We have always had great service from Service One. The only recommendation I could make is that their reminders for annual ac and furnace checkups be more proactive and earlier. We typically need to call ourselves several months before the timetable we want (i.e., July/Aug for Nov). At any rate, today Alan came and provided friendly, courteous and efficient professionalism for the seasonal furnace checkup. He asked a few questions, mentioned options to consider, fixed the capacitor and explained things quite well. In addition he gave us a recommendation for a different filter. We would recommend service one to our friends.
