Awful, awful windows. We were upgraded to low e argon. The builders grade windows were better than what we have now. I can hear my loud neighbours just as if I was outside with them. I previously reviewed this company's windows and was given a song and dance about how they are an award winning company. I would never use them, but had no choice as they are pricey for what you get in a window and they were upgrading them because the seals kept breaking on the originals. Stay away from this company, if you can.
