I'm about a month in with ServiceOne and am very happy! Joaquin came out to install a new ice maker. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the time he took to show me and explain the issues I was having, as well as ways to prevent other issues. He was on time, thorough, and very knowledgeable! Thank you Joaquin for turning this annoyance of an issue into a pleasant experience. I'd recommend ServiceOne to anyone looking for a predictable monthly fee to avoid overpaying on major repairs.
