Kevin (and Tom) came for a service call because our hot water heater was leaking. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and told us what our options were to fix the problem. We agreed with their diagnosis and asked how quickly they could make the needed repairs. They returned two days later with a new heater and the additional parts that were required by code.They arrived in a downpour of rain but put down tarps and kept our home water-free throughout the install. They were extremely professional, informative, and courteous. They also kept the work area neat, and completed the install in a very timely manner. Based on our experience with them for this install we would have "no problem" having them complete plumbing repairs for us at a later date.
