How this company gets 5 star reviews is beyond me

Customer service non existent . The king of useless automatic responses .No internal
communication between staff .

After sending my I phone 6 for a battery replacement and screen replacement I am still waiting for the return of my phone after 3 + weeks

After sending various emails and getting different responses from varying agents I am still no further forward

I have been given incorrect information extending the dates of my repair as well as automatic responses which give no useful information whatsoever. There is no one who seems to be prepared to be honest and provide a straight answer or actually take ownership of my issue

I am now waiting for a response to another lengthy email sent for the attention of a manager (25/3/19) . As of yet no reply or contact which is strange as any other time I have emailed I have had a response within about an hour . Not always with useful information but a response none the less

System updates now state my phone has failed testing and is back with a technician which I am aware of as I did get a response on Facebook .

This still does not give me the answers as to why my repair is taking so long and how my phone is now not working after the repair ,which brings me back to the issue of no one seeming to be bothered about customer service aspect of the business

My phone was in full working after I backed up up and sent it .

Dependent on the response from my current email I am ready to exercise my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 which I have advised in my current email as this company are not providing me with an adequate service within a reasonable timescale as far as I am concerned .

I will be reporting to trading standards ,watchdog and any other body I think necessary .

As a company the service is appalling with no idea how to respond or assist customers
