We were looking for Lexus RX 350 and came across a car which we liked at Performance Lexus. We phoned Performance Lexus and were connected to Ms. Marina Soares from sales department. We inquired about the car on the phone with Ms. Marina before traveling all the way from Toronto. She gave us all the information without holding back anything. For the questions she didn t know answers, she found answers and got back to us immediately .We drove to St Catharines the same day, test drove the car and made an offer. Manager was out on an emergency but in few hours she got back to us about the acceptance of the offer. We like the way she takes full responsibility and stands by her word. Thanks to the Manager too for making this happen, even while he was out on an emergency. In next few days, we hashed out the payment details and on the day of delivery we were picked up from Toronto.

We are at awe with Performance Lexus team. We have accompanied our friends while they bought their vehicles and it was a complete full days work, while we finished in an hour. It was totally totally worth our travel to come to Performance Lexus. You are assured of the best service and very reasonable deal. Such a no nonsense team. We will definitely recommend Performance Lexus to our family and friends.
