I recently purchased my new 2020 Lexus ES 350 F-Sport 2 from Performance Lexus. I had the pleasure of meeting with both Bilal Ahmad and Dustin Mason, I don't even know where to begin when telling you how great these guys are. They set a relaxed environment, and in absolutely no way pressured me into anything, they truly have your best interest in mind while helping you find the car that best suits your needs and budget. Dustin and Bilal let me test drive any vehicle I thought I may have interest in, and believe me when I say there was a lot lol. When I thought I found my match, they told me to take it home over night and try it out on my daily routine. That's when I realized I wanted an ES 350, not only did I change my mind once on the trim level, but I changed it several times (3 to be exact lol). One of which was 3 days before taking delivery on what I thought was my final decision. This isn't your typical car buying experience, their level of honesty and sincerity makes you feel like you're dealing with family. It's an entirely new level of dealer and client relationship. I've purchased 3 new cars in the last 10 years and nobody comes close to these 2. Dustin and Bilal are more genuine then the leather in my new car lol.

They should be teaching this to all dealerships!
