and he grabs his stuff and leaves. Never fixes the burnt wires. I had another company come out and replay the relay and fix the wires and told me exactly what it was and its not the thermostat. This is tge first time i have ever had an issue with a service tech and i was told he the the lead. He needs to learn not to give attitude to his customers. I hope he learns from this. I also have to say get other quotes for furnace and air conditioner because they way over charge.

Our representative was so friendly and helpful. Our house was crazy today with lots of kids and it didn t phase him. He was professional and answeeed all questions. Great experience

Service Pros Kevin M. and Bob were extremely helpful and informative. They took time to answer any and all questions with more than just what I called for. Bob was very thorough when assessing the problems with my oven. Kevin talked to me about Service One's services and how I can use them more efficiently and save money by going through them and simply by taking care of my current appliances. He even took time to talk about and show me some maintenance features on other appliances I didn't know about! They both went above and beyond what their job was and surpassed my expectations. Thank you, both!

Ryan beat me to my house and was patiently waiting for me to return. He quickly got to work, troubleshooting the problem. After he finished, he explained the issue and the fix. I was very happy with the result!

My washing machine wasn't draining and the water was blocked from the pipe, backed up into the utility sink on flooded the area. It was a Saturday and my 90 year old mother was arising that day. The service guy worked for 4 hours straight but got it fixed. Weekend service charge was worth it

Gina and the few techs (Mike F. and Alan) that have been out here have been awesome to deal with. It's nice to have a local crew, that knows you by name and talks to you like a person is worth the warranty.

Our furnace quit working and it took them a full day to get out to my house. Which is understandable because it s winter and I m sure they are swamped. The Tech s name was Tyler and he was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better person to fix it quickly under our Home Warranty Plan. Definitely worth the money! Thanks again Tyler and Service One!

Chris was very helpful and went far and above what I expected. Before he left I had another problem with my refrigerator, it had to do with the ice maker. He checked that problem also. He moved everything back that he had taken out. Everything was clean and put back the way he found it. He also went over with me that make sure we call and have our furnace looked at soon, before it is cold out side and, make sure everything Is working properly.

Ryan was excellent! He switched out the faulty thermostat and we were back in business.

Alan was amazing!!! He explained everything and gave us options!! Would highly recommend service one!

Jason was deployed to help us from Service One with our heat pump/emergency heat issues. He was very courteous and thoroughly explained the problems we were having. He didn't try to push a multi triple digit solutions like I've had from others; he offered how to repair for the long term, certainly, *but* also informed me how I could empower myself with a visit to a home improvement shop. How classy and fantastic is that? I wish he would come out every time we had any problem, he's awesome!

Craig was awesome and efficient this morning fixing my garbage disposal. I was told a plumber was coming so I had asked him about my halal toilet that now sounds like water is constantly running. He called and got me set up with a plumber visit for this Thursday, since he is not a plumber. I appreciate not having to pay for another service charge since I was told a plumber would be coming and I can have up to 3 things looked at/fixed with my visit.

Alan came to inspect our furnace during an annual maintenance appointment. He found some potential issues with our 19 year old furnace and told us we will need to replace the furnace. Although this is not great news, he told us about the dangers of not getting the issue fixed. We appreciate his help and honest opinion regarding replacing the old equipment.

Chris M. Was polite and informative. He quoted me what it would cost to fix the tub before fixing it, I appreciated that. Once finished he made some suggestions/recommendations and I appreciated that as well. I've never really had any issues with the company either.

The work was done satisfactorily and fairly quickly but the worker's interaction with us was off-putting. He barely said a word when he came inside and looked visibly upset or annoyed. He proceeded to make lots of long, annoyed sighs as he worked and as he explained what he had done at the end, it felt as though he were scolding me for an issue that was not in my control. We have run into the issue of unfriendly workers before whom seem to be annoyed by the work they do.

He arrived when scheduled. Found the problem and repaired it quickly. He was was also very friendly.

We had our refrigerator serviced by Fred. He was professional, courteous and fast. It works great now.

ServiceOne is the best appliance repair company I've ever used. I have had a service contract with them for years. They have always been fast and efficient. All the service techs are always friendly and courteous. Joaquin R. was here today to repair our cloth washer. Even though it was getting late, he did not rush through just to finish up. He installed the new pump and didn't leave until he tested the machine to assure it was operating correctly. He was the most frienly person I've ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect. I wish all people could be like him. Thank you Joaquin R., and thank you ServiceOne!

The service was quick and effective. However the customer service was rude. I ve always experienced quality service but this particular technician doesn t fit the norm.

Poor poor poor. I have literally never had such a bad experience and felt so left out to dry by a company and service that is so far from cheap. Was told a boiler backflow device was covered (I was actually surprised by this.) Scheduled an appointment only to get a call days later informing the backflow service devise itself was being serviced it would take 2 weeks Fine. 2 weeks pass no call. I call and it's still not ready and no idea when it will be ready. So I explain on the phone that I pay them for a service and they can't provide me with said service. So, as their customer in this situation, what should I do? They suggest I call someone else since this service is not covered anyway. So I'm told its covered, wait weeks for it to be fixed, no idea when it will be fixed, and now it's not covered. I ask to speak to someone to cancel my service. Maybe try and get my money back since, at the time, I had only had the service for a very short time. No answer. Call after call no answer and no return call. Honestly, I just feel scammed, taken advantage of, and with absolutely no care from the company whatsoever. This is the first year I decided to give Service One and try and I will never do it again. Shame.

Bill from service one was extremely friendly. He did his job quickly and efficiently and checked on other plumbing concerns while he was there. Couldn't be more pleased!

Response to service was quick and accurate. Process was described to exactly what would happen however, when the install occurred the installer did not consult on where a critical piece of equipment would go and now have to have them come back out to fix placement.

I have always had a great experience working with the folks at ServiceOne. Cliff G was my technician today. He called to let me know he was on his way, was very efficient with his work, and didn't try to sell me on things I don't really need. Very polite and friendly. I plan on maintaining my relationship with ServiceOne for a long time.

We appreciated the timely response of Service One to schedule the Maintenance of our AC Unit. Tony D contacted me early morning and was very considerate to allow me a few minutes to prepare --confining dogs.....Tony D was very pleasant and friendly. He did his thorough job without intrusion into my tasks. He went to the trouble of taking a photo of our unit full of Cotton from the neighboring trees and then how it looked after his cleaning it. He left a record of the inspection to verify what had been done. We appreciated very much his quality work and cordial demeanor.

ServiceOne had me scheduled for Tuesday but on Monday called and said they had time to come out on and asked if that was okay and I quickly agreed! I appreciated the accelerated service. Shortly after I hung up, Cliff G. arrived and immediately got to work and was done in no time. Cliff was very personable and educational and thorough. He was even considerate of the fact that our carpet is a light color and it was wet outside and he removed his shoes each and every time he went out to the truck and came back in. I would recommend ServiceOne for your home repair needs.

We have had a home warranty with service one for almost 4 years. Super disappointed with recent encounters that we have had. Just had a customer care representative cut our phone call short and ended the conversation because of my dissatisfaction with how they are handling a situation even thought she said she understood my frustration. What I was asking was not unreasonable. We would like to continue using this company because not ALL encounters have been bad but one poor experience can always unfortunately leave a bad taste in anyone s mouth.

The rep, Joaquin, was awesome! Came out to look at my leaky dishwasher and dryer. Fixed the issues and helped explain normal maintenance on the appliances and do's and dont's. Very happy that I have my ServiceOne warranty with my newly purchased house!!

Terrible company. You pay for a product and it always takes two weeks for them to deliver on it. The fees are not worth it. I usually wind up calling Omaha appliance repair who always gets to my house within 1-2 days. I've asked service one multiple times how to cancel my contract and what the fee is and they refuse to get back with me and just keep charging me month to month.

Really fast at providing relief from the heat. Also took the time to explain options to me and provided tips on how to prevent problems in the future. Thanks for not making me feel stupid!!

Ryan did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue with my control board on my nearly 10-year-old trane furnace. He even got me a warranty on the part which saved me several hundred dollars. This was professionally done and customer service oriented. I would recommend Ryan and service one to others.

The ServiceOne plumber Lorin, showed up to my house with a good understanding of what repairs and services were needed from the initial visit which was evaluated by a different plumber. I explained my situation and he covered the multiple options for a solution, to include how to repair and the cost for each option. He also took the time to answer any questions my wife had to help us choose the best repair. Very experienced in his line of work and he finished the job in half the time estimated. I was very happy with his work and the results of the service. I intend to use ServiceOne for any future plumbing needs.

Joaquin came to service an older GE dryer today. He not only fixed the bearing, but also addressed some other problems while he had the machine apart. He had a lot of good information about how to prolong the life of our washer/dryer and also the dishwasher! I appreciate all his effort and the good advice.

My heat was not working last week and it was found that a coil needed to be cleaned. They told me they would have someone call me to set up a date and time and I never heard back from them for a week. When they did come to clean the coil around lunch time about a week later, by the time I got home that evening the heat and thermostat were no longer working. When I called the company to have someone come back out and informed them it would have to be after 6:45pm due to me having a prior appointment Rita stated she couldn t guarantee that even though it clearly was an error in their technicians part. When I asked to speak to her manager she refused to give me her name or information and stated her manager was not in. She placed me on hold and finally came back stating they would accommodate me and be out after 6:45pm. When I told her I still wanted her managers number and name I was then told she was in actually in the office. It has been a horrible experience with no follow-up and horrible customer service!!!!
