My experience has been not good with the company. Brian M. was a decent guy, helped as much as he could but, he could not fix the problem.
We still have a clogged toilet and had to pay a lot to get a video of the toilet pipe. I feel that the guy was not experienced enough with a serious clog. Draino and other clog removers work for a few days, but not rooterPlus. When we called the called in a quote of 3000$ without guarantee that it would work., The company knew that we would not shell out that type of money and we would leave them alone. The company policy is the problem not the techie.
