Robert Windows Review

Had sash windows fitted to the front of my house, a patio door and various other windows throughout the house.
I'm so pleased with the result. Polite & tidy fitters who managed to save the original architrave in the dining room and replaced the whole of the frame in the bedrooms as requested. All look fantastic. Competitive price too.
I was recommended by a friend as she was more than happy with Roberts windows.

Excellent service very professional. We wanted to support a local company that we could trust & had used Roberts Windows for replacement window planes in the past. Roberts wasn't the cheapest quote but felt confident we would receive a good job. We did! Very happy with the end result it looks great, even the postman commented how good the porch looked. We did have a problem with the porch door sticking but I contacted them & they sent a fitter round to adjust the problem. I would certainly be happy to use them again & recommend them to others.

I recently had my windows installed by Roberts Windows and I cannot fault the service i have received. Gary arrived at our house slightly late due to being held up with another customer but was very polite and apologetic. We went through our different options and decided to go with the aluminium frames which are made in house. I cannot fault the windows at all, they are exactly what we wanted and well made. Gary went through all the colour options, glazing options and explained it all so we could make an informed decision. I wouldn't hesitate to use Roberts Windows again and have recommended them to many friends and family already.

My mother had her flat glazed 18 moths ago I called up after 3 months saying there was a draft coming through a installer came out took a quick look sprayed a bit of filler and then went on his way unfortunately this has happened in another room This year and it has got a lot worse on mesaaging roberts windows for my OAP mother the response I got was basically not our problem anymore I don t usually write reviews on businesses but unfortunately due to the nature and the way the have treated me after over 3 k spent and only 18 months of being installed I feel you should know what your dealing with

I was very pleased with our window installation by Roberts windows. The whole procedure was well managed so not only was the actual product and installation of excellent quality but the communications clear and professional. If you want an efficient and professional service at competitive rates look no further.

We had a visit arranged today to obtain a quote for double-glazing on all our windows and doors.

Gary Roberts, who I presume is someone senior within the business, arrived a touch early and knocked on our door. Unfortunately, he only waited about 30 seconds before assuming no-one was in, which was not sufficient time for my 39 weeks pregnant wife to make it to the door. He obviously did not hear her calling down and so left before she made it down the stairs.

Rather than checking if there had been a mix up, he rang my assistant who booked the appointment in a furious rage. She tried to explain that my wife was in fact at home and that he should simply knock again. After a verbal tirade, the call ended with him calling her a "c**t" and hanging up.

Needless to say, no representative of this company will ever be allowed to set foot in our house now.

Arranged for a visit to quote ast2.30. At 3.15 nobody had arrived and no phone call. Phoned office to chase, they claimed apt was between 2.30 &3.30 which it wasn't. Gary arrived 5 mins later and said sorry he was late but he'd been with another customer. When we asked why he didn't phone he said 'Do you want me to quote or not?' We sent him away - with an attitude like that I'm not at all surprised at the poor reviews!

Professional service, good product and excellent value for money.

We wanted to use a local company to replace our windows and Roberts Windows are 5 minutes away, and a long standing company in this community. From quote to completion they were efficient, professional, friendly and incredibly good value. We had a week of fitters in our house - they were clean, tidy, friendly, efficient and incredibly hard working. They did a great job on our windows and couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Five star service. Thank you!
