Jesse was very professional and polite and thorough in diagnosing the problem, He knew what he was doing and took time to completely explain everything to us in terms that we were able to understand. We have requested that he should be the one to respond to any Service One calls to our home. We were very pleased with the service and requested he replace the parts that he ordered to take care of our furnace problems.

Cliff came out today to do a furnace check for winter and found a problem, a big problem. The heat exchanger was cracked and only one of four burners was working. Lucky for us that we made an apt for service.
Cliff explained the problem and ordered the new part. He did a very good job for us and did Service One. We wouldn't be without the plan.
Service One always does a great job of explaining what is happening with my heating and cooling, even if there isn t a problem. I appreciate their help and honesty.
Technician was professional and also give me feedback to improve the condition of the air quality after fix my furnace.

I'll start with the positive, Tyrell D was our service guy for our washing machine, without doubt the best service, professionalism, and satisfaction we've had with service one. Unfortunately, he was here only a few days before our contract was expiring and we had already decided not to renew. I wish I had documented all the complaints I have but all I can do is try to help others. We had service on air conditioner, water heater, washing machine over the course of a couple years. Air conditioner got intalled quickly, I assume because we we're writing a good size check, not so quick to come charge it in the spring like they had said. Multiple calls. Water heater needed a part that took 5 days to get here, I had to order myself, one service guy showed me how to rig the thing to keep a flame going but had to shut it off every night and everytime we left the house. Dangerous but at least we had hot water when we absolutely needed it. The guy who came to install the ordered part told us that he has that part on his truck and his boss knows it but they weren't getting along so his boss didn't want to talk to him. On top of this you have to pay $75+ per call, even though you're already paying almost$50 a month to begin with. Sure wish we had all that money back. Would not recommend the company as a whole, or most of the techs we encountered. But if you get Tyrell, your in good hands.
Issues with being charged when there wasn't a diagnosis made. I wasn't told the fee was for travel??? The customer service representative was the worst part of this experience. I asked for a diagnosis from this company as to why my furnace wouldn't turn on. I didn't get one. When I called to see about my options the not so friendly or customer service oriented representative Brittany spat forth her views as to what she believed happened, she over talked, cut off, interrupted, demanded I let her tell me what she wanted, even stating "Well, I wasn't there". Yeah I know you weren't there however allow me to enlighten you, but that never happened. I asked to speak with her supervisor, instead she rudely said she was going to call the technician then hung up on me. What a great first time customer experience with this company and its representatives.

Cliff G was out to perform a tune up on our air conditioning. He noticed our blower fan was very loud and ordered a replacement.
He was back out to put the new blower fan in. He was right, it WAS loud. It is so much quieter now.

Even though it was almost 5:00pm he was patient and helpful in answering my questions. I felt he did an excellent job of being thorough in diagnosis and solutions and very familiar with the furnace and he took the time to check all. I appreciate all he accomplished. Had another professional technician, Allan. Always feel confident the technician will be competent. And I feel safe being with them alone in the house. And Allan was efficient and effective as have been all my Service One Technicians.

We've had a ServiceOne contract since 2006 & have continued to reap the benefits over the years. The peace of mind that comes from having their home warranty is immeasurable. Our furnace (and probably a/c) is 19 years old. The service to these appliances every year has been helpful to our bottom line. We know it's time to replace them & will go through ServiceOne to have this done.
The latest tech to our house was Jason & he was phenomenal! He replaced the blower motor, assured us that there is no carbon monoxide danger & even showed me how to work the humidifier. He recommended a fix to the humidifier but after talking with us about the savings that would come from replacement, agreed the fix could wait for that.

Larry M. came out on 2 separate occasions and worked on my furnace, replaced a part one day. They found that my furnace needed a new heat exchanger. He had to wait for the parts til the following day. He came back today and had parts in the truck he was supplied which wound up being the wrong parts. He continued to work to a stopping point then waited for someone to bring out the correct parts to him at my home. The guy did not even leave to take a lunch. He was is a professional and now thanks to him the furnace is back up in running. If you are lucky enough to have this gentleman come to your home to help with this type of stuff you will not be disappointed.
