We were very pleased with our visit by Richard and Ngoc. They were extremely professional, courteous and quick to find what was wrong with our fabulous Sliding door. We called and within two hours that were at our door. We appreciated it so much as our door lock was not working and we didn t want to be without a lock. They came right away which speaks volumes about customer service from Pella. Thank you so much for responding so quickly. You have lived up to your reputation.
