From the beginning I knew we chose the right company. My wife put an inquiry in online and within 10 minutes someone called us back to schedule an appointment. We needed to have a septic inspection on a house we were under contract on. We were under a tight schedule and RooterPlus was able to come out the next day (Monday). They called an hour before they were going to be there and made it to the home within the timeframe we asked for. Kris Hayles was our inspector. He was also training another inspector, Robert. All I can say is that Kris is the man! Professional, experienced, and efficient. They clipped the water line while digging but mentioned to us that it was a possibility before they started. The water line was flush on top of the septic tank which was not within code. That was good to know before purchasing the home. Kris remained professional the entire time. After looking at the septic, my wife and I decided not to pump since it was quite low. We have experience with septic tanks in our previous homes and was able to look and tell. However, we will be giving Kris a call back in the future and will be recommending his services to friends and family. Thanks, Kris!
