Received great service with installation of windows and great service from Emma in dealing with appointment.
Received great service with installation of windows and great service from Emma in dealing with appointment.
Could not have had two better expert installers! The work was exact, done to perfection and they are neat as well.
We custom built in 2009 using pollard windows...they have faded out to almost a white colour when they were beige. I contacted the office and the service lady told to send picks..which I did. I was told it wasn t the recalled colour and no action would be taken. Terrible quality and company wouldn t stand behind their product or even send someone to look .
Thanks for your response...I have already sent my pics you should have them on file. I have had the windows painted today by Spray-net.....I wish you had available when I spoke to your customer service the last time...I dealt with your PM on the color that was recalled. She was unwilling to send anyone out to see them. Thanks anyway
My Pollard Windows was my biggest mistake when I built my home. 8 of the window panes came in backwards leaving a blue look when you look outside. 1 of those 8 panels was fixed. They shipped me the 8 sashes and told me to hire a local glass person to replace it and they will reimburse me for their labor, which they did. The majority of the remaining 7 did not fit well and left a nice breeze coming into the house. Their vinyl window sashes bowed in and the frames bowed out leaving the gap. They tried again and sent me more replacements and a third time. I still have 2 sashes in my garage that need to be swapped out 2 years later. I ve given up on getting sashes that fit and will have to pull siding and inside trim off to make them work with the sashes they sent. It s one thing to have mistakes happen but the quality of product and service after the fact was sub par! I have had reasonable quality vinyl windows before but this is not one of them.
Reply to Pollard s Reply:
It s not an installation issue! The ballasts are poor quality and I had to reset them and screw them back into place and they still lift like a cheap window. The lift bar feels like it could snap off in your hand every time you open the window. It s just a poor quality window. You took months to get back to me and I had to fight tooth and nail to get someone to come out. It s just a poor quality window all around and the service level isn t any better.
Customer service is #1 . We have ordered windows in the past and just ordered from them again...
I had an issue with some windows and contacted Pollard for some help. They responded quickly and sent a very competent and professional gentleman to our house. He assessed the problem immediately and within weeks our window replacements were installed ! What can I say : customer service is alive and well at Pollard !
Poor Windows: I have had 2 homes with these windows put in by the builder from new, so obviously just builder quality, not upgraded. But poor quality from the start from seals going and lots, I mean lots, of condensation, which will also form ice on inside of the window.
And it's not simply the moisture in ones home, as companies will tell you.
I replaced many windows recently with Northstar windows, and no issues with condensation at all. In the pictures I included, I already wiped up all the water all over the window. Just the ice is left.
We have used Pollard for our original windows over 30 years ago. We just replaced several windows. The service and installation went well. Installers were efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied.
My house was built in 2016 and I have two interior panes already cracked. have sent emails to resolve the issue in 2018 and all I get back is that the warranty is one year!!!! are you serious?? this is a first I have heard that a company that has been in business for 70 years has a 1 year warranty, I'm sorry but this isn't acceptable.
If your windows cannot with withstand the cold/heat then why even bother.... I'm truly disappointed with the quality and recommend whom is looking to purchase from Pollard not to and look else where.
P.S----- IT ISN'T DUE TO STRESS CRACKS. STOP ASSUMING YOUR CLIENTS ARE NOT EDUCATED WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND JUST SIMPLY ADMIT IT IS A PRODUCT DEFECT-----
Just had one of your drivers overtake me on a single lane road while I was turning onto my driveway, I had two of my children in the car. He hadn t noticed me slow down so he had no other option. Truck Number 1963. Today is Friday, March 27, 2020
Standing here with my mother who is speaking to them about a missing screen from their house. It feels like they give less than two farts of care - they are derisive and condescending and the first person was too lazy to stand out of their desk away from the course terms to come and speak with us.
Was debating getting a quote here for my own house, and I can guarantee that won't happen. Don't deal with these people if you have any other options... very disappointed
Since you can only post 1 review on Google at a time I will continue our issues with this ridiculous company on my husbands account. So following up on the below review.....it has been 6 weeks now and still no contact nor new Doors. We were told 4 to 6 weeks for our new Doors that were gushing rain water through the windows since April.....6 weeks was this Tuesday since they came to look at them (yup over a month after the issue was addressed in the first place). So yesterday I left a voicemail for a Sheryl and now....24hours later still no call back. Not sure what they think customer service is but a call at 10 a.m. yesterday and still no call back is absolutely no customer service. I left another voicemail today for this Sheryl individual and im guessing I will probably still not get a call back. This company is an absolute Joke. Even after my last review I never got a call back only their automated response on here. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. I truly hate that we purchased this house now, knowing all my windows are from this ridiculous company.
Customer service should be exceptional at this place but when u get put through to the sales staff I was met with short aggregates behaviour like I was bothering the woman. So I thanked her and have moved on to a provider who wants my business. Sad.
I m really impressed with their professional approach right from the stage of estimate, quote and until installation. Every individual who has contributed towards the window right from procurement, delivery and installation was marvellous. I appreciate the Project Manager who has gave me best price and educated me about the performance of windows and their importance in all kind of weathers in GTA.
I would recommend them among my circle to provide them opportunity if they are looking this service.
Well done Pollard Windows Inc.
Right from the second I emailed Pollard during a pandemic to having my windows installed by Jonathan and Danny. Top notch and very professional. Highly recommended
Thanks
called twice to book an appointment for a quote-didnt even bother to call us back !!
The installers are courteous and very professional. I would refer them to anybody.
Quality windows. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable Staff.
These guys have outstanding selection when it comes to windows and doors. Get custom orders and have it delivered by some of the hardest working guys in the business. Their doors and windows are made with quality first. Their prices are on par with other companies but they're always upping the technology used in their manufacturing.
Lousy windows. Seals broke in five of them. We do have an air exchanger. Called company but we are out of warranty. Sorry. Inside sales lady was extremely rude, especially when I when I asked again about it. What lousy warranty and Windows. I'm sure this company will stand behind you if you only praise them. It's unacceptable that I need new windows in a twelve years old house.
Great company and installers.

I needed to replace a broken basement window panes for our house that we were selling. Even though Pollard supplied all the windows except the basement windows, Shauna took the time to call the builder for me and track down the info I need. She was friendly and quick to respond. Awesome service when she didn't have to. Much appreciated.
Very disappointed with Pollard. We had a piece of glass replaced 5 times in a bay window. Four of the times were under warranty and once was at my cost because the warranty had expired. We still don't have a clear understanding as to why the glass is cracking. Each time the repair man claimed that the break was due to a stress crack. When we asked for an engineering or visual verification in order to avoid this repeated problem, it was denied. Do stress cracks occur in the centre of a bay window?
We have also noticed a significant change in the colour of the trim over time. All in all, a poor product for the money.
Everything about my experience with this company was fantastic! Amazing job!
We own a 15 year old custom home with stucco exterior and large windows in rooms with 12 foot ceilings. We wanted to maintain the wood interior but move to maintenance free vinyl clad exterior. All of the contractors who provided estimates expressed concern that removal of the existing windows would damage the stucco. Only Pollard offered us a solution that preserved the stucco without any damage.
The installers are polite and professional. The Project Manager was helpful and answered all of our questions. Thanks Pollard Windows Inc.
If you are looking for glass windows and installations, these are the details, look no further ... thanks
Happy customer. Bought during the re-opening stage of the pandemic, dealt with informed and friendly customer service. Doors arrived within the promised timelines, and the installation went well, especially considering some issues unseen during measurements. Looking forward to using Pollard again for future needs.
We just had two bedroom windows installed by Pollard Windows. We have been very happy with their service and the quality of the windows. Their salesman was very helpful and the workmen that came into our home were neat and polite. They cleaned up very nicely. We notice the rooms are much quieter now. We would highly recommend Pollard Windows and would have them again.
Excellent!
Very satisfied with the product the assistance/service and the installation.
Thank you Pollard! Thank you Scott and Emma.
We are very pleased with our new front doors, sliding patio doors and windows. Our experience with Pollard Windows has been very satisfying starting with the sales representative, office staff, installers and finally the product. Thank you very much to the entire Pollard team.
Pollard is the only company I trust for my home. We have hired Pollard to replace almost every window in our home. Without fail the service is exemplary and the windows a major improvement to our home. We shopped around at the beginning of our home ownership but now we just make one call. We know we will find value and service together in one location.
It's a shame because they could be a really great company but as I've learned when you have to deal with lots of different people vs one person that does the work and then you pay them, lots of quality, credibility and efficiency gets lost in the long list of different hands. The third window they have installed for us will be the last, not only is it surprisingly easy to do yourself, it is inexpensive! Just google and read and watch online tutorials and you can do it on your own :) Happy renovating people :)
Moustafa - I just wanted to circle back with you to let you know that the installers came and replaced the powder room glass. This now completes our order!
We sincerely thank you for the outstanding service that you provided to us from our initial meeting right to the end. As consumers who have dealt with many companies, we appreciate when projects go well, but truly appreciate those outstanding companies like Pollard who maintain their service standard when things need to be followed up and tweaked.
Moustafa, your customer service has been outstanding throughout this process. We very much appreciate all of your efforts. Because of your customer service, together with the outstanding installation that Ken and his team performed, we will most definitely recommend Pollard Windows to our family and friends.
Absolutely terrible experience with Pollard windows and doors. We had 7 windows installed and two single doors and one double door. We had issues with three out the seven windows as well as one of the single doors and the double door. Two windows had the wrong frames attached and the other window had the opening side installed backwards. The one single door had the wrong frame attached. The double door had two different colours, one white and the other was more of a cream colour. When they came to repair the window that was opening the wrong way, they took the crank from the first window and did not install it on the new window. They did come to replace the wrong colour door after 3 months time but when they were done the door had a huge gap on the bottom to the outside and instead of aligning it properly they removed the door strike and drove the screws in on an angle stripping the head of the screw and bending the door strike. The screws for the hinges were also stripped and falling out of the hinge. This was supposed to be a brand new door and now it it damaged beyond repair. I will never use pollard windows or recommend them to anyone.
Amazing quality & customer service!! Would highly recommend Pollard Windows to everyone!!
In summary here are the facts:
1)I paid for custom made doors once the doors were delivered and installed after delays and frustrating conversations with Pollard, it was quickly uncovered that the measurements were significantly wrong. (See Pictures below for this obvious fact)
The doors sat in my driveway for several days (8 day)and after 2 good rain falls looked like second hand doors (I have pictures)
2)Pollard made several attempts to try to fix the problem only after many yelling sessions between myself and the representative. They tried to say it is not their responsibility for cosmetic work. This was not cosmetic work, all required work was a result of their incorrect measurements
3)From day one the representative (who has now denied saying this) kept saying "I as a nice lady and he was doing me a favor and he wanted to make it right." Neglecting the fact my doors looked horrible due to their incorrect measurements. The paint on my walls were destroyed by slopping removal of the previous trim, again due to their incorrect measurements
4)Eventually Pollard sent the same representative I was dealing with on the phone to fix the trim, I have included pictures below. Take a look and put yourself in my shoes, would you accept this. (BTW he is not a contractor but IMPORTANT TO NOTE, did work on his own house)
5) My issues are still not resolved, the Pollard rep wants me to reflect on the events and has now come up with a list of reasons never mentioned previously for the poor workmanship, (things never mentioned to me in all my emails, texts and discussions, again see pictures to draw you own convulsions) I made one request, I asked for the owners to call me to discuss my experience, no call as of August 27th, but the representative did want me to know I was an important customer to Pollard Windows and Doors.
After many many quotes, I finally asked Pollard Windows for a quote. The quote process was easy, professional and fast. I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price(ish). Excellent work on that aspect.
While waiting for the doors, I did call the company once about them and my phone call was returned immediately which I appreciated greatly.
3 months later the doors were installed.
They look amazing from the outside (this isn't a completed photo, The 2nd door handle has yet to go in in this photo, but it just looked so good I couldn't wait).
From the inside though, I was disappointed that there is showing unfinished wood. I was told the doors would be "primed", but I was unprepered for that wood pillar in the middle and around the trim to be in need of paint. I was told by the installers that this is normal. :/ Ok then.
I then needed to sign the completion sheet which is a joke and I am only including this because its ridiculous. Nothing on the sheet was discussed with me and on the next line they ask for a positive review. Lolz.
Overall, this is a good company. So far their product has been satisfactory, it seems to have a good seal, no leaks, blinds work. I have no complaints (other than the unpainted pillar).
Yes, I would recommend them.
All windows in my house are these. 2 developed fog inside in less than 10 years. I have payed Pollard to come in and replace these and after few years I see fog again in the same window that was replaced. :(
Poor customer service, screen arrived damage prior to install, one of the screens was missed and not brought during the first appointment despite multiple confirmations, second appointment the technician didn t notify us of arrival and left even though we were home.
I think there window are garbage do not by them!!!!
We are very satisfied. Installers discussed install process, cleaned up after work was completed. We're happy.
Phenomenal service from beginning to end. Scott on the sales team was great... Provided a quote with no sales pressure. Andre did a professional install, everything looks great. Emma on the service team was fantastic. Great communication all around. Highly recommended.
Excellent crew, very efficient work in a promptly manner.
Window locks don't work properly, patio door latch is loose, patio door glass seal is broken and these windows are less than 3 years old! Tried contacting them they wont reply unless you keep trying and they have an attitude of "my way or the highway". They want to make more money off their poor quality products. The lady that handles service and repairs has the worst attitude and incompetent . I seen some of the reviews having a reply from the company, wonder if the issue was resolved or they just pretend to care but actually do nothing.
They brag being in business for over 70 years yet they have not learned how to make decent Windows or hire professional staff.
Update.
The response from the company below is generic and they won't stand behind their product at all.
Have to say I have been very disappointed by the horrendous customer service from this company. Window has been cracked for 2 months with 3 service appointments to fix it. The first was cancelled as no one was home since I had never been informed of when the appointment would be. The second, I waited 5 hours and no one ever showed up. The third, same story - 5 hours at home and no one ever showed. No one from the office never returns messages left on voicemail or calls back when they say they will. Two and a half months on with no appointment now to fix the crack
Our consulting experience with a Pollard windows had been outstanding. David Gudalj had helped us a lot and went extra mile in choosing the right window & doors for our home. Waiting on the product.
Will update soon.
We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service of Pollard Windows. After we agreed on the estimate for our new sliding door, they scheduled our job to fit our hectic schedule. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. We are very pleased with the look and quality of our new sliding door. We highly recommend Pollard Windows!
Very satisfied. Very friendly and professional. And, excellent experience with installers.
They are rude and extremely arrogant site wasn't built but they continued to push the product on me without calling!
Great service from the Pollard team today, the installation technicians were courteous, safe and followed all COVID protocols, My windows were quickly installed and I'm very happy! Thanks Pollard.
We had a mediocre experience with Pollard Windows.
The windows themselves are decent. They don't feel like great quality, but the style of windows we picked may have contributed to that.
16 months after they were purchased (14 months after they were installed), one of our windows developed a "stress crack". It was not covered under warranty.
We paid to have them come out and fix the pane of glass. It took roughly 2 months for them to show up to do the work... which took only 15 minutes to complete.
Our mediocre rating comes from the overall window quality, as well as the lack of communication from customer service. The gruff reception every time we called in was really disappointing as well. I suggest a motivational cat poster be hung up in their office in order to make for a more positive atmosphere. Maybe future Pollard Windows customers will benefit.
terrible quality and customer service...
Very rarely I leave a Bad review for any company, but I hope my experience help others make the right decision.
Noticed a crack on my house window...mind you. It s a Window thats not accessible from inside. (Covering literally a concrete wall). That means it s never been touched or accessed by anyone as it s located on the Third floor.
Upon inquiring, they mentioned we offer 20 years on windows but it s a fake window what a joke ..
To add to this, noticed similar cracks on two other similar properties. its clearly an outcome of either poor material or a faulty workmanship.
Called their office twice and sent and email to office staff...to be honest experienced zero customer service with no follow-ups...
I mean, simply terrible...
Please take your business elsewhere and look for quality...
My Pollard Windows are 18 years old, and I needed to replace a crank mechanism. I was able to purchase the part I needed at their showroom. Friendly people work in the office. It was a pleasant experience all-around
Once again express my sincere appreciation to Andre and Phil for the job they have completed.
My completed door installation is beautiful and impressive! The choice was absolutely the right one! I love it and it changes the entire appearance of the house - it looks like a new house - modern and sleek! Considering the state of the old door, this provides me with the security and assurance that I will not have any further leaks of air or the freezing that happened last winter. The quality of the product is evident! That means so much!
And now for the installation. Pollard has much to be thankful for if Andre and Phil are examples of the craftsmanship, efficiency and professionalism of your installers. They were excellent! I can t say enough about them! They went to work immediately, did all the prep work to remove the door, installed the new one, identified a discrepancy in the base of the ledge on the house which they fixed, did all the necessary requirements to fit the door, installed everything and replaced all the trim as if it had never been removed. Clean up was done, even removing the rubber marks on the floor. On a scorching hot day where others may have taken shortcuts to get things done quickly to get out of the heat, they did not! They worked until they were done and they made sure all was done correctly! I am so impressed with these two professionals and their craftsmanship!
In the hours since the door has been installed I ve had a number of neighbours stop by and comment on how wonderful the door looks! I ve even had a neighbour ask who installed the door, so I ve given them your name and email address.
Just a wonderful job and product Scott and I can t thank you enough for your time, attention and consultation on the door. I really did get the right company this time and I ll make sure I tell anyone who asks! Thank you once again for all the work, the product and the top notch installation!
House was built with Pollard windows in 2008. Had seal failures within 3 years. Waited until 10 year warranty was near expiration before having the glass replaced. Ended up having six pieces of glass replaced under warranty at a cost of over $400. Now just a few months after warranty period was over, another three pieces of glass have had seal failures. DISAPPOINTED AND NOT IMPRESSED, BUT NOT SURPRISED. Expect even more windows to fail. Other homes in the area with the same builder have the same issues. If you like looking through fogged glass, go ahead and buy their windows.
Windows are beautiful and the staff was helpful and nice. Would definitely use Pollards again, and have recommended them to my friends and family.
My experience with Pollard windows and doors has been nothing short of excellent. Their president, Karen Pollard, is an absolute pleasure to work with, and runs a very tight organization. They have always been responsive to my needs, and deliver a quality product. I will definitely use them on my next custom built house!
Everyone involved in each step of process from consulting, designing, ordering and accounting were very personable and professional. Windows and doors were designed and constructed exactly how desired. I am thrilled with the quality and overall look. Despite all other large orders of materials needed for project, this order was one of the simplest, timely and easiest transactions of them all. Much thanks to Pollard Windows!
Bought our home which is 13 years old, and has windows from Pollard under a 25 year gurantee.
Initially I was told that deficiencies with the windows would not be fixed, since we were not the original owners of the home.
I'm glad to say that both Jodie and Carm went over and above, with Carm, driving all the way from Burlington to Binbrook, to bring a track for the sliding door and weather stripping, an extra screen and handle. The installers were very nice and informative.
Thank you to Carm for reaching out to us and giving us humans and the cats a clear view through out new Windows.
We are very happy.
Just had 13 windows and 4 doors, including a front fibreglass door. The installers Bob and Stan did and amazing job. They did 12 windows in one day and the remaining the next day. The final trim inside and out was done on the third day. From the salesman Scott to the final installation, everything went smooth. The windows look fantastic and make the house so quiet and draft free. We couldn't believe how quiet the new windows make it when you close them. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommend Pollard Windows.
We had some windows replaced yesterday and they look amazing. Dealing with the staff from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. They were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Installed 3 doors and 10 windows 9 years ago. No any issues with them. Professional installation and quality.
We have engaged Pollard Windows for window replacement for two of our homes and were exceptionally delighted with their product, installation and professionalism. They have a very hands on approach through the entire process. We would highly recommend this company for all of your window and door needs!

It was a pleasure dealing with Pollard. We are happy with the product and the work done by the installer.
Do NOT call this company for door repairs. We called them as the doors the builder installed in 2012 were from Pollard and we're having problems opening them in winter / early spring. The installation is well past warranty as far as I know so we agreed to a $150 service call charge for them to come to our house to see what they could do (they were told on the phone that the doors were Pollard doors installed by the builder). After explaining to them the details of what was happening with the doors, they thought it was just a simple adjustment needed and this would take care of our problem. After waiting a month they show up, took a look at the door and say that they're not going to touch it, because they feel it wasn't installed and subsequent repairs done properly, and if they do anything they "take ownership" of the problem.
Well no kidding Pollard! Generally when you call a service tech for a REPAIR job, it's a given that we expect them to try to fix the problem with the door, and that there's a warranty with their repair work. This is why we called your company, paid for a service call, so that you can do the repair work.
Instead all we get is that you'd rather not touch it, and you conveniently get to keep the full service charge after doing absolutely nothing.
We called your office as suggested by the techs, as they suggested that maybe your office can talk with the builder to work out something. Instead we were just directed by your office to reach out to the builder ourselves (which we did), of course the builder isn't going to do anything as it's well past the Tarion warranty. When speaking to you we requested a refund on the service call since your techs did nothing (after making us wait month), or at least half of the charge, your office person said they'd speak to their boss and let us know.
We NEVER heard back after that, and repeated messages left on your answering machine have gone ignored.
Must be nice to take $150 for doing nothing (when we clearly engaged your REPAIR service for a door REPAIR).
** UPDATE AUG-2: We contacted them via email as requested and after some back and forth they stated based on their earlier site visit that they are unable to do anything with the door. They provided a 50% refund on our service call.
Unfortunately you have to give atleast 1 star on here. But i must say they dont even deserve 1.
We moved into our new house in March. April 27 we realized our front doors were leaking water through the windows. We let our builder know right away and he contacted Pollard to let them know and have them come look. Fast forward to now, they finally made an appointment for us for next Tuesday. Well as we all know the rain has been insane lately so Saturday with the storm we had and luckily we were home because we just brought our newborn baby home, the rain was coming in so much that we could barely keep up with the clean up to avoid any damage to our floors. We called our builder immediately and he contacted a danny pimental and sent him the video of the water coming in through all 10 windows in our doors. He told our builder he would try to have someone come but given its a saturday it might not be possible (understandable) but will have someone come monday for sure then. Well we are now wednesday and still no contact. I decided to call myself yesterday and i spoke to the sales rep Sven who informed me they cannot have someone come sooner than next tuesday even though i advised him that today we are looking at more thunderstorms. I asked to speak to a manager and after being advised by Sven that i will only be told the same thing by her (very reassuring and professional) i insisted i still wanted to speak to her. Well not surprising at all i got her voicemail i requested a call back by 5pm and again not surprised we are now at 11am the next day and still no call back.
I am so beyond upset and angry with their customer service and lack of emergency for such an issue that i am not looking forward to having all my windows on my new home by them as well. Im at the point where im expecting to probably have to reach out the the BBB in the near future if this is how its going to be.
Unfortunately i cannot attach my video to show the water coming through the windows of the doors.
unprofessional, arrogant, rude, and Incompetent..... That describes the administrative staff. As for the actual windows well i would say that they are as comparable as the next manufacturer.
two messages left for the service department in a month, can t be bothered to return calls. will be looking elsewhere for repairs. if their service department is that busy that they can t return messages in the span of a month, hire more people
Worst Customer Service Ever! It takes forever to get a service appointment ( 6 weeks ) No one calls you back and they have cancelled an appointment without notice!
Today I visited their showroom in Burlington to get a quote for a new front door. I wandered around the store for 15 minutes...2 people walked by me, neither asked if I needed assistance or even could bother to say hello for that matter. Clearly Pollard is doing such great business that they do not need mine. Good luck to you!
Getting the run around on the phone. Called to have a window repaired because it won t open. They send 2 techs 6 weeks later with no parts. Even though I paid up front for parts. Now I get no calls back from the upper management about this issue. Stay far away from these guys. Maybe 70 years ago there were better people running it. What pisses me off the most is they asked which window it was. So they know what parts are involved and yet the guys show up with nothing. I am now out $125 for nothing.
Found the lady who answered the phone to be quite rude when calling this morning.
She informed me they had no windows in stock but did have a clearance center at the back of the store but would in no way be bothered to go and see if they had the window we needed.
Not sure where the customer service here at all.
We had are house built 16 years ago and the builder install these windows. They leak and ate cold would never use them e or again
We had a very positive experience with Pollard Windows Inc. here in Burlington. We ordered a new fibreglass front door and sidelights and we are extremely pleased with the quality and look of the finished product as well as the professionalism and level of competency of the installers. Thanks to the entire team for your high level of service, and a job well done!
Awful, awful windows. We were upgraded to low e argon. The builders grade windows were better than what we have now. I can hear my loud neighbours just as if I was outside with them. I previously reviewed this company's windows and was given a song and dance about how they are an award winning company. I would never use them, but had no choice as they are pricey for what you get in a window and they were upgrading them because the seals kept breaking on the originals. Stay away from this company, if you can.
Please extend my thanks and appreciation to your installers. They did a great job installing my windows, leaving my home as tidy as it was when they arrived. Their customer service reflected their professionalism and certainly is a credit to Pollard Windows.
Had a wonderful experience with this company. Wouldn t buy from anywhere else!
My Builder (Laurel View Homes) choose Pollard as the contractor for all the windows in my 5 bedrooms detached house in 2006. Today I have to replace 27 windows throughout the house due to its seal broken and moisture got inside the window. The first window to be replaced in 2011 under its so call life-time warranty but still have to pay almost $200 for labour and transportation to Kitchener which I can locally hire a window company to do the job. The first window replaced by Pollard in 2011 had to be replaced again. since 2011, 26 windows in the house were slowly replaced in the last 4 years. I can understand how what quality control does this window have. My last new house only need to replace 5 windows in 10 years time; the window contractor is just a medium size window company in Waterloo. I hate to see this Company again.
