My house was built in 2016 and I have two interior panes already cracked. have sent emails to resolve the issue in 2018 and all I get back is that the warranty is one year!!!! are you serious?? this is a first I have heard that a company that has been in business for 70 years has a 1 year warranty, I'm sorry but this isn't acceptable.

If your windows cannot with withstand the cold/heat then why even bother.... I'm truly disappointed with the quality and recommend whom is looking to purchase from Pollard not to and look else where.

P.S----- IT ISN'T DUE TO STRESS CRACKS. STOP ASSUMING YOUR CLIENTS ARE NOT EDUCATED WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND JUST SIMPLY ADMIT IT IS A PRODUCT DEFECT-----
