Company used a snake to rearrange the blockage back in October. They provide a warranty with their work that seems to clearly state that they warranty their work for a year. I'm still having the same problem 6 months later (presumably because they didn't actually remove the blockage). They are refusing to honor their warranty and claim that it doesn't cover drain clogs (although it doesn't say that ANYWHERE in the warranty). Also, they train their workers to guilt you about leaving 5 star reviews. The technician basically says he won't get paid as much if we don't leave a 5 star review. so just keep that in mind when you see all these 5 star reviews.
