Complete Roofing company was a pleasure to work with starting with Kevin Sullivan who came out to inspect roof and stayed in touch until job was finished and I was satisfied. Throughout the job Kellyanne helped by talking to my insurance company on any concerns that came up and Miriam Tanner also with billing questions insurance company had. They handled everything with without me having to get overly involved, I would highly recommend them for your next roofing job.

Jake and his team did a great job. They protected my plants, covered the pool and did an amazing job with cleanup. You couldn t even tell they had ripped off a roof. Complete Roofing helped me with all aspects of the process and I got a beautiful new roof in one day.

Kevin Sullivan, our sales consultant, was always on time and very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the roofing process. He got us scheduled quickly and prepared us for the process. The roofers were timely and made sure we were happy with their job and clean-up. Colin and his team of roofers were very professional and hard working. After it was all said and done I only found one nail in my yard!! The entire process was done in one day. The result was a happy customer and a wonderful new roof! I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The work completed by the company overall was satisfactory, however, please be mindful of the contract you sign. The upfront cost you pay does not include extra items that they will charge your insurance for. In my case, I had to pay additional money after the installation that they say my insurance paid, but it was not really included in my recoverable depreciation. I did not report that they broke my water hose or dented my outdoor heater because the team worked hard to finish the work in one day, but the extra charges do not bring a high rating to me. Read the paper work and due your research.

I m not one to generally write reviews...BUT because my experience with Complete Roofing was so good I just have to share and encourage Anyone that needs a roof redone to use Complete Roofing. They assisted me with every step of the process, and the roof looks fabulous!

Jameson inspected my roof, prepared a detailed quote and scheduled the work. The job was completed on time. Jake walked me through the inspection. My new roof looks great. I highly recommend Complete Roofing.

I had my roof replaced by Complete Roofing on 12/19/19. The roof install went well. The only issues I had were in the next few days/weeks. Due to the holidays it was impossible to get anyone on the phone at CR, or to return an email. When I finally got a hold of the sales guy Michael M. he advised that he "had quit using that particular phone." Michael was never able to get back to me concerning the gutters so I finally just let it go. The other issue is the nails that I've picked up...luckily its winter and the grass is dormant so I can see the nails...I've picked up at least 5 dozen nails. The large amount of rain we've had this month has really washed them down the gutters and just this morning I discovered a nail in my truck tire. The picture I've attempted to attach was taken on 2/8/20...almost 2 months post install. If you get your roof done I would highly suggest a screen over your downspouts for at least a couple of months to catch the nails.

Our experience with Complete Roofing was excellent from beginning to end! We worked with Justin and Adam and they were both trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. They worked to evaluate our roof and interact with our insurance company. They made sure no detail was missed and all work was done perfectly and on time. We will definitely use them again if we ever have roofing needs!

Complete Roofing did a great job for us in September, 2019. They worked with us to explain all the details and specifications and coordinated with our insurance company, Safeco, to make certain the claim would be processed with no complications. To help with filing a claim, a robotic drone was used to document the weather damage. The damage was much more extensive than I would have thought or that was visible from the ground. When installation day arrived, crew was on time and completed the job as expected by the end of the day. Following cleanup, everything was done. Wish other home repair projects went as smoothly as this did.

Marty Chizmar was very professional and did a great job inspecting our communities roof. The report was clear, detailed and included photos of the damaged area. It made the presentation of the issues very easy and the Board members were impressed with how efficient and complete the report was. Highly recommend them!

Incredible experience. Started with the sales person - they canvased our neighborhood after a hail storm, while i believed them i wanted an independent person to assess because i did not want to have my insurance pay for something i really didn't need. the insurance company approved the claim and the work was fantastic! on time, cleaned up the area and did an awesome job on the roof. redid all my vent pipes without charging!!

Jeff Watson, Roof Cosultant with Complete Roofing, did a remarkable job inspecting and monitoring the full process in the removal and replacement of our roof. He was most professional and courteous in his explanation of this project and saved us a ton of money when it was all done. The team of workers that actually did the work was truly superb. There was an inadvertent minor damage to a piece of our deck furniture which Complete Roofing immediately assessed and fully reimbursed us for, no questions asked except for the value of the item. Great company from sale to service! Nathan Graaf and Jennifer Lasater were excellent to work with. Quality work and excellent service after the sale. One year after installation I had a warranty claim with GAF that was denied. I never requested, or expected Complete Roofing to step in and replace the defective shingles. However, Mr. Conley took it upon himself to replace the shingles at no cost to me. I've not seen this type of integrity and customer loyalty in a long time. I HIGHLY recommend them for any roof repair or replacement you may require.

We had our roof replaced after a hail storm came through. Justin came over and gave us a $50 gift card just for meeting with him. He inspected the roof and spoke to my insurance company to review his inspection. they sent their own inspector and both inspections matched up, I had a 7,500 sq/ft roof replaced between 8 am and 4 pm with very little disruption to my day. They guaranteed that all I would have to pay is what my insurance said was my portion, even if Complete Roofing's costs ran over. Highly recommended.

I'm giving Complete Roofing 5 Stars for the outstanding experience they provided during the replacement of our roof. Since we had not replaced a roof before, they took all of the stress out of the process for us. Our sales rep, Jameson was very professional to work with and explained exactly what we could expect throughout the process beginning with the initial roof inspection, adjuster meeting, filing my claim, materials delivery, roof installation and the walk around after completion of my roof. We received a call the day before the installation explaining what was going to happen the next morning and information was provided about what we needed to before they could start work, such as moving cars from driveway and removing patio furniture. The entire job was completed in 1 day and after clean up you couldn't even tell that they were there. At the end of the job the project manager walked around the house with us to be sure we were pleased with the work and answered any questions we had.

We tried to get our condo complex's roof replaced with Complete Roofing through an insurance claim. To say the least, we were a bit dubious that the concept seemed to good to be true. Well, lo and behold, the claim did not go through and we did not replace our roof.

The good news? The entire process of going through a claim - which is quite long and arduous - didn't cost us a penny. Complete Roofing guided us through the process and our reps Shawn and Marty were friendly/professional the entire time.

So while I can't necessarily speak to the quality of their workmanship as roofers, I can absolutely say that we felt comfortable working with the company and were not hit with any surprise expenses.

Complete Roofing did a drone overview of our house in late May 2019 to document that our roof had suffered hail damage. This was confirmed by a local company hired by the insurance company to examine the roof. Justin Tanner coordinated with the insurance company inspection to document the damage and a complete roof was approved. The replacement roof was completed in one day by a crew of very hard working men overseen by Jake McCants. I observed their progress in removing the old roof, replacement of some damaged decking and the installation of all facets of the new roof. I am pleased with the job that was done, with the care of the workers to keep plant damage to a minimum around the sides of the house considering the amount of material removed and the installation of new roofing on a roof with a pitch that required ropes for the workers. The quality of all replacement materials, the quality of the work performed and the warranty covering the new roof is excellent. I am pleased with the outcome of this project and would recommend Complete Roofing to anyone. I will use them again if I am unfortunate enough to have to replace the roof again.

after a year and a half of constant leaks and complaints from tenants, we had to remove and replace all 14 3' X 12' skylights on a 16,000 sq. ft. industrial building. The workmanship and quality control of CRS was horrible and a complete lack of follow up regarding defects. However George is still probably the smartest man in any room !!

I have never experienced a more accommodating company than Complete Roofing from their local representative who inspected my roof with a high-tech drone technology to the CEO of the company. After I experienced difficulties with Allstate who inappropriately denied my claim, the CEO, stepped-in and stood by me with his expertise and years of experience. There are so many things I could say about how Complete Roofing stood by me in the insurance denial process. Complete roofing guiding me, made recommendations and advised me on how I should proceed at every step of the process. Complete Roofing continues to this day to stand by to assist. I finally decided to replace my roof myself because I had extensive hail damage. My roof was professionally done with a high quality roof and the local representative made sure I was completely satisfied. Complete Roofing insured I had adequate and proper ventilation using the best exhaust vents for cooling the attic to maximize the life of my roof.

Even though, I am still working toward obtaining reversal of Allstate's denial of my hail/wind damage claim, Complete Roofing is willing to do whatever they can do to assist in the process. Construction was perfect. The workers arrived yesterday morning and this morning I am having coffee on my front porch with a new roof and everything else has been returned to normal. Who could ask for more?
