On this extremely cold day (-3 degrees F), ServiceOne Appliance Service Technician, Joaquin R came out, on time I might add, to replace the electrical cord on our washing machine. He was punctual, as I said before, professional and knowledgeable on the task at hand. Especially since the electrical card on our LG washer is installed in such a way that the back had to be removed along with the water connections. Joaquin quickly determined the route he had to take to gain access to the electrical connection . Unfortunately the wrong type of electrical had been ordered and therefore the correct one had to be ordered before the repair could be completed. Nonetheless, Joaquin provided us with valuable information regarding the use and maintenance of our washer, particular with detergent use and the amount of detergent to use per wash in order to keep the washer at peak performance. I am requesting Joaquin again install the correct electrical cord once it is received. He is an outstanding technician and a valuable to his company.
