not even worth one star i ask for a cancellation they told me my refund will come within 14 days they are so unprofessional. they have no phone service so you cant call them their online chat is never online. stay away from them i spent 406 pounds I want my money back if I dont get my full money back by friday I will sue the company this is unacceptable i have all the evidence I am ready.

27th February Update: i managed to get hold of the online chat and was told that I have to wait to the 11th of March to now get my refund. I was not having it I contact my bank a raised a dispute and I received my money within 1 or 2 working day after filling out a dispute form. I do not recommend this company so unprofessional. I brought a phone of eBay and I received it in 2 working day. Yes it was 30 pounds more that quick mobile fix but I would rather pay for the phone and wait 2 days. Contact your bank if you money have not received your money within 14 days.
