We called ServiceOne for a leaky toilet. When Mike L. arrived, I was worried there wasn't going to be enough time for him to fix the problem, because I had to leave soon to pick up my daughter from school. But Mike L. came in and got right to work. After looking things over, he knew right away what the problem was, and fixed it in under 15 minutes. So now my toilet is fixed and I was on-time picking up my daughter from school!
