Alan D. was very professional during our fall furnace check-up apointment. The office called to see if we wanted to keep our scheduled day or reschedule since his arrival was going to be later in the day than originally planned and we definitely wanted it done that day. He had one more stop after he left our house. I appreciated his explanation of the service inspection sheet items. Our furnace is relatively new since a couple years ago the Service One tech who came to inspect our very old furnace discovered a cracked heat exchanger and we could not use the furnace at all due to possible carbon monoxide issue. We chose to replace the furnace, not repair it. We are extremely pleased with the new high efficiency furnace--big difference from the old one! We've been a customer for a long time.
