My comments are concerning sales associate Trina Asselin. This is not the first time I have written comments about her and I know it will not be the last. Trina in a word is " Golden ".From her first words to me as I stepped in through the showroom door my experience with Performance Lexus vis a vis Trina began.That experience started with Trina who could not have been more pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and helpful. There were several visits involved from start to finish to complete the sale of my Lexus and at the end Trina was the same as from the beginning.I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. In every instance the salesperson was an exact clone of the one previous. The common thread they all shared was making the sale. That was it. I swore if I heard the words " what can I do to have you buy this car today " again I would become food for the worm buffet.So very happy to say that was not at all the case with Trina. As with most things in my life decisions do not come quick and this was no exception. I told Trina I would be back to her about my decision yes or no. She smiled and accepted my words. In that interim I was not bothered with calls to see if I had made up my mind as was often the case with others. I gave her my word and she respected my wishes. I bought the car.Twice I have had a pairing issue with my blue tooth which were totally on me and of her own doing Trina stepped in to rectify them.The first one when I called she was about to go home but she stayed another half hour to see it through for me. She could have said she had to go and have me go to service in the morning and I would have been ok with that but she didn't. A while later I needed an item from parts and she gave me the exact info to save me time.I was in for service two weeks ago and when Trina saw me with my special needs child at the service desk she called us over and offered juice and water and asked how we were doing.She was so sweet and sincere to Nathan and I. I will say to anyone wanting to purchase or considering purchasing a Lexus product to go to Performance Lexus and see Trina Asselin. I guarantee your experience with her will be as fulfilling as mine. No doubt all the sales staff are great but I am partial to one. Trina in a word is " Golden ". No doubt you will agree.
