When I called customer service to report that one of our doors would not lock, they had a repairman to our house in 24 hours. Ngoc arrived on time with all the materials necessary to replace the broken lock, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He also secured the hinges with longer screws to correct the alignment of the door and avoid future problems. I truly appreciated his expertise and professionalism!
