I have decided to replace the patio door and windows to my home and I would like to tell you that your sales person, Mr. David Turner, is one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He is very polite, when he entered my home, he took off his shoes as to not get my floor dirty, and his manner is exceptional. He took his time in explaining to me the benefits of the Pella Patio doors and when I mentioned that I would also like to replace my windows, he immediately went home to retrieve more window samples for me to look at. He was extremely patient during the presentation and did not try to hard sell or force me into buying any of the products, unlike the other companies I have met with. Last week, when I stopped by your show room to get an in person look at the Pella Patio door, he was waiting for me at the show room. I will definitely consider his offer to install a patio door, the only issue preventing me from moving forward and signing the contract is the price of the screen door (not the actual patio door), it seems too high. Thank you once again Mr. David.
