I called early afternoon and the tech, Garrett, was out in about an hour. He stayed well past dark to be sure the job was done & done correctly. He had to make a couple of trips out for parts and, I'm sure, was here longer than expected. He had a great attitude the whole time and I will definitely ask for him again if we need service in the future.
