I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mr. Jerry D, for the excellent service he provided us last week, Friday March 13, 2020. Mr. D. helped me to sort out the situation at hand with the septic tank after he discovered that there had been several unauthorized suggestions made from different companies to gain financial strengths within the account.
