They replaced 14 double-hung windows in less than 6 hours and did an excellent job. I inspected the job closely and was impressed by the care they took to minimize any disruption inside and out. The windows themselves work very well.

I decided going in that I would get top-end windows, and only priced Pella and Andersen. Either will cost three times the price of bottom-end windows, but I feel it will be worth it

I recently had a Pella glass door that was broken by my yard crew. It wasn't an easy fix because Pella no longer makes the door that was damaged ... and, I could not choose to replace the door with a new one because I have a set of 9 that would have to be replaced if I wanted them to match ... which would be too expensive. Pella sent Richard & Phil from Falls Church to repair my door today and I couldn't be happier. They completely took the door frame apart and rebuilt my door. It looks absolutely perfect. I appreciate how they managed every aspect of my repair job. They showed up when they said they would, worked well together, and ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. Richard & Phil were both very professional and polite ... and definitely had the necessary skills to fix my door. Their work is greatly appreciated because I have an ill mother I am taking care of and my stress level is running high. Of all the companies I've been dealing with for various projects around the house I have to say that Richard & Phil are at the very top.

Richard arrived on time (with a mask) and evaluated my window problem, he then to my amazement told me the problem was not complicated. He could have stated I needed all types of lever and lock replacement- he did not. He struck me as an honest subject matter expect that turned out to also do quality work. My Lucky day! In the end my locks are all working and I am very pleased with the result and the cost. All my windows and the French doors are Pella. I find their repair persons attitude and work ethic to be very complimentary to the quality of their products. Pella-very good on you!

My client purchased Pella windows and custom door for a historic home renovation. The sales consultant, Brian Smith, was fantastic to work with. He knew the product line, he was patient during the selection process, and gave fantastic support when it came to installation and followed up afterwards.

The windows and doors were a joy to install and functioned beautifully. One window was particularly large and did not stay in the raised position. We contacted Brian and he had a service tech out the following day and they resolved it immediately.

I'm happy to recommend the Pella brand to any customer who wants a quality window. We went with the Proline windows and a fiberglass door with clad frame.

These guys were great. Every aspect of my project was professional. The salesperson came out and listened to what I wanted to do as opposed to simply pushing specific products. The pre-installation person was great. He double checked all the measurements and went over with me what needed to be done prior to installation. The scheduling coordinator found a time that worked for me to do the project. The installation team showed up on time, did a project walkthrough before starting and communicated with me when they had a question. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I would do business with them again with no hesitation.

I'm a remodeler and use a variety of windows and doors from many manufacturers. All manufacturers have their place in the market, and all have their pro's/cons. The Pella windows/doors I used on a perticular project were acceptable quality, but the best part of the experience was in the sale. An important part of my business is providing the customer with the right product and service suited for their needs, rather than getting them to buy the most expensive or profitable products/service. I had my customers meet me at the Hunt Valley show room so they could make a decision on the type of windows/doors to install. During the meeting, the Pella Salesman Brian Smith echo'd this same attitude towards placing the customer's needs first and ensured that the customer was exposed to all Pella lines and options before they made a decision and did not push/coerce in any one direction, he was patient and left it to the customer to make the decision that best suited them. My customers (slightly on the difficult side), were surprised by the experience, and actually were pointedly complimentary of Brian.

We had an old french door in our house that needed to be replaced. Brian at Pella was AWESOME! He worked with us to find the best Pella door, and even helped us find someone to install it. He was always very polite and professional. When we ran into an issue, Brian went above and beyond to help us resolve it. We love the new door and the new look! These guys are great at what they do, and we wholeheartedly recommend both Pella and Brian!

It is not often I do this but after watching Pella's installation crew (2 guys) perform magic I had to write a review.

Mike Cobb is my sales rep. Mike kept my project on track and on time as well as keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. He even dropped by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. Not too many guys go the extra mile. Mike does!

I purchased 5 Pella windows, had them remove the exterior wood from my bay window and replaced it with low maintenance vinyl material.

I knew Pella offered a high quality product. That s why I reached out to them in the first place. They were running a sale and I was so surprised to find their prices were much lower than Anderson Renewal. High quality and competitive pricing? Love It! However, in my opinion, the installation makes all the difference. They were amazing! They did everything right. They didn t rush and do an OK job. They were meticulous and their attention to detail was unbelievable. I am blown away by the quality of work these gentlemen produced.

David and Richard were great. The wrong window was sent - single pane, not double, -but they installed that temporarily to replace the broken one in place and have set up a date for the correct one to be installed. They were efficient, friendly, competent, courteous.

The lock on a newly installed sliding door was sticking intermittently - often could not be locked at all. The technician who came (his name is Ngoc) was professional, he understood the problem immediately, and he fully repaired it with minimum fuss. FIVE STARS for NGOC. The final star is not awarded to the company - it took eight weeks for this 10 minute appointment to happen. Clearly there are not enough support personnel to attend to customers post-sale. [In the meantime, I could not always fully lock a newly installed outer door .....]

We re delighted with the quality of our windows. Brian Smith was wonderful to work with, patient with my slow decision-making and quick to respond when I had questions. One window had an issue and Brian immediately arranged for it to be fixed (though it was a while before Pella corporate could send someone). Brian also offered to come out anytime we needed if we wanted to learn a feature on the windows or door. It s so nice to have a human who lives in the area to call (or text!) with questions.

Same old terrible service i experienced when it was Cassidy company.
Desk person takes down some info and says someone will call you right back. As a contractor for 38 years i can honestly say these people are the worst for customers service. I can call one of many Andersen reps and get a quote on the spot. Since Pella is their only product anyone in the store should be able to quote a contractor on the spot. In business timing is everything. Still waiting for a return call!

Brian Smith has been a big help for us at Legacy Restorations, Inc. for several projects. He is careful and thorough with planning and measurements, and prompt to reply to queries.

Went to this location to try and buy a entry door and was greeted by a friendly sales person who told me she could not help me, I had talk to another sales person in the back who walked pass me as and out the door. So the Friendly Sales person told me to write my down my info. and somebody would contact me. A week went by and nobody called, so I tried calling the store, no answer. Wound up getting the Pella door I wanted from Lowe's with a 15% discount and better customer service.

My pella windows and doors are awesome. My salesman Danny and the delivery crew Jerry and Chrystal made the whole process wonderful.

We had a minor issue with our sliding door and David and Richard were very helpful in having it corrected.

Customer service is horrible! Stopped in on Friday and spoke with sales representative who said she would have someone call us and no one ever did. Stopped in at the Hunt Valley, MD location on a Saturday at 1:50 pm when the shop hours indicated on the door that the hours are from 10 am -3 pm and store was closed. Locked with no lights on and no sign indicating why they were closed. We had driven 1 hour to come to this location after verifying the store hours on the phone which were confirmed to be open to 3 pm. When I called the Pella representative back she said she would call a manager right away. We never heard from her. While waiting outside the door several customers came to the store and were also disappointed and surprised that they were not open.

Yesterday Don came to our house to check for needed repairs to our 32-year-old Pella windows. Luckily for us, Don has been working with Pella for even longer -- 34 years -- so he knew everything there is to know, including that the builder of our house had installed some of the windows sideways. Don checked every window, fixed what could be fixed easily, took measurements for things that needed to be replaced, and explained clearly and patiently how we should maintain our windows. He also suggested creative renovations that we could consider for the future. He was well-masked, efficient, thorough, friendly, and courteous. It was a delight to work with and learn from a true expert. This was one of the best service experiences we ve ever had.

I wanted to take the time to share my KC Cassidy Company customer experience with you on the recent install of a brand new set of French Doors that I purchased from you company.

First let me give you some background on me. I have been working for AT&T for the past 25 years and I am in charge of all Retail Store Construction for the North East Region. I could have bought a door from Lowes or Home Depot and installed it myself but I am really busy and don t have the spare time I also wanted a quality product and a good install so that s why I enlisted the assistance of your Company.

The Team you sent over ( Jose Lozano and Levani Machaidze ) to install my doors are among the best I have ever seen! They were all business from the time they arrived until the completion of the project they were also very neat clean and very workman like but also very, very friendly and professional. They actually did a better job than the original builder did 25 years ago when I built my home. The new doors actually look better than new!

I know you usually only hear the negative comments and complaints from most customers and I like most do complain about my bad experiences but I also truly believe that it s only fair to do the same for OUTSTANDING experiences .

I had an awesome experience with Pella! Chrystal and Bernadette demonstrated great communication skills and were very patient explaining the deliver process. We had a 250 Casement installed in our basement and their 250 awning window put in our guest bathroom. It has made a world of a difference for our in- law suite.

I have decided to replace the patio door and windows to my home and I would like to tell you that your sales person, Mr. David Turner, is one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He is very polite, when he entered my home, he took off his shoes as to not get my floor dirty, and his manner is exceptional. He took his time in explaining to me the benefits of the Pella Patio doors and when I mentioned that I would also like to replace my windows, he immediately went home to retrieve more window samples for me to look at. He was extremely patient during the presentation and did not try to hard sell or force me into buying any of the products, unlike the other companies I have met with. Last week, when I stopped by your show room to get an in person look at the Pella Patio door, he was waiting for me at the show room. I will definitely consider his offer to install a patio door, the only issue preventing me from moving forward and signing the contract is the price of the screen door (not the actual patio door), it seems too high. We purchased two 350 triple pane natural sun patio doors and could not be happier. We have two south-facing patio doors and wanted to retain the passive solar heat we receive in the winter. Pella was the one window company that offered the natural sun option. Other low-e glass blocks the sun's heat.

Doug Sappington was our sales representative and he was very helpful, straightforward, and honest in working with us. The installation was done well. They accidentally tore a screen and another crew came within days and replaced the screen and adjusted the locks on the doors so they worked more smoothly.

We had installed an Andersen patio door in our basement and I can say the Pella doors are superior. We got the Andersen door in the basement because we could match the color of it to our windows (beige or off white), which we could not do with the Pella doors. The Pella 350 triple pane moves more smoothly and seems much more solid in the way it moves than the Andersen patio door (the Andersen door is nice, the Pella 350 I think is nicer). Andersen did not offer natural sun glass in our area. I am glad they did not offer natural sun because I got much nicer doors from Pella. The Andersen door looks different, with slimmer frame material and the Pella having larger frames, so I would recommend going to the showrooms of Pella and Andersen to see if you like the look.

We had aluminum patio doors before and the Pella door's vinyl is so much better in terms of insulation. We got triple pane glass to reduce the UV rays allowed by the natural sun glass. The added insulation is a bonus.

I would definitely recommend the Pella 350 patio doors.
