Extremely pleased from start to finish! Stephen was very helpful in any questions ,and inquiries that I had. Everything came in perfect shape, and packed fantastically!!!And the quality exceeds our expectations. I plan on purchasing the rest of my salon items here. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Salon smart was the best thanks to Yali. She explained everything that was happening during COVID-19 and how things worked. We received out spa chair sooner than expected. That chair was the last piece of furniture we needed to be a full service salon. Thank you Yali and Salon smart we appreciate you.

They go above and beyond for their customers and aim to please. Our guests love the new wash stations and rave about the quality of the electronic chairs. I recently purchased barberchairs through SalonSmart. I worked directly with Yali on this purchase. Let me tell you what-- I have been so encouraged to see that good old fashioned customer service is NOT completely gone in our world today (as it often seems) ! Yali brought it all back. And beyond! Yali GOES TO BAT for you!! She is very communicative and articulate. This was a big purchase for me, and a big deal to me. And Yali led me through the process very well. She even knocked herself out to match a competitors price for me all in a tight deadline! Stayed in my corner keeping me informed on where things were at, and saw this through right on up to the point of going the extra mile to ensure my chairs got delivered to me JUST in time for my shop opening day!!! I can't say enough about the service I received with this company & specifically Yali. It is stressful enough starting a business, so feeling like you have someone ready to go to bat for you, bend over backwards to do what you need to make it all work--- that is priceless!!
If you want someone who actually cares about having you as a customer, and someone who will do what is necessary, within their power, to make it all work -- than you need to work w/Yali at SalonSmart. That's just some real talk for you.

I live in Missouri and called the office phone one evening about a week ago (around 8:30 THEIR time), I was expecting to leave a message right??? NO, Stephen (the owner) forwarded the store number to HIS personal cell number, and he answered SO kindly and took over 45 minutes on the phone with me while they were closed!! We then set up for me to talk with Yali the next day, Yali my dear, I simply CANNOT say enough. HOURS of texting and calling after store hours, taking the time to notice how meticulous I happen to be, so she had EVERYTHING organized out. So much so that when I upgrade the salon in a few months max, I can t even imagine working with someone else. She WILL have by business until I am 70 years old, with arthritic hands that cannot color or cut any longer, because (she doesn t know this yet ) I had her on speakerphone multiple times that I spoke with her while I was surrounded by esthetician friends which means 1) I now have 8 other esthetician s that are bidding on the other station I ll be installing in my (in home) salon *yes it IS possible in most states, just do your homework first* and 2) the other esthetician s I know that have their own salon, etc. WILL be contacting Yali specifically for any equipment. LASTLY, LISTEN TO YALI!!!! She is NOT trying to gouge your wallet, she makes honest and reasonable recommendations based on what YOU need as well as what will actually SAVE you money as a whole, by getting you decent pieces that will actually last, and limiting redundancy in your salon. WE ARE ESTHETICIANS, ETC... LET YALI DO WHAT SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL AT AND GET YOU A DAMN GOOD SET UP WITH ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, all at SalonSmart.com, then call from the site, you won t regret it!!!

I can't begin to express how wonderful my entire e...

I can't begin to express how wonderful my entire experience with Salon Smart has been, but I will give it a try...LOL I opened my first salon in May and started from the ground up as far as the salon space goes. I designed, painted, layed flooring, hung fixtures, bought and purchased tools, funiture, etc. Basically I did it all! The day I stumbled upon Salon Smart's website everything got just a little bit easier. First let me say that I found their website to be clean, simple, professional, and pretty much the most user friendly of any equipment and furniture companies out there. This made it easy to really see all the quality product and had to offer, and simplified the "but how much is this one?" game. Not only is what they offer contemportary and stylist, but they have so many options, and offer it all at such a great price. Not really understanding the timing necessary to order, ship, and deliver, I definitely found out real quick that I had not given myself enough time to get what I wanted before opening day. Yali and her team came to my rescue and went over and above to see that I could get what I wanted in time. And by some miracle they were successful. I had planned to use a third party equipment lease lender for this, but when disaster hit and that funding fell through, they were right on top of it, and within an hour their lender was calling me to see how the problem could be solved. In short they took care of everything. I am discovering more and more that good customer service is hard to find. When you have an experience like I did with salon smart, one where they do more than you are even asking of them, hope that good customer service still existist is compeltely restored. A team that will take a trip to their warehouse to snap a pic of a certain angle of furniture because you are unsure, or will give you their personal cell phone so that if you need something over the weekend, you don't have to wait until Monday, these are a few examples of the attention to detail that I experience from Salon Smart. I have already referred two other salon owners to these guys, who have had the same or similar wonderful experience, and I would encourage anyone who is looking for salon equipment or funiture to try these guys out. I promise you won't be dissappointed. Thank you Yali and Salon Smart for making this experience a pleasant one.

Purchased salon equipment from salon smart and my...

Purchased salon equipment from salon smart and my cutting chair, hairstyling chair and towel cabinet broke within 6 months tried to get them to replace them and they sent me home with a complete different chair, which has an unstable base and several of my clients have fallen out of. The chair tips frequently. The chair I Purchased to sit on when I cut hair had two good weeks and then the hydraulics quit working. The cabinet had a faulty hinge. Was disappointed in this place because when I made them aware they were not able to help. Now I'm searching for new replacements for the faulty equipment.

Great customer service and prompt response time. Phone & Email. Ordered 2 Med. items, came within a week of ordering during COVID restrictions, amazing. UPS destroyed 1of2 boxes, and Salon Smart, undoubtedly was extremely fast at handling the situation with shipper and IMMEDIATELY reshipped another unit before the defective was even out of my hands. High marks on the response time, and courtesy I am a fan and will definitely work with them again. Salon Smart has gained my trust.

I m opening a new hair salon in Scarsdale NY and I was doing some research online for some equipment and I had stumbled upon salon smart and had spoke to Steven on the phone and he has been so accommodating and so easy to talk. Doing business With him has been such a pleasure and such an easy process. I highly recommend him and his company for any salon needs. I bought my shampoo stations, my shampoo chairs, hair salon chairs and hair stations with him and they are gorgeous. They were delivered in perfect condition and on time. He has been very attentive and has been a pleasure working with. I will definitely recommend Steven and his company to anyone that s starting up a business or needs to freshen up their salon with new equipment. Thank you Steven!
