I had 2 problems with Service One and initially gave them a lower rating, for the reasons below, but they did address my issue and went a little beyond to try to win me over by checking the microwave they were supposed to on their first visit. I had them out to repair a dishwasher. They said they would order the part and be in contact. I told the technician which number to use to set the appointment once the part came in. After a week of not hearing from them I called them and they said they had the part since last week and had been texting the wrong number. Thank you for making me go without the dishwasher for a week and a half when I didn't have to but at least everything works now.
