Do not use! Sent my phone and nearly 2 week ago and have not got my money! Lots of promises but still no money! Police and trading standards are now involved! Only positive is that I am the legal owner of the phone (receipts kept) so if no money arrives by the latest promised date ( have an email confirming that date from ur staff) the police can mark the phone stolen and then investigate it as theft! They have a number of complaints against this company!
Don t understand why a company would advertise one thing and then not do what they advertise!? Very poor service
