Woke up this morning to a flooded yard- broken water main. Not a good way to start the day. Derrick showed up quickly and immediately assessed the situation. Although this was a lengthy fix that took the entire day to complete, Derrick made sure to clue me in to his every move, answer all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with the repair. He even made sure to replant a bush to its normal place after having to dig up a spot in the front yard. Derrick's attention to detail and knowledge of his work provides an excellent representation of Rooter, and makes me believe that Rooter Plus is a company that goes above and beyond for their customers.
