The lock on a newly installed sliding door was sticking intermittently - often could not be locked at all. The technician who came (his name is Ngoc) was professional, he understood the problem immediately, and he fully repaired it with minimum fuss. FIVE STARS for NGOC. The final star is not awarded to the company - it took eight weeks for this 10 minute appointment to happen. Clearly there are not enough support personnel to attend to customers post-sale.
