My problems started about a year after I bought my house (three years ago). I had a backup in my lower bathroom and called a plumber. After a few came out I was told it was a septic issue. I did a search and Rooterplus came up. Had them come out and they said that my lines needed one of their treatments so I got a quote of $2.6k . After scraping up the cash we had it done. One year and a few days after the treatment my problems came back. Had them back out, and another $3.6k quote to replace my entire drain fields I decided it was time to shop around. During my search I found a local septic guy that came out to look at my problem. He told me, without digging up my yard what the problem was (Rooterplus dug my yard up every time they came out ), gave me a great price and I hired him. He came put the next week and began working. Within an hour he was down to my problem and it was EXACTLY what he said it was. He worked on it and had it fixed and done in 5 or 6 hours. He worked alone and was 100% honest, something that was lacking with Rooterplus. My Rooterplus septic guy was Kris, he did good work but at the end of the day he was more concerned with making money than solving my problem. His solution was just to charge me as much as he could so his check was bigger, he is a sales guy, not a septic guy. I have been problem free for over a month, not even a sound from my lower bathroom. I would not recommend Rooterplus for any work, anywhere, they only care about how much money they can get from you, not how well they can service you.
