We custom built in 2009 using pollard windows...they have faded out to almost a white colour when they were beige. I contacted the office and the service lady told to send picks..which I did. I was told it wasn t the recalled colour and no action would be taken. Terrible quality and company wouldn t stand behind their product or even send someone to look .

Thanks for your response...I have already sent my pics you should have them on file. I have had the windows painted today by Spray-net.....I wish you had available when I spoke to your customer service the last time...I dealt with your PM on the color that was recalled. She was unwilling to send anyone out to see them. Thanks anyway
